My vehicle was in an accident in downtown Pittsburgh at the beginning of February 2017. I have a 2016 Lexus and am very particular about my vehicle. Living in Pittsburgh, I had many options on where to take the vehicle to get fixed. Many people recommended taking it directly to Lexus since it was the other drivers fault and their insurance was covering it. However, I've heard many great things about the service and quality of work from Advanced Auto Body in Sharon, PA. I'm originally from the Hermitage / Sharon area but have lived in Pittsburgh for about 7 years now. After discussions with my State Farm insurance agent, who is also located in hermitage, he informed me that Advanced is preferred center for State Farm, if i choose to take my vehicle there.
After doing some research, I decided to call Advanced. I spoke with a Mr. Jeff Parry. After some discussion, he arranged for a towing company to come pick my vehicle up from Pittsburgh. He advised it needed to be transported by flat bed, being the vehicle was AWD.I was very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I immediately could tell I was dealing with the best. Shortly after my conversation with Mr. Parry, I received a phone call from the towing company letting me know they had spoke with Advanced Auto and that they were on the way to pick up my vehicle. The prompt response was remarkable. The towing company came from Sharon, PA to pick up my vehicle. The company was Carpenters and the driver was just as professional as Mr. Parry. You could tell that the the two companies have a very good working relationship and want nothing more than to satisfy their clients.
After the vehicle was loaded up, the driver drove me to enterprise so that i could pick up my rental that state farm had already arranged. This accident happened on a Friday night, carpenters picked it up Saturday, and I received a detailed quote Monday morning from Mr. Parry. You often hear of horror stories after having an accident but this experience was nothing but the polar opposite. After sending me the quote, Mr. Parry informed me that he anticipated they'd start on my vehicle later that day and it would most likely be done by the end of the following week. I received updates from advanced throughout the repairs and they finished just as Mr. Parry had told me.
When i arrived to pick my car up, I could not believe it! The car looked like the day I bought It off the showroom floor. Mr. Parry and the owner both came out to greet me. I was treated like they had known me for years. The work was over top. Inside and out the car looked amazing. The owner shook my hand and said "you call me if anything, and i mean anything isn't to your satisfaction and we'll take care of it" Hearing that from the owner reassured me that I had just had my car repaired by the best.
If you're in accident or need any type type of body repair work done to your vehicle I highly, highly recommend Advanced Auto Body. Like i said above I had many options to take my vehicle and I couldn't be happier that I chose Advanced. read more
