I'm now going to write an amazing review for that shop. Davanzo's Auto Body treated me terribly and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If there was a negative 5 stars I would give them that rating. Disrespectful and rude. I felt bullied and pushed around because I'm female.

My vehicle was involved in a minor collision involving the left fender and front bumper. Upon…read morepicking up the vehicle, I advised the owner of the facility (Joel) of the poor fit of the bumper to fender. Joel advised this is how the bumper fits and there is nothing he could do. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, the issue became worse. I returned to Paul's Collision Repair, where I was told to leave the vehicle and they would try to re-align the front bumper. I picked the vehicle up a second time and the alignment was no better. I have had another collision repair facility look at the vehicle where they advised the front bumper tabs were broken and were glued and taped. They literally advised that "your bumper is being held on by adhesive tape." Joel has not been willing to remedy the situation and is very unprofessional and rude at every interaction. This has been, by far, the worst interaction I have had with a vehicle repair facility. Would highly advise against this repair facility.

A month later I thought that an undetected issue had shown up. They took the car back and it was determined that there was no other problem. I thought that my windshield washers didn't work. Because I have four different vehicles I simply did not know how they were operated. They would not accept any payment for analyzing the problem. I highly recommend this particular shop. I can't speak for all the other KC shops.

Jack claims they spent 3 DAYS on AC lines when the front end of the truck was wore apart and this was a 3 hour job at max. They will not return your phone calls, they leave work early. We have turned down jobs based on not having this truck. Every time you question them or call in you get hung up on, crickets and ,"I guess I haven't ordered those parts yet." Truck is still not returned, fixed, and when we call we get told "we'll call you in a day and it will be done." We have been told that at least 10 times now over the past 6 of 9 weeks.
