Upon my 1st visit to the Warren, Ohio location, I was informed that I could not get an estimate at…read morethat time, but needed to schedule an appointment. The wait for that appointment was 3 weeks which is difficult when driving a damaged car. I was informed by the employee that looked over our vehicle that he would get the quote together and send it to my email address. I checked my emails daily and that quote never materialized! After a couple weeks I called and informed the receptionist, who said she would relay my message. It has now been 5 days shy of a month since I was told I would receive that quote and it has still not materialized! Why would one trust this Company with the actual repair, when they have not kept their word or been trustworthy regarding your estimate? This has so hindered the process of my being able to get this bodywork done!!! This amount of disregard and disrespect coming from a business is really inexcusable! I went there because of a recommendation but I could never recommend Gerber Collision of Warren to anyone!!

First, Gerber said we had to wait a week to bring the car in, then they told us we had to wait on the estimate, then we had to wait some more, then we had to call into the shop only to be told that ultimately they will not fix our vehicle. They stated they "could" fix our car they just "don't know when" because our car was damaged! It's their job to fix cars that were in a collision! Horrible service! I'd rather give no stars!!!

My vehicle was involved in a minor collision involving the left fender and front bumper. Upon…read morepicking up the vehicle, I advised the owner of the facility (Joel) of the poor fit of the bumper to fender. Joel advised this is how the bumper fits and there is nothing he could do. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, the issue became worse. I returned to Paul's Collision Repair, where I was told to leave the vehicle and they would try to re-align the front bumper. I picked the vehicle up a second time and the alignment was no better. I have had another collision repair facility look at the vehicle where they advised the front bumper tabs were broken and were glued and taped. They literally advised that "your bumper is being held on by adhesive tape." Joel has not been willing to remedy the situation and is very unprofessional and rude at every interaction. This has been, by far, the worst interaction I have had with a vehicle repair facility. Would highly advise against this repair facility.
