Upon my 1st visit to the Warren, Ohio location, I was informed that I could not get an estimate at…read morethat time, but needed to schedule an appointment. The wait for that appointment was 3 weeks which is difficult when driving a damaged car. I was informed by the employee that looked over our vehicle that he would get the quote together and send it to my email address. I checked my emails daily and that quote never materialized! After a couple weeks I called and informed the receptionist, who said she would relay my message. It has now been 5 days shy of a month since I was told I would receive that quote and it has still not materialized! Why would one trust this Company with the actual repair, when they have not kept their word or been trustworthy regarding your estimate? This has so hindered the process of my being able to get this bodywork done!!! This amount of disregard and disrespect coming from a business is really inexcusable! I went there because of a recommendation but I could never recommend Gerber Collision of Warren to anyone!!

Truck is still not returned, fixed, and when we call we get told "we'll call you in a day and it will be done." We have been told that at least 10 times now over the past 6 of 9 weeks.

After meeting with sales rep (Kevin Sikora) and taking a test drive, was offered a deal too good to pass up. Also a pleasant experience in the finance office with Keely; no shady monkey business at all during the parade of paperwork. She did try to sell a few last-minute extras but didn't turn evil on me when I declined them. Very happy with the car I got and the deal that came with it. I contacted him a few hours before heading over to the dealership, everything was all set to negotiate the final deal on that car, and when I got there he told me they sold the car earlier that day. He couldn't bother to let me know ahead of time despite texting him just a couple hours before; I drove an hour out of my way and had a cashier's check made out for the down payment and everything. Overall very disappointing and frustrating, and incredibly unprofessional on their part. I would strongly encourage anyone to avoid doing business with Nicholas Rushwin specifically, and this dealership as a whole. I definitely will not give them my business and advise against anyone giving them their business either.
