I was very satisfied with my repair from King Collision. The staff is professional and kept us adequately informed about the repair. They did a beautiful job on the repair and even installed a broken side mirror we purchased from Amazon. My only issue was that it took so long to get on their schedule, but that wasn't really their fault due to a delay in getting the part shipped. Overall, very pleased and would recommend!! read more

King collision in boardman is the last place I'll be taking my car in for repairs. I have a 2024 Hyunday santa cruz, they couldn't match up the paint, they did a sloppy job with the buffing, they put compound all over the black plastic parts on the truck, which it to me more than 3 hrs to get it all removed, they oversprayed my truck which it took more than 3 hrs also to remove the overspray from the whole truck, there were broken clips on the rear bumper, the rear fender wasn't lining up with the lights and the tailgate,, it had all of them defects and they thought I was not going to notice. BUT I DID. ITS A BRAND NEW 2024 TRUCK SO I WILL NOTICE, . Over all I took my truck back to king collision 3x, and all I was getting was attitude, and will never, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. It's not that I may seem picky ,but when I work hard for my truck, I take pride and value my vehicles. So therefore YES I'm gonna be picky.It helps that my family have custom paint shops. read more

I was booked for a Wednesday but was unsure of the time. I was unable to reach them with repeated phone calls. Their phones were shut down. They got the phones fixed, I was able to reschedule and they did an excellent repair and checked the operation of the mirrors. Only took an hour and 15 minutes and was very reasonable price-wise. read more

The good: A very nice paint job. Kudos to the workers with paint and assembly. The Bad: Service was absolutely horrible. Spoke to management about spraying the part a week before scheduled visit in order for paint to thoroughly dry and also to minimize downtime for vehicle and myself. Management agreed! Office called to reschedule a day later. 8 am drop off with max 2-4 hrs. Tail light, fog light, attach bumper trim. The Ugly: front service desk lady didn't know what stage of repair my truck was in at noon!!! Stoped at Boardman store and was told again they didn't have any knowledge of when it would be done or what stage the repair was in. I walked around the back of the building and seen the truck with the new tail light and fog light. No bumper trim. Figured they didn't pre paint trim like they said they would. Revisited lady in the service area. Explained to lady that I was not happy and that I figured they didn't paint the trim until today. She said that she told me that I may not have my vehicle back today and that she didn't know what was taking so long. LIAR. WTH!! After complaining and saying I was not happy a manager came out and said there was a mix up and the part didn't get painted till today, but part is in the oven and will be ready in 2 hrs. I had my BMW painted here 2 years ago. Within 3 months all the paint on my front end started flaking off. I moved away and am still awaiting payment to paint my car. They have not sent me a check yet. They owe me $1,000.00. I would not reccomend. They have NOT followed through. read more

I had front end and side damage to my car. My insurance agent recommended KC. The paint work was flawless. I can not tell that the car was ever damaged. A month later I thought that an undetected issue had shown up. They took the car back and it was determined that there was no other problem. I thought that my windshield washers didn't work. Because I have four different vehicles I simply did not know how they were operated. They would not accept any payment for analyzing the problem. I highly recommend this particular shop. I can't speak for all the other KC shops. read more

My Benz was rear ended and minor work was needed. They did an excellent job but I thought they price gouged the insurance company a bit. My real complaint was that one of the workers stole a purse off the back seat of my car where I accidentally left it. The purse was empty but it still looked new. When they tell you take your things out of the car, do it. read more

Update on the job. The car was in the shop, with estimate conducted, on Monday morning. They said they would put a rush on it because we lived 5 hours away and had a rental car. I didn't hear anything from them by Friday, so I was concerned. The place is only open until noon on Saturday and not open on Sunday, so in order for me to get up there in time to get it on Saturday, I had to know Friday. I ended up calling them fairly early in the day, and they said the car was just about done, that they just had to do the final inspection and test drive, then they would call me back. They never called back on Friday. So that scrapped going up over the weekend. I waited for them to call me on the following Monday... they didn't. I had to call the car rental company and add more time (to the tune of $300). I called them again on Tuesday morning and the guy gave me the exact same line he gave me on the previous Friday. Just like the previous Friday, he didn't call back. I called again on Wednesday, about to light them up, threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau, etc. but the guy said "oh, we finished this job yesterday". I was not informed. Long story short, I took the day off of work on Friday, and drove round trip to return the rental car and bring my car back. The quality of work was fine, although the interior of the car still smells like an auto shop two months later. The price of the service was fine compared to what I'm used to in Northern Virginia. There was just a complete lack of pro-activity. It's like they knew they had me against the ropes because I lived far away. I'm not going to go so far as to say "never use this company", but you do need to be careful. read more

We had damage to a back drivers side panel. They said they replaced it with a not-brand-new panel, painted to match. What they did was bondo on the damaged panel, which has now rusted clear through. Beware! read more

Whatever you do- do not take your car to this place to get simple paint issues fixed. My 6 month old car had paint peeling off due to a factory defect and it was sent there for repair. 3 weeks later and going into paint job #3, it looks worse than it did when we started. I should have left the paint peeling off of the bumper. It looked better than their paint job. read more

This company is horrible!!! I had a vehicle go in for a one week repair. It took 3 weeks to get my car back. No one returned my calls or would even give me a straight forward answer as to what was going on with my vehicle. This company is more worried about quantity over quality. I could never contact my estimator because he was always out of the office, with a customer, or on the phone with a customer. Yet he was never in contact with me. They schedule more cars than they can handle just for the money. In the end the customer is the one who suffers. The manager is rude, the owner is arrogant. The ladies in the front are very pleasant and helpful though, and were always willing to try helping the best they could. When I was finally called to pick up my car the paint did NOT MATCH at all, it drove horrible, and there was grease stains on my seats, and floor boards. I refused to take my vehicle in this condition, and guess what? My car was there yet another 2 weeks! Ive had to take my car back 3 times due to issues with the repairs they done. Each time I go in the manager seems to be on a rampage yelling at employees for things other employees were doing, its ridiculous! This company is a complete joke. How they are still in business is beyond me. They treat their customers and employees like crap! Heed my warning DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO KING COLLISION you will not be happy with the service or end product! read more
