And they'd even scheduled my repairs within a week of my initial visit to have them look it over. I seriously dreaded the repair bill because of the special fabrication work involved; however, their fee was surprisingly reasonable (especially in light of all that extra labor). You can't ask for much more than that. As auto repairs go, this was actually a pleasant experience. I won't hesitate to call them again when I need additional work done.

I bought a Leer truck bed fiberglass Lid from them. It took 13 weeks to come in. I paid $2,850 for…read moreit. I was happy with the Lid until I discovered it was leaking at the front of the Lid where the front gasket is attached to the Lid. I called them and they said for me to bring it in which I did. I explained to them that the water was coming in between the seal and the lid. I left the truck and they called me 2-1/2 hours later and said the truck was done. They told me everything was good to go. After I looked at the lid when I got home I couldn't see anything that they had done but I took them at their word. Well the next big rain We had I saw that the leak was still there. I then took a video of the leak. I called them again and explained again about the leak and told them I had a video of the leak. I talked to Tom the installer. He told me "great that would help tremendously. I made an appointment to get the leak fixed AGAIN. When I went back I talked to the owner and showed him the video. He started telling me there was nothing he could do but to send the entire lid back to Leer which I found unacceptable. He told me about the only thing they could do was to put some silicone caulking across the seal. When Tom the installer brought the truck around I looked where they were supposed to put the caulking and the only placed they caulked was the pop rivet heads. I asked Tom why he didn't caulk all the way across the seal, he said "there's tape behind the seal". I said I know that's exactly where it's leaking at. He said I don't know then. I said Never mind, I'll fix it myself. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW IS TO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VALLEY TRUCK OUTFITTERS! THEY WOULD'NT TAKE CARE OF A WARRANTED PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL UNLESS THEY SEND IT BACK TO THE FACTORY WHERE IT CAME FROM WHICH THE OWNER SAID WOULD TAKE A LONG TIME. My vehicle was involved in a minor collision involving the left fender and front bumper. Upon…read morepicking up the vehicle, I advised the owner of the facility (Joel) of the poor fit of the bumper to fender. Joel advised this is how the bumper fits and there is nothing he could do. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, the issue became worse. I returned to Paul's Collision Repair, where I was told to leave the vehicle and they would try to re-align the front bumper. I picked the vehicle up a second time and the alignment was no better. I have had another collision repair facility look at the vehicle where they advised the front bumper tabs were broken and were glued and taped. They literally advised that "your bumper is being held on by adhesive tape." Joel has not been willing to remedy the situation and is very unprofessional and rude at every interaction. This has been, by far, the worst interaction I have had with a vehicle repair facility. Would highly advise against this repair facility.
