This was my first time here based upon a recommendation from a co-worker. The two local mechanic…read moreshops I previously used went out of business due to both deciding to retire so I needed somewhere new to go. I called and asked about getting my vehicle in to have two new tires put on. I already had the tires but just needed them mounted and balanced. The gentleman I spoke to told me to bring it right in and they could have it done by the end of the day. I asked if there was anyway possible way to have it done by 11:30 AM due to needing the vehicle for work purposes and he stated they should be able to accommodate me. Not only did they have it done by the time I requested, it was done by approx. 10:30 AM. Considering I called and then dropped it at 9 AM and they had it done an hour before the time I requested, I'd say this is fantastic customer service from start to finish. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and courteous as well. Great experience and I think I may have found my new local shop to take my vehicles to.

The wait for that appointment was 3 weeks which is difficult when driving a damaged car. I was informed by the employee that looked over our vehicle that he would get the quote together and send it to my email address. I checked my emails daily and that quote never materialized! After a couple weeks I called and informed the receptionist, who said she would relay my message. It has now been 5 days shy of a month since I was told I would receive that quote and it has still not materialized! Why would one trust this Company with the actual repair, when they have not kept their word or been trustworthy regarding your estimate? This has so hindered the process of my being able to get this bodywork done!!! This amount of disregard and disrespect coming from a business is really inexcusable! First, Gerber said we had to wait a week to bring the car in, then they told us we had to wait on the estimate, then we had to wait some more, then we had to call into the shop only to be told that ultimately they will not fix our vehicle. They stated they "could" fix our car they just "don't know when" because our car was damaged! It's their job to fix cars that were in a collision! Horrible service! I'd rather give no stars!!!
