The work they do on my vehicle has always been top notch and looks brand new when I get it back. Dealing with insurance companies is almost always a pain in the butt! But when I call there they take care of everything. They keep me posted on what's going on with my vehicle, when the adjuster has been in, when the work will be done and they're always on time. Presque Isle Auto gave a very reasonable quote and so I decided to go with them. I was easily able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (and the schedule of the person who had to pick me up and drop me off while my car was there). I dropped the car off at about 830am and the repairs were done by 1pm. The car was washed inside and out, and the repair looked great. I have attached photos of before and after to compare. It looks like the original window and if you didn't know it was a replacement, you could never tell. All around very happy with the service and obvious care Presque Isle Auto has for the customer.
