The garage didn't fare so well, but thanks to Godfrey's body shop, the car looks better than it did when I bought it. The customer service was great -- they communicated every step of the way, did an amazing job, and returned the car with even the interior looking terrific. I also go there for oil changes and inspections and have had nothing but great experiences. I think the other reviewer had a bad day and decided to yell at clouds on the internet, because everyone I talk to thinks this is a great local business. After dealing with Preston's in Sharon a few times (ugh), I will be a staunch Godfrey's customer for the rest of my Ford-buying days.

There driver was incapable of finding address had to spend 5 minutes on the phone to get him there. 10 minutes later he left without my car saying he was unable to back his truck in the driveway to get it. Needless to say there have been several cars that can get up to the car. Incompetence at its finest!!!!
