I stopped in one day and was interested in buying a car I had seen online, I had sent in documents for Pre-approval, Chris has already worked with Sheree in financing to get everything ready before I arrived, and we went for a drive, I liked it and we got to working on paperwork. Sheree made the paperwork a breeze and was extremely helpful. Later, on my way home I had an issue with the car, thankfully it has a warranty and I purchased an Extended Warranty, needless to say, Chris and Andrew worked lightning fast to get me assistance, get the car back to the shop and had it ready to go the next day. Overall, I would highly recommend if you're in the market, shopping Ben Bissett in Mercer, they were very professional, helpful, and courteous.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, every visit I was greeted warmly, shown to a waiting area, and treated respectfully. Jeff always took time to listen and guide me through to the best care with total kindness. As an over 70 woman, that is a rare occurrence in the business world.
