Upon pick up, our back cup holder was damaged and ripped off without one employee letting us know. Also, the seat is stained. Our golf cart is in amazing condition. This has been going on for 5 weeks. They gave us replacement cup holders that didn't fit. I had to order my own I was told I would receive a refund. Haven't. I haven't received anything but lies and stories for 5 weeks. They damaged my golf cart, tried to get away with it and never made it right. Someone was supposed to come to our house 3 times now and it still hasn't happened. This morning someone was supposed to be here at 9. Decides to text at 8:50 I'll be there in about 45 minutes. People have jobs. No one can sit here all day to wait for whenever it's convenient for you. You have done nothing but inconvenience us!To say this company is unprofessional is a understatement. I felt very welcomed which is refreshing nowadays. He went above and beyond by being able to deliver same day as well! They were even able to clean it up and make it shine like new again before delivering. I couldn't have asked for anything more. They had a great selection, and I feel like I got great value for my money.
