When I arrived, the receptionist quickly reviewed the info with me, took a look at the car, then gave me a useful overview of what to expect from the process including tips like: Don't forget to snag your EZPass, garage door opener and phone charger! She helped me through the rental car process and made it easy to return the rental by simply leaving the keys at the desk when I came to pickup my repaired vehicle. I received regular notifications throughout the process, starting with a projected completion date, then regular updates as the parts came in and services were completed. (The work was done with impressive finesse, and the completion date was so early that I saved hundreds when returning my rental car early.) There were some really nice finishing touches along the way too, like answering all my questions and concerns when picking up the vehicle (zomg, went a long way in easing the anxiety experienced around losing my vehicle for a time after the crash), printing a second copy of the bill so I could stick one in my records and send the other along with the certification required by insurance, and exceptional after-care in answering questions that I had a few days after completion. The truck was un-drivable and the truck was towed to Zimmerman's. I called my regular repair shop and was told they couldn't get it in for 2 months. I started working with Keith at LZE. Keith assured me the shop did excellent work and promised to work with the insurance company to get OEM parts. He also understood I couldn't drive the truck and got it in the shop right away. About 3 weeks later I had my truck and it looks and drives like new. Really impressed with the service and workmanship!

I informed service that it has been inspected in NY eight (8) times and never once was the window tint and issue. I reviewed my paperwork to find that it was inspected by this dealership less than two (2) years prior, without any issues. The service rep told me it never should have passed back then. Was also quoted $83 to clean the battery terminals and that my DEF was getting low. The recall was not really a recall per the service rep either. I would never trust this dealership to be honest with me, and I will never return there.

I was informed that There was a glitch and THEY had written the services up incorrectly so instead of saying oops our fault we screwed up when We informed you of the availible services left on your purchase I was charged for the oil change even though they had written the services up incorrectly and informed there customer of the incorrect information. I feel this was an error on the business and the consumer had to eat this one when they were informed of wrong information. I was also informed that back brakes for a 21 Jeep Compass was going to be like $900... Please that's a price gouge if I ever saw one. Do yourself a favor and just run... Seems like they are all over the place and don't communicate within the company so why would they communicate well with their customers.....
