He got on the cold snow covered ground and went to work locating the hole. He quickly determined he could patch the tire for us and did so. He could have stayed inside we would have never known he was there. We knew the facility was closed, we just pulled in to get off the road. This good Samaritan came to our rescue and boy was it cold outside. Thanks for your help!!! We would have been stranded forever because we didn't have a spare tire. You guys are the best.

It got to the point I had to turn to the Attorney General for help. They reviewed my notes and determined it was a valid claim. They forwarded my notes to the DMV Albany main office. They too agreed my claim was valid but needed an outside opinion. So I went Camelot Auto Repairs in E. Rochester. I met and spoke with Doug the owner. Doug listened to my problem, went out with me and looked my car over. He detected a problem and prepared his professional opinion for the DMV. I sent his written opinion to the DMV office and they accepted it. The DMV in turn assigned a regional inspector who did get my problem straightened out. I was very pleased with Doug and his help for me. It was a very stressful thing dealing with this. 5 stars for Camelot Auto Repairs. Recently he hit a raccoon or larger rodent on a night drive and it damaged the front bumper of his supercharged G8. A friend at work recommended this shop in victor to have the work done. They got him scheduled very quickly, and completed the work even faster than expected. The white paint match was great, and the finish was good. The crew even took care of a quick mechanical repair that was unplanned, and did so at no cost even though they could have rightly charged 30 minutes of labor. We'll definitely go back!

Sal works hard to sell a decent car at a decent price. I bought an older vehicle which runs great, and looks super nice after the detail work. Everything in the vehicle checked out, the car fax (provided by dealer) looked good, and I wanted to move forward with negotiating a good purchase price. Jove was reasonably, as was I, I showed him the price I wanted "out the door". I offered an old 2002 BMW as a trade-in and he met my price. I am 45 years old, have bought all my other car from private parties and this was the first time I ever bought a car from a lot. So I brought my car to bob Hastings collision since they have a geico agent inside. Very convenient. They do the repairs on my car takes 2 weeks which is fine I understand how busy shops can get. I pick up my car from the shop, front end looks great, drive it home. Literally on my way home from the shop pulling into my driveway part of the coil of my strut fly's off the car and I hear the metal hit the ground. I immediately call the shop and inform them of what happened and they request I bring it back in for them to look at. So that brings us to today I drive my car back to the shop, the only place I've driven since the accident. Show them what fell off. The shop claims they did not touch any of the suspension so it's not something they did. The geico agent comes out and tells me this is not related to the crash that I was in. "It was just bad timing" So you are telling me that a piece of my car fell off right after the repairs from the accident I was in. And this has 0 to do with the accident and I would have to repair the struts not through insurance. What really happened is the geico agent didn't even bother seeing if the damage affected the suspension and the shop never repaired it so since both missed it it's on me. I will never go back to this shop and I hope that none of you do either it's a complete scam. 0 stars
