Their services are very reasonably priced and have fast turnaround on repairs. In addition to the quality of their service, Kaddy's is a company with heart who care about their customers. Our family lost our house to a fire and I was able to salvage the remains of a laptop that I had purchased from Kaddy's just 3 months prior. I took the charred remains to Chris and Donovan to see if there was anything they could get off the hard drive. 3 days later, they presented me with a replacement laptop with a hard drive containing 100% of the information from my burned unit, over 40 years of business and personal records and history. When I took out my credit card to pay, Chris said "No Sir, this is on Kaddy's as a gift to help you get back on your feet". Talk about being a good neighbor! I can't thank Kareem and his crew enough. They literally saved my business.

The best thing about Jason is the fact that he always trys to come up with the best COST EFFECTIVE solution for whatever problems I may have. I have found that IT/computer repair are often like car mechanics, they are constantly trying to do more work than required to make an extra buck. Jason has proven himself honest to me by only recommending what he thinks needs to be done to fix my problem. A good example of this was when my sisters MacBook Air had a messed up screen. She brought it to another shop and they wanted to replace the whole screen portion. I had Jason take a look at it and all he did was add some tension on a cable! $80 fix vs the 400+ the other company wanted. Completely blew our mind that there could be that big of a difference. I am very happy with Jason and will continue to use him for life. I feel like knowing someone that I can trust to handle my tech needs is as important in this day and age as knowing a good car mechanic. Thank you Jason for all of your time spent helping me!
