Duy is awesome. He's been working with us for quite some time now on business cards, logos, postcards, and marketing signs. Very quality work, but also extremely budget friendly. Very fast response by email, and always provides mock ups within 1 business day. Also, quick turn around time from mock up approval to delivery. read more

If i could give ZERO stars i would. I needed some simple signs for my wedding this Sunday. My wife and I went in on Tuesday night to talk about our order. Paul said he would get us proofs same day of order, that did not happen. We go back and forth until Friday and I still do not here from him. Come to find out they are closed on the weekends! Why would he say he can do it???? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE , unprofessional. I would rather spend $1 more on Kinkos!! read more

I was there with a friend of mine she needed some flyers done that same day and let me tell you they did an awesome job . Fast, Neat , great service . And their prices are just fantastic . I realllllllly recommend them . And I know I will come here for service . read more

Went to make copies off of a USB drive today. I stood there for a good 3 min before someone even asked if they could help me. I asked for 25 copies of what was on the USB and they printed on and made copies of the copy the printed out. If I knew what they were going to do I would've made the copies on my home copy machine. I went there because the post on Yelp made it seem like they were reasonably priced. Turns out they are more expensive than Kinko's. VERY low quality, VERY bad customer service, VERY bad experience!! Will not use again! read more

These guys are awesome! They have printed several things for my son's minecraft birthday party. From invitations to decorations, they do it all here. If I can give them an extra star for going the extra mile to please their customer, I would. I highly recommend speaking to Sammy. He helped with my printing work and even helped with the diagnostics on my desktop. This place is highly recommended! I even like the music they listen to in their store. Ha. read more

I must say that originally I thought they would do a good job on what I went in there for until the job wasn't done right. We were hoping that they would make things right but instead they threw it off on me saying that they wouldn't fix their error. Mind you I asked for a specific dimension which they said they would do and it wasn't the right dimensions when the job was done. They blamed me saying they showed me a copy and I said it looked good but they didn't verify the measurements themselves. You think since they are the professionals, THEY WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO DO SO. Apparently not and apparently their mission statement of customer satisfaction is important to them is not true as well. It's apparent that the $20 was worth the negative review. So since you guys took the $20...you can take the review as well and we will take our business elsewhere. read more

Quality has always been great and work has always been on time. The only issue I've ever had is that they promised to call me when my order was ready and they didn't fallow through. But that wasn't a huge deal. I called them and my order was ready. I will go back. read more

Came in here to blow up some pictures for our friends graduation and we had a great experience. Was in and out in less then 20 mins which I really appreciated since we were on a time crunch. The pictures were affordable and turned out pretty good. Everyone loved them and asked where we had them done so I highly recommended this spot. Will be back for my cousins graduation! read more

We get our business cards from Copy Cats. Tan designed our cards and gave us such a fresh look (compared to our old cards) that all of our clients can't stop raving about it. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of the cards are great. Some places charges you more for heavier stock paper. I have already referred some of my professional friends there. Very very efficient and good business practice. I hate dealing with unreliable people; so it's been great working with them. We will be printing t-shirts for our business in the near future, so this is the only place we will be using. read more

If you ever need to repair your computer, fax something, make copies, flyers, business cards, banners, heat pressed t-shirts, or even restaurant menu's this is the place to go. Everyone here at Copycats is very friendly. Their customer service is top notch. Whenever I tell anyone about Copycats I let them know it's like a Kinko's but better. Not one employee is better than the other. It's family/team orientated. So whenever i stop by they make me feel more than just a customer. If ya'll are reading this ...wad up Tan, Sammy, Paul, Duy!! read more

Live down the street and didn't know they existed until today, when I was trying to find a place to fax some documents. Faxes are $1.00 for the first sheet, .50 for each sheet after. The employees were friendly and did an amazing job at multitasking. Will definitely come back! read more

I emailed a one page print service and it was ready for pick up within 10 minutes after sending. At the time of my check out I asked for a quote on a X-box symbol vinyl sticker which I planned to place on DIY project of mine. After showing him a picture of my project he suggested I get the X-box symbol on sticker paper instead. He explained it would be be less expensive and would do the job as far as what I was looking for. I trusted him and asked if I could place an order for that. To my surprise, he was able to have it ready for me within about 10 minutes!! I would definitely come back to them because of their prices, fast service and great customer service. Suggesting an alternative to save your customer money is not something every business is willing to do. So they definitely earned my TRUST!! I recommend you give them a try :) read more

Like it here a lot, the service is excellent!" If you need copy's and service you are in the right place.

WEDDING INVITATIONS & RSVPs... were what I came to copycats for. My gf recommended them after she had baby shower invites made. Omg, I am so impressed with the card stock used, the print work, and how helpful everyone has been. I have a pretty expensive wedding coming up and wanted to find ways to save. I was told by a gf to go on Etsy, find a company that will make a PDF invitation for a few bucks, and then email copycats the PDF file to print... I've saved a few hundred dollars to have the same quality work done as a stationary company. :)) I submitted my PDF Sunday night and by Monday afternoon, they were ready for pickup. Thank you Duy for helping with the invites and all others that have helped me when I had questions. read more

Within a couple of hours after I ordered, they emailed me a sample. I responded it with a few changes. Then they emailed me with 2 samples in the same day. So I picked one I like. That's it. I'm more than happy to ordered to them. read more

I wasn't sure what this place was until I stepped inside. I needed to print out one page of my homework and they work a little different from FedEx kinkos. They charge per time rather than per page. Not expensive but I know to go straight to FedEx if I only have one page to print. read more

I've been coming here for years for either my high school projects or my college assignments and have always had a good friendly environment. Today I came in with my dad and my dad asked if someone spoke Spanish, one of the employees with tattoos, glasses, and a beard got up like if it was such a bother to do his job. After my dad asked he said no with an attitude that wasn't welcoming at all. Don't know what's his problem but there's no need to act like a tough guy when all we come for is for some copies. Stop trying to act like you don't care dude and start doing your job like you want to be there even if it's fake. Besides that some other gentleman was very professional helping my dad so thank you. read more
