Went to make copies off of a USB drive today. I stood there for a good 3 min before someone even asked if they could help me. I asked for 25 copies of what was on the USB and they printed on and made copies of the copy the printed out. If I knew what they were going to do I would've made the copies on my home copy machine. I went there because the post on Yelp made it seem like they were reasonably priced. Turns out they are more expensive than Kinko's. VERY low quality, VERY bad customer service, VERY bad experience!! I must say that originally I thought they would do a good job on what I went in there for until the job wasn't done right. We were hoping that they would make things right but instead they threw it off on me saying that they wouldn't fix their error. Mind you I asked for a specific dimension which they said they would do and it wasn't the right dimensions when the job was done. They blamed me saying they showed me a copy and I said it looked good but they didn't verify the measurements themselves. You think since they are the professionals, THEY WOULD TAKE THE TIME TO DO SO. Apparently not and apparently their mission statement of customer satisfaction is important to them is not true as well. It's apparent that the $20 was worth the negative review. So since you guys took the $20...you can take the review as well and we will take our business elsewhere. read more

We get our business cards from Copy Cats. Tan designed our cards and gave us such a fresh look (compared to our old cards) that all of our clients can't stop raving about it. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the quality of the cards are great. Some places charges you more for heavier stock paper. I have already referred some of my professional friends there. Very very efficient and good business practice. I hate dealing with unreliable people; so it's been great working with them. Omg, I am so impressed with the card stock used, the print work, and how helpful everyone has been. I have a pretty expensive wedding coming up and wanted to find ways to save. I was told by a gf to go on Etsy, find a company that will make a PDF invitation for a few bucks, and then email copycats the PDF file to print... I emailed a one page print service and it was ready for pick up within 10 minutes after sending. At the time of my check out I asked for a quote on a X-box symbol vinyl sticker which I planned to place on DIY project of mine. After showing him a picture of my project he suggested I get the X-box symbol on sticker paper instead. He explained it would be be less expensive and would do the job as far as what I was looking for. I trusted him and asked if I could place an order for that. To my surprise, he was able to have it ready for me within about 10 minutes!! I would definitely come back to them because of their prices, fast service and great customer service. I've been coming here for years for either my high school projects or my college assignments and have always had a good friendly environment. Today I came in with my dad and my dad asked if someone spoke Spanish, one of the employees with tattoos,glasses, and a beard got up like if it was such a bother to do his job. After my dad asked he said no with an attitude that wasn't welcoming at all. Don't know what's his problem but there's no need to act like a tough guy when all we come for is for some copies. I wasn't sure what this place was until I stepped inside. I needed to print out one page of my homework and they work a little different from FedEx kinkos. They charge per time rather than per page. Not expensive but I know to go straight to FedEx if I only have one page to print. read more

So I got a call from my brother while he was at work that he forgot his flyer and needed me to find somewhere cheap to make 150 of them. I turn to yelp and find this place, I call and ask how much for 150 full page color copies guy tells me $49.05. I call a few other places per my brothers request to get estimates, the others I get are $60, 90 and 96.47. So we're off to Copy Cats, get there guy welcomes us and asks how he can help I told him I called earlier wanting copies, asked if I was told how much it would be and I told him I was told $49.05 with taxes all he says was sounds about right and that is what he charged me. He made me a sample copy, I approve and he said take a seat it'll be like 10 min. He lied. It was all of 3 minutes and my copies were ready. Very happy with the service, place looks like a cool place to hang at and I saw that they also make banners and tshirts, which we will most likely go back to get shirts made. Gave my brother his copies and he was very happy also. This place is a bit far from us, since we live in Montebello but I'm the type of person that will travel for something good. Another bonus when looking at places that make copies this place is open later (7p), all the other places I saw close at 5p. read more
