This review is way overdue! I've been coming to copy cats for years for my printing needs. I trusted them with my wedding invites, baby shower invites, baby announcements and the list goes on and on. I always purchase digital files for invites on Etsy and have them printed here. They are extremely reasonable with their pricing. They are all also very friendly and seem genuinely happy to be at work. They also blew up a photo to display at my wedding. All of their work looks of great quality. I personally have only worked with Valentin and he's always been professional and happy to help me. I highly recommend copy cats for anyone looking for a print shop. read more

Amazing service, rapid response, and I got exactly what I wanted. Copycats did an excellent job on our movie ticket wedding invitations! We had a hard time finding a printer to do our die cut and perferated invites, and not only did they meet all of our needs, the price was great. Tan was super helpful in providing proofs (same day most of the time) and answering what felt like a million questions and emails with kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back to them and recommending them to everyone I know! read more

These guys knock it out of the park! And their prices are competitive (if not cheaper.) 'Nuff said.

Great service, fast and reliable. Highly recommend CopyCats! They did a great job on my daughter's graduation announcements and on a bridal shower sign that was ready in a couple of hours! read more

CopyCats came through for me AGAIN this weekend. How have I not reviewed them before??? Shame on me. I deserve another hellish trip to Kinkos as punishment. A friend referred me to Copycats- since then, I have used Copycats for years for major corporate items (executive business cards, folders for corporate retreats, etc), and every single time they've nailed it. Even on smaller orders, they have done a great job and they work with you to get exactly what you need. The customer service far outweighs any other store I've been to (feel free to read my Kinkos review and bang your head on a wall with me). Copycats' staff is extremely professional and efficient, which is why they continue to receive my business even though I'm an hour away. I've seen them do the range of work - from smaller personal items to massive corporate orders, and they earned repeat business every time. If there were six stars, I'd give it! read more

I was recommended by someone to check this place out to print some 5x7 postcards. Quality is awesome and turnaround time is super fast. Wish their website had more information about paper quality and prices. Better quality and service than Staples and other places!! read more

I have never needed picture boards until my fathers services. They did an amazing job and service was extremely fast. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them. Everyone loved the memorial poster boards they made.. Thank you CopyCats!!! read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find a very nearby and local print shop. I used their website to submit what I needed to print out and requested for them to call me once they received the email. They called me within 15 minutes and advised me on what type and weight of paper to use for the various documents and photos I needed to print out. They told me to come after 30 minutes. When I went to pick it up everything was nicely packaged and they also took it out of the package to show me the final product before repackaging it again. Def recommend read more

Great customer service , and affordable printing. Highly recommend for you digital printing needs.

This is, by far, the best place for printing! A coworker of mine highly recommended another printer, saying they had the lowest prices she'd seen. I had both places (Copy Cats and the other place) quote me for the exact same work... and Copy Cats came in at more than $100 LESS! (And, the job wasn't that big to begin with). Unbeatable prices, friendly service and fast turnaround time! My wife and I are very happy with the quality as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

Copy Cats is a top notch place. I've been coming here for a few years through my nonprofit work. We use Copy Cats for all of our major mailings, booklets, posters, invitations, flyers, and more. All of the guys that work there are easy going and kind. Their storefront is a fun environment and I always look forward to going there. Their pricing is great, their turn around time is always good, and they communicate well. I use their services outside of the work world, too. They printed my wedding ceremony program and they turned out beautifully. All in all, I highly recommend using them for your printing needs. They're a great, local company to support! read more

I'm sooooo dissapointed I have come here for many years for many things all staff hv been great until today the oriental guy helped me so fast was rude wen I asked 4 more help on computer he said we don't do that service here although the other kind caring employees no matter how busy always took the time many times. I told him I would pay 4 his help he said we r very busy & that I need to learn this stuff cause it's the future then left me hanging they hv a great business here so 1 bad review won't bother that young man but someday he will be older & need help or if he would treat his own mother so rudely. read more

CopyCats Digital Solutions - One stop shop with friendly service!!! I'll definitely be coming back!! - Printing Services Near Me - Whittier, California

Honest rates and quality work. The customer service is professional with a laid back culture. I love this place.

Yesterday I gave CopyCats a call, a very sweet young man Valentin answered and gave me an estimate of a picture I needed printed out for my sister graduation. I always seem to procrastinate on EVERYTHING! And every place I called said either I'd be done in days or it cost a lot! And then BOMB I got recommended to this place and Valentin said it will be done and in less then a couple of hours and above all great pricing! Great customer service, very alert on things, and informed me on everything I needed to know (whether it came down to the printing paper or the cost of a size). I will be back. I highly recommend this place! Thank you again! read more

Fast response! Fair price! Good customer service! And, most importantly, SUPER FAST turnaround time!! That's why we always order flyers from them. There are times that they can do same day pick up too! read more

After my first review of this place, I started to see how much they wanted to fix this. I went back in and he offered me a second inspection of my device and a refund. What happened showed me how much they care for their customers. I'm satisfy with the outcome of the solution. read more

forget geek squad and all those other high priced computer repair dudes. this place takes care of it all and has EXCELLENT prices and super fast turnaround. our hp desktop finally gave out and i thought all was lost but they recovered the hard drive and burned everything onto 8 dvd's and charged us $25 for the 1st dvd and $5 for each one after but only charged us for 7 - SCORE! the next day when we picked up our copies we took in my brother and sister's vaio, it was full of spyware and would not get past the boot screen.. $50 and a few days later here we are back online again. i can not recommend this place enough, they are THE BEST. the set up of the store is really cool too! they offer internet access, do copies and other assorted printing in addition to their computer repair services. i also noticed a couple used towers for sale under $200. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! read more

I found this place on Yelp, saw the positive reviews and decided to give it a try. My 80 year old Mother was having problems with her computer, a virus had set in. I tried to help her the best I could but knew I was not computer smart enough. We took it in to Copy Cats and was helped by a really nice young man (everyone was young, to me any way) he knew right away what the problem was and quoted us a fantastic amount. He explained everything to us in a way that we totally understood, he was very patient with my Mom and her 50 questions. Bravo to this place, nice to see some young kids really making a difference and enjoying what they do. I definately would go back with my own computer as well as recommend it to anyone. read more

Are they not open anymore? Been calling them all day for the past two days. Their voicemails says to call back during business hours which I am. Also memory is full so I cant leave a message. Sent then several emails as well with no response back from them.. eh I guess I'll go elsewhere. read more

I cant say enough good things about this place and the guys that work there. I started using this place about 2 years ago for flyers, graphic designs, posters, business card and my other print needs without disappointment. I can send my files to them online and within a day my prints can be ready for small orders (larger orders may take a bit more time). They give resonable time lines for work, which is quick. Duey and Joey (morning staff guys) are always helpful in making adjustments for my print files if needed. Plus they are cool CATS. The guys are always smiling and joking and its a cool atmosphere to walk into. I use to live close by and recently moved out to Covina, but I dont mind driving out for their work. Keep up the good work! read more

The best spot in Whittier to do stuff on line in case you don't have a PC or a printer ... the prices are unbeatable ... the stuff are amazing .... service outstanding read more

I don't appreciate the price gauging. Charged me 75 cents to print 1 8.5x11 page. Won't be going to them anymore.

Great computer repair and copy shop with Internet access that is dirt cheap. The kids that work here are very friendly and helpful. Bambi didn't have any access while in Whittier and got lucky cause this place was right next door. read more

These guys are nice and their prices are reasonable. They are quick and reliable.

I have been doing business with CopyCats for a couple of years now. They have printed everything from t-shirts for our family reunion to trifold brochures for my business. Their quality, pricing, and convenience cannot be beat. I Highly recommend these guys. read more

I went there twice to make copies. Apparently friendly customer service is not their thing. The worker who helped me lacked personality. Even tho i live a short walk away from them i prefer to drive a few miles to Office Depot where your always met with great customer service and friendly people. read more

First of all, this is a great print shop. I've come here 3 times to have my artwork printed. No complaints on the quality of the prints because they are pretty darn color accurate and everything I've had printed from these guys have come out spot-on. My only complaint are the inconsistent prices. My first visit, I was charged $1 for 12x18 prints on smooth cover. I was like "wow what a great price! especially if I need to print in bulk for artist alley for convention season". I returned a 2nd time and I was charged $1.50 for the same exact prints on the same paper from my first visit. I told the guy that helped me that I was initially charged only $1 but he just simply said "I don't know who helped you out the first time but these prints on this paper is $1.50. Here is your receipt, keep it just in case" I was like, ok sure, I guess an extra 50 cents isn't horrible and still cheaper than this other place I used". My 3rd and most recent visit, I was charged $2 for the same print on the same paper 12x18 smooth cover. I was like "REALLY???" lol. I didn't complain because I was in a rush and really needed stuff printed. I also didn't print in bulk so I dunno if they would have given me a discount (nor did I print in bulk my other 2 times). I also (this is totally my fault) did not bring my receipt because I had switched my wallet and left my receipt in my other wallet so I had no proof of being charged $1.50 from last time (again, totally my fault). Overall, print quality is excellent, customer service is great (nice guys), no complaints at all about quality, but the pricing is just inconsistent whenever I've visited. read more

When my family needed a funeral pamphlet for my Grandfather's service we went to Copycat. They were extremely helpful and fast. And when we noticed there was a date typo on the brochure they made a label of the correct date. They even matched the color of the pamphlet and the label blended perfectly. read more

I ordered big heads for the first time and was excited about them, had to do it online for the first time and i'm not computer shabby but I tried, when it was time to pick up the product, it wasn't what I ordered, I had to wait for them to fix one of my orders and the second order was yellow looking and I asked the guy why was it yellow and he told me "it was green" and that's the best they can do, I am not happy with the end result, so I called later that week to ask about getting them redone and the guy was really rude and not helpful at all, he kept saying "so you want them green then, I told you that's the best we can do for the photo you downloaded" I downloaded a picture that was professionally taken and there was no option warning on the website or email stating if you don't want your picture yellow then make sure you take it right! I just want it done correctly for a special day and now i'm stressed out and my family and friends are very upset about the outcome of the big heads and how rude I was treated! not very professional and I've been there many of times to just make copies and I just wanted to try something new! I tried to put a negative star but it just let me put a one star which I don't think it's worthy of that!!! very disappointing!! read more

This place has it all, from invites, posters, banners or any other printing project. I went last week and needed a banner done ASAP and the guys got it done! They even designed it for me. I will always come back for future projects. Thank you guys so much. Highly recommend this place. This place is wonderful! read more

I can't recommend these guys enough! I needed to get funeral programs printed and had called a couple of other places to see the turn around time. Most places said I would have to wait 2 - 3 days. I called Copy Cats and they said they could have it done the next day! The programs were full color and they even gave me a free sample of what it would look like! I highly recommend coming here! I will definately be back the next time I need to print anything. read more

5+ stars. Put in our company's business card order and got the proof within 15 minutes! 3 days later, my employee had received her cards, which were top notch quality. Great pricing, great service, exactly what we need. VERY happy with Copy Cats Digital Solutions! read more

These guys are awesome...They have a very casual store complete with an eclectic mix of music. Their prices are way better than FedEx office and staples. The staff is very helpful and always ready to answer questions for you. I'm there almost every other week. read more

I guess they pick and choose who they think is worthy of good customer service. Because towards me they lacked. But I seen the way they were with each other and the way they treated other customers and it was good. Maybe they didn't think I looked worthy to give good customer service to. However, I know who I am and I have confidence in myself that it didn't really harm me, the service they gave me. I give 3 stars for their prices and the place being so convenient for me. However, even though it consumed about 25 minutes of my time to get 12 5×7 regular paper prints. If it was because of them being busy i would understand but it was definitely about who wanted to choose to deal with me as a customer. I was waiting around for someone to serve me. They were all walking around hoping it wouldn't be them. The owner or manager or whatever asked some guy if he could please help me print. And the guy said yes but out of force. I was there longer than I needed to be. Longer than i should have been for just some ordinary prints. Like I said I'm sure their customer service is great to the customers they choose they want to be nice to and do extra for. But it wasn't me. read more
