This is our go to spot for computer rental, scanning, printing and copies. One of the staff members knows sign language! So it is nice he can communicate with us. There's a small kids play area and the people are just soo friendly here. Prices are very reasonable for example one hour of computer time plus 40 pages printed will cost about 7.00. read more

I tried to cancel the Visa charge, but the bank said "We don't get involved in quality disputes." I went back for the envelopes, grudgingly, but lo and behold, Jay said "We dumped them." I just got my passport photos done here. A guy who seems to be the owner took my picture. After got the photos, I mentioned to him that the photos look slightly off focus and looks soft. Without looking at them, he insisted that the photos are in focus and it should be okay. I'm a photographer, so I know when a photo is not in focus. There were another lady waiting for a service, and I didn't want to make a scene. So I left. I figure even if I get a replacement, there's no guarantee it will be good anyway. I definitely don't have time for multiple sessions. Word of advice. If you're offering service at your store, do learn how to use a camera properly, and learn how to distinguish good and bad photos. The worst customer service. I was greeted with a long stare, no words. I let the employee who happened to be the supervisor know that I needed a text my university had printed. I was asked "which course" in a discrete, gruff tone as if it were a drug deal. When paying, the disgruntled man held my credit card for ransom until I signed the receipt as if I would risk my freedom for a $25 text. This place is absolutely terrible for printouts. I went in to print out some packing slips for some ebay sales and they told me that printouts were 20 cents per minute. I used the computer for 3 minutes, walked over to the printer and counted my sheets for 5 minutes, made a phone call and walked to the clerk. This was at 10am, and no one else was in the shop. She obviously saw that I was not at the computer for the entire time, but she wrote that I was there for 12 minutes. I argued it but she said that I had to let her know when I was done with the computer. The printouts were off center and blurry. The man at the counter was very rude. I will never return. read more

Apparently I got the "boss" on the phone because he blatantly put me on hold while I was in the middle of a sentence. He refused to let me talk, constantly interrupting me. And when I claimed they just charged my card without even telling me the cost of the reader I was purchasing he blamed it on the professor saying he had told her to put the cost of it on blackboard. He refused to take ownership to at least inform me of how much the reader was going to cost before charging my card. Something must be in the air today, I have never been treated in such a fashion in my entire life. The owner, Jay, believes he conducts his business on an ethical platform. I agree to disagree. Last time I checked, shopping around for the best price is legal, and a definite right for the customer. Jay heard my conversation and got all bent out of shape, started raising his voice, said he had a bad taste in his mouth and now he didn't want to do business. I said fine, give me my originals back and i'll be on my way... he refused. He actually grabbed them away from me like a little child. He said I had to pay for what was already printed. I refused. I called my office and got the green light to finish the job, after I finished making the check out and everything, he then refuses service and gives me back my originals. He kept after me and I finally said "Zip it. I'm not listening to you anymore..." He grabbed his crotch and said "It is zipped." lol! This is a business owner saying this to a customer. (shakes my head) What is this world coming too? Bottom line is, he is an emotional business owner who can not handle competition... not a good way to do business. Btw, ironically, he had a special that was indeed the best price. But because he got emotional and confrontational, he lost our business indefinitely. I happened to be at this location working on a legal document that required many copies and detail information. I kept combing through my content because there were many things I had to go over with a fine toothed comb to make this document in my best interest. I chose this place because they were right on the corner with parking. The owner and two workers were inside - copying papers can be a simple task in my opinion. The owner however made it a difficult process. He kept riding his workers about any and everything, to the point where it was noticeable to other patrons. I would like to call it a bit micro-managing. It became apparent because he was slowing down the experience with his employees and the customers - best advice it you go to this place (and again, it is at a convenient location, know what you want to accomplish before hand. Second;y, make certain you log completely out of your email - and reset the systems internet software - two computer that i went to both had previous customers email open - so like a good neighbor I reset the system and logged them out - what could have been better - paying attention to detail and assisting me better with things that a document service company would normally - highlighters, paperclips, hole punchers, - things like that -they can be a bit on the pricey side as well as compared to the competition. read more

The work that me and my family needed was to shred quite a few papers. My mother was very, very worried about the work getting done and wished she had gone a little farther out to a place where she could watch the papers being shredded. My father talked her into letting this company take care of it. This place is great. I've gone several times for copying and other projects and the staff has always been really helpful and the prices really reasonable. My most recent project is copying fliers for my small business. You get volume discounts which I guess is normal, but you also get $.005 per copy off if you use your own paper. So I buy a ream of colored paper cheaply at Staples and get my copies made on colored paper for next to nothing. Awesome! Also, the last time I came EJ helped me and told me not to keep my unused paper out and exposed to air because air gets in between the sheets and could mess up the copying. I found this hard to believe but figured that's his line of work so he should know. Anyway, he shrink wrapped my remaining ream for me to protect it. Tonight I went back to make more copies. Mary helped me and confirmed that it's best to keep partial reams shrink wrapped to prevent air from getting in between sheets. Who knew? She also showed me how to use the shrink wrapping machine myself. I'm really, really happy with these guys and will go there from now on. Every time I've gone they've exceeded my expectations. Plus, they're open later than I would have expected. What more could anyone want? read more

It's very convenient! However it's much better to order online. The reason I say this is because it's a dollar minimum to use the computer and 15 cents after that per minute! I used the computer for 4 minutes and I faxed 4 pages! I paid $6.10 for that. So you do the math but I don't have a fax machine at home or printer at this time and the library was closed and the local one doesn't have a public fax machine so hey! But I was able to get what I needed to get done. If you're ordering business cards or somethings like that do your research and use an online company such as Vista print to have cost effective prices! read more

Went in to get a price check on copies. I'm a school teacher and the year is about to start. I can't really rely on our school copiers. I was quoted $.06 for a BW copy for 100+. I also think the prices get cheaper if you copy more. On top of that, he offered a 10% discount. Definitely returning to take advantage of the deal. I will update rating after services is done. I have used their Fedex services and just today stopped in for their notary services. I first became aware of Copy Pacific when I was looking for the other "copy" place that just moved across the street from Copy Pacific. It was more convenient for me to park right at their front door and am very glad to have stumbled upon them. Came in a few weeks ago to print some pictures and have them laminated and got 3 pages printed on card stock and laminated for $14. Since I got such a good deal the first time, I returned today to print one page and have it laminated (same exact process I did a few weeks back) and the manager told me it would be $20 since their computer lady had to change the size of the images. I explained to him that she had done the same thing for me before and didn't charge $20 to change the size but he claimed that since he wasn't there that day it wasn't true. He asked to see my receipt, which I didn't have on me, but still said he wouldn't honor the same price so why would I waste my time going home to get the receipt if he was still gonna try to rip me off?! Their computer lady, Palo, gets paid by the minute for her assistance, so why would I pay extra for each app she had to use? On my way back home to get the receipt I realized that it wasn't going to benefit me at all to bring it back there just to prove a point, so I kept driving, right down the street to FedEx, and got my images printed and laminated with a much nicer staff for only $3. I will be going to FedEx from now on as I have to print and laminate a lot of stuff for my new business! That manager didn't just cost them $20, but a lot more $ in the long run by losing my repeat business!! read more

I came to Copy Pacific to fax 55 pages. The place looked really outdated. The fax machine took 20 minutes to be finished and and I asked why it was taking so long.I also asked why it was so expensive, it was a ridiculous price and he supposedly gave me a "discount". That is when the owner started getting aggravated. He started to insulting by saying i am cheap. The owner himself is cheap for not updating his machines and software. When he gave me the receipt, i took out my calculator and double checked if he was accurate. Turns out he wanted to charge me an extra 2.50. When he gave me my 2.50 back he just put it on the table, and I said thank you. He did not respond. The owner is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anybody. read more
