I needed a new unit as mine was failing. Mario came out and climbed up and documented everything for my warranty company. He said they don't usually do that kind of work but the company was having trouble finding someone to get up on my roof. They have meticulous attention to detail in their installs, making sure everything looks beautiful and works perfectly when they are done. I'd say the bang for the buck was great.
