The coil wasn't dirty; the system was contaminated and improperly sealed. I'd encourage anyone to get a second opinion before authorizing an expensive "cleaning," and to insist the technician show you what they're diagnosing. This system has only ever been worked on by Advantage Air. The system is basically new; it's eight years old. I purchased this home three years ago.
