We initially hired the Attic Doctors to help remediate our crawl space. Out of the three companies we got bids from, they demonstrated the most comprehensive understanding of the problems in our crawl space and the best long term solutions. They took our problems seriously but didn't take advantage and press extra services on us that weren't necessary. We especially liked how knowledgeable the inspector was and how patient he was with our questions. They did a beautiful and very professional job cleaning out the space, air sealing, and doing the exclusion. After discovering that our attic was improperly ventilated and had been accumulating mold for several years, we hired them again to the do the clean out and mold remediation up there. Again, their work was on point for price, extremely professional, and beautifully done. Everyone we worked and talked with, from the inspector (Brennen), the onsite crew, the office, and even the owner, were friendly, well-informed, professional, and prompt. We had just bought our house when we called Mark and the Attic Doctors for a free consultation appointment. We wanted the attic to be cleaned up and the insulation to be inspected. Mark, was able to come same day, inspected our two attics and provided a full report on things he thought we should do. At the end we decided to have the attic cleaned up, old insulation replaced with new fiber glass material and some original ductwork (from the 60s) replaced as well. The insulation in my attic was probably 50-60 years old and only half the thickness recommended plus some areas had no insulation at all. I had a couple different attic companies come out and decided to go with The Attic Doctors. I liked working directly with the owner of the company. They started right on time with taping off the area from my door to the attic. It was nice that they bagged up all of old insulation up the the attic and then brought it down in big trash bags. They vacuumed it all up and laid new insulation and installed the radiant barrier to keep the heat out and installed a quiet cool exhaust fan. Overall an excellent job. read more

I called Attic Doctors inquiring about a possible service, Mr. Mark came by the same day I called and reevaluated/inspected our attic. Our house needs insulation really bad because it's get HOT where I live. The attic insulation was never replaced(29 years) by the previous owner(s). I had a few estimates from other attic companies but Mark truly stands out as skilled and knowledgeable owner. Not only did they have the most competitive price but did a through inspection. On the first the day they did a great containment covered the walls and floors of the access and my attic was spotless a ton of insulation removed! Since Mark is also an HVAC contractor they replaced all my air ducts and installed radiant barrier on the roof joist! They installed R-38 insulation which is pretty thick. Called Attic Doctors spoke to a guy named Mark the owner of the company. I explained to him my worries and concerns and he said he take care of it but it would be a cost of 75 dollars which that's understandable. I then made an appointment for the following day at 11:30am. Mark doesn't call me to follow up and ends up showing up before 11:00am which is a inconvenience and not professional at all. I wasn't home but someone at the house lets him which is a no no because I had called him Me not whoever let him in. I then show up and he's in the house in my room already down from the attic showing me pics he took from my attic half way up the latter. Then comes with this outrageous pre-written estimate of what he wants to charge me and goes off on how big the job is etc doesn't even work with you with the price and expects you to pay him $75 dollars for his expertise as he says. He doesn't even play the part of being who he is and expects you to pay him $75 for coming to your place taking his latter from his truck going half way up his latter and takes pictures with his iphone tells you what He wants to do and hits you with a $75 fee for what NOTHING AT ALL! My husband and I are glad that we hired The Attic Doctors. Mark was very easy to communicate with and always answered my text and e-mail right away. He and his team removed old insulation and duct, cleaned up the entire attic (970 Sq.ft ) and installed new R38 insulation and R-6 duct.
