The crew was clean, polite, friendly and professional. They took before, during and after photos. The contract says Attic Sanitation, Service Included the Following; - Using a fogger machine to sanitize the contaminated space, with either; simple green, RMR, Mix of Bleach/Water (Customer choice) to kill the remaining bacteria/mold of the affected areas prior to re-insulation. They didn't ask me which I prefer for sanitation. Evidently they didn't do the sanitation. The worker were done in approximately 1 1/2 hrs and they were done. They dont do a good job. They know that nobody will go up in the attic to check their work, I didn't. I wish I didn't hire Attic Advisor for attic clean up and installation of insulation. Based on some of the other reviews, it seems like this sort of pressured sales approach is their business model, instead of helpful answers and good work.

I have a black composite roof, so the attic temperature was reaching over 130 degrees on hot days. Since the installation of the radiant barrier, I'm already experiencing a temperature reduction of just over 20 degrees. To confirm that, I have (5) window gables that aren't directly over living space and thus didn't require the installation of a radiant barrier to those sections. Now I can easily monitor the temperature difference with (2) quality digital thermometers and confirm the difference between the untreated gable areas and the treated primary attic spaces that are directly above my homes living area. This is a remarkable difference. My ceilings are no longer radiating heat into my home like they were before (even with the R19 ceiling insulation and gable vent fans that were originally installed). My air conditioning units and ducting, which are in the attic are no longer struggling to keep up due to extreme attic temperatures and now running less often to keep my home cool. Now let me talk about my experience with O.J. Insulation. First, I called (3) companies that stated online that they install radiant barriers. The other two companies both made appointments but didn't show-up or call to reschedule. O.J.'s estimator (Paul) made the appointment, confirmed the appointment the day before and showed-up on time.
