The very next day, they had someone out to perform the required HERS testing. Shortly after, the city inspector came out and signed off on the permit. The contract says Attic Sanitation, Service Included the Following; - Using a fogger machine to sanitize the contaminated space, with either; simple green, RMR, Mix of Bleach/Water (Customer choice) to kill the remaining bacteria/mold of the affected areas prior to re-insulation. They didn't ask me which I prefer for sanitation. Evidently they didn't do the sanitation. The worker were done in approximately 1 1/2 hrs and they were done. They dont do a good job. They know that nobody will go up in the attic to check their work, I didn't. I wish I didn't hire Attic Advisor for attic clean up and installation of insulation. Do not give them your business for you will be sorry. if I can give them a zero rating, I will.

Several other reviews have stated that Nathan Jones lied to them to get them to sign the contract, so if he is still employed by the company and is the one that comes out to your home, that means they didn't let him go for repeatedly lying. Mr. Nathan Jones lied about the scope of the job to get us to sign the contract, pretended his computer had died so he had to have us sign the contract on a small tablet/ phone which is a common method they use to make sure you can't read the fine print, and they told us they could use a disinfectant appropriate for immunocompromised individuals but when the office was contacted to confirm told us that immunocompromised individuals should not use their company because they didn't use chemicals that were safe. The reason they have so many positive reviews is because they discount the price if you review them prior to them starting the job. They charged us $10,000 for a job that took 15 work hours for a single employee, and when I asked them why they were charging so much for a simple job prior to signing they assured us it was a BIG job that would require a whole team for four full work days. He committed fraud and poisoned our family causing worsening of health issues.
