They should probably learn how to do their job (or any job) in a way that's not so off-putting because they come off as rude, unpleasant people. It was just delivered to my grandmother she recently turned 96 and flowers are her favorite thing in the world. She just texted me saying that the flowers had arrived with the photos presented and said that they were absolutely stunning prettier in person reminded her of Christmas smelled of pinecones but still had a flowery effect but she would have picked out herself. I can't put into words how great everyone is who works here and how happy I am that y'all are able to take my random "wants" and turn it into her perfect Christmas present (especially on such short notice). It's nice though that I'm starting to learn to pull out the ole trusty yelp app. The next closest florist was on 34th street, where I found Flowers, etc. I walked in on a Valentine's morning and they customized an arrangement with a vase in about 7-8 minutes. Paid $65 for the dozen. Lifesavers!!!
