Every time I get a smoothie here after a workout it is always consistently made the same and tastes amazing ! The staff is always nice and today I tried the avocado toast for the first time, which was also amazing ! I love the smoothies from here and won't go anywhere else for my smoothie. read more

I ordered a gladiator and was given a tropical smoothie, then I asked if I could have it fixed and was told that there was nothing they could do, won't be going back. My heart is broken read more

When I'm just out of a hard workout and don't have the time to blend up my own smoothies, Smoothie King always delivers. Lots of flavor options - so many that it's often overwhelming. I love that they have non-dairy options, both as an alternative to milk and to whey protein. I also love that they blend real fruit into their smoothies. Bonus points for not using styrofoam cups. And last I checked they will even pour into your own cup. Prices are a bit on the high side from my point of view. That said, I don't think they are any higher than other smoothie joints. The employees are always friendly here, too. read more

We regret walking into this building today. As soon as we walked in, the staff decided to make things super awkward and I get it, when you're at work talking amongst your coworkers and a customer walks in, it ruins the mood. The only reason we decided to walk in was because our son really loves the experience of looking at a menu and ordering, he's a curious, independent kid and likes exploring his world, just like any other child. When we walked in we could immediately feel our presence not wanted, which is whatever, who cares. It's the fact that they as a group followed us to the cashier spot with the cashier and silently stared as we tried looking at the menu. I assume they were just wanting to hear what our order was, but do the people who work here not understand social cues? I don't understand why they think that's normal behavior. It was completely unnecessary and just very uncomfortable. They should probably learn how to do their job (or any job) in a way that's not so off-putting because they come off as rude, unpleasant people. Usually I feel bad for being a customer who walks in because literally nobody wants that when they are working a shitty job. This time, I don't feel bad ruining their time because this group completely ruined my time too. The funny thing is I did nothing to them and was just wanting to get a smoothie with my family. read more

Service was great - customized my smoothie which was delicious! Thank you for providing delicious healthy options in Lubbock!

Just got my wisdom teeth taken out and I'm lactose intolerant (which I became at 25. I'm now 36) so imagine going from real ice cream to having to find alternatives. Luckily. There is smoothie king. Soooo many options and substitutions..oat milk almond milk. Plant based protein. It's a dream come true. And (and I cannot believe I didn't lead with this). They taste amazing! Everyone was helpful and cheerful. Will go back again. Probably again Tomorrow in fact it's that good. read more

I paid almost $8 for a 44oz lemonade and they couldn't even bother to fill it to even close to the top! read more

Line was long. Called it in and got the wrong sizes but didn't want to wait so just paid for it.

Smoothie King you have got to be the best smoothie on the planet! Great customer service. The manager knew how to answer any questions I had. I told him my mom was on chemo he knew to say ask her doctor what concerns he may have. Which is keeping her weight up. He said we got the perfect smoothie for that. Then he went on to say you picked the right place. read more

Smoothie King - Smoothie King here is to you. Thanks for being great. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Lubbock, Texas

I come here occasionally, but today will be the last time I ever purchase anything from Smoothie King. You know how you can pick up on non-verbal cues from people? Well, the girl who handed me my Peanut Power Plus gave off some weird vibes. It was also odd that she brought it over and handed it to me rather than the girl I paid, who stood at the window, also giving some odd vibes. At any rate, I inspected my drink. The cup is full of fuzz and hair. Some of the particles looks like red carpet. After seeing Midsommar, I had to throw my drink away. read more

Clean, fast, and fresh. Ordered the banana boat smoothie to enjoy on a hot summer day. Friendly staff.

I've been going here for sometime and the service is usually awesome. But today not so much. Pulled into drive through asking for a metabolism boost in my lean 1 smoothie. The young girl tells me she can't do that and doesn't bother to offer a different suggestion, doesn't bother to ask if I want plastic or styrofoam and basically had an attitude. I'll keep coming back here but not if she's working. read more

Love this place. Go here almost every morning or post workout. The drive thru is always fast, never waited more than 4-5 minutes when the place was packed. All ingredients are fresh as it gets, and the employees are super friendly. read more

Favorite smoothie place in town!! Fast and friendly service every time. It's always a treat to come here after the gym.

The best customer service I've ever had!! Addison was so friendly and you can tell they all love their jobs

5 stars for what it is. Clean and efficient with hot chicks to boot. Drive-thru is fairly quick too.

Delicious, especially on a scorching hot day in the Lubs. I agree with the post below me that pineapple surf (with added coconut) is amazing and it's usually what I purchase. Great location too. read more

Fast, polite service. Yummy Berry Smoothie. Yet, I was still hungry afterwards despite the protein booster.

They changed their ticketing system. You order, they hand you your receipt, then you hand them back the receipt when paying for your drink. The girl up there said it's a dumb process when there's only one or two people, but it's more streamline during the rushes. And their menu has changed appearances, but still contains all of the normal smoothies. Service is Very friendly. Never had a problem here. read more

Please open more. Please be open 24/7. I enjoy using the menu options and choices that are available. The drive through is a great plus to have but the in door set up is pleasant and set up very smart. Lots of products to peruse while waiting for your drink order. read more

Can't agree. Humdrum fruit juice blended with chipped ice and WAY expensive. I can make a much more healthful, delicious and cost - effective smoothie at home in my blender. read more

This is a great little smoothie shop in Lubbock, TX, and right next door to the Texas Tech campus on 19th st. They offer a lot more than just healthy and tasty drinks. In addition to the health supplies and bevs, the location is prime and clean and very well done. Also, the owner of this franchise takes his work seriously and invests a lot of his own time and energy serving his customers. This sets this branch apart from its competitors, believe me. The "Smoothie King" is not just a name, it's a descriptor, for both the product and this franchise's owner. Thanks, SK! read more

Great place to get a smoothie, whether as a treat or meal replacement. The owner is a really nice guy. The store is well operated and it's very clean. Too bad there is only one location. read more
