I'm here in Lubbock, Tx for the first time and I need to get breakfast that wasn't going to break the bank. I went to this cool place that is in the West End mall. Waffles were good and the coffee was tasty. Everything was served promptly. read more

Overall Experience Came here with my girlfriend thinking this would be more of a specialty matcha spot. Overall it was an okay experience, just not what I expected. Drinks and Matcha This place feels more like a Starbucks than a true matcha café. The drinks they advertise are kind of strange, and they do not really highlight matcha. They mostly categorize it as green tea, which I think makes it difficult for people who are really into matcha. I tried the matcha and the café latte. Both were alright. Not the best I have had, but not bad either. Food I had the beef bulgogi burrito for breakfast. It was good, but smaller than what the photos on the menu showed, which felt falsely advertised. Service and Atmosphere Service was great. The girl handling my order was very friendly. Decent sized coffee shop inside a shopping outlet, and there were a lot of families when I went. I would recommend it as a quick stop if you want coffee, but not for someone who is really into matcha. read more

i would go here for a quick caffeine fix! the green tea latte is pretty good, bitter ish but pretty sweet. i waited for 30 minutes for my drink, but maybe just a rough day wanted to try the mango tiramisu, but was informed that the lady hasn't made it in a while ): read more

Two stars if it weren't for the tea and incredible cashier. I ordered the iced herbal jasmine tea and bulgogi bento box. My friend ordered the panini with orange chicken salad and a hot latte. The drinks were great! The prices were high - we spent $40 here. A lot of the food was under or over cooked. The flavors were okay, but lacking. I liked that there are healthy choices here; both entrees included fruit and vegetables. My friend was annoyed by the choose two because the salad didn't include the protein. Out of the two entrees, the bento was a better deal. The shop was described by others as having an Internet cafe vibe. I completely agree. Also, several tables were dirty, but the space still felt open, airy, and generally clean. read more

Bad customer service. I was waiting in line for five minutes while three different employees walked past me then shortly after two white patrons came in front of me. They served them and checked them out first before me despite me standing there first and waiting. Also, I had a pick up order that was already ready so in the interim of this, my food is getting even colder. Also they pretended like my order was not ready, told me it was still being completed, and that they didn't know where it was just for it to under the front counter already ready. Overall I'd say don't waste your time or money coming here. read more

Great little spot for tea and food perfectly placed in the corner of the shopping center. When I want a more authentic tea experience in Lubbock, this is my top pick. Not to mention, the ambiance of the place itself is quite relaxed. I can and have come here to slowly sip tea and spend several hours reading and writing. The tea selection is broad enough to fit the fancy of almost anyone. You can get more fruity teas or choose your level of sugar-based sweetness. I personally like the extra bitter and earthy green teas. They also have a broad selection of Asian inspired food including sushi, bulgogi, and bibimbop. And it would be foolish to ignore the huge case full of cakes and pastries. The employees are usually friendly and nice here, though I don't get the sense that they care more than doing the job. Some items of appearance could be addressed to really tidy up the seams and make this place shine for five stars. Still well worth your time. read more

Pricey for a coffee shop. Almost Starbucks like prices. They have food and desserts tried the red velvet and it was a bit dry. Definitely a study spot if you are looking for one. Service was excellent though. read more

The ambiance and service are very good. Due to the location, there isn't much traffic here, except for the occasional shopper and their kids. There is plenty of space to work in the corner. The drinks are also very good. If you drink them there, they'll give them to you in an interesting glass mug, teapots, and teacups. It is the food that is subpar. The desserts are no better than anything you would get at a grocery store, and the food, although it has some ties to Asia, is not very flavorful. Also, be aware that the Wi-Fi is quite slow, which can make working online a challenge. read more

I really love this place. Every time I'm in Lubbock I typically make it by at least one morning for breakfast. From espresso, to teas, to the savory breakfast or the pastries. All are great! Service is great, super fast and the inside of the restaurant is great for just catching up on business. read more

Apparently managers don't know how to wash their hands after handling cash. They work in the back apparently and so they don't know how to wash their hands, but if they work in the back, they should know how to wash their hands if they're handling food. read more

The desserts are expensive and not worth it! One slice of cake, either carrot or the chocolate mouse is over 8$! I wouldn't mind paying that for a slice but it's by far the smallest and thinnest slice. The price does not justify the amount you get. It's just not worth it. I have had one of their teas, it was delicious. I have yet to try the coffee. Service was good, location is nice and clean. read more

Had some time to kill in Lubbock, so I hit up the little outlet mall area. I worked up an appetite & found this gem! Its. Tad bit off the path, I only found it bc I parked next to the Vera Bradley outlet store. I had the Earl Gray tea on ice, sweetened. It hit the spot!! I ordered the Chicken Avocado Croissant as is, I wasn't exactly sure of what all came in it & when it came out, I was all in with the exception of the onions & bell peppers. It was so delish!! I'd order both again! The service was as friendly & the spot was nice, well air conditioned, cozy but with plenty of space. Almost like an Internet cafe vibe. My only wish was that they had a variety of chips or maybe just a baked option. They only had plain ruffles, which is fine, but I feel like a veggie chip option would've rocked that sandwich! It won't keep me away though. I'll be back! read more

A great cafe specializing in many different kinds of tea. They also serve great food. We came here after spending a few hours in the outlet mall. Very inviting space and nice cashiers. I ordered a eel sushi roll which was very fresh. It didn't have as much eel as I expected, but tasted great. My husband got the Bulgogi beef which was a huge portion almost like a salad and rice bowl mixed into one. I also ordered the lemon yuzu drink which was like a lemonade with a slight twist. I wish I could try some other teas, but since I'm not from Lubbock probably won't get a chance. Glad I found a great Asian place to have lunch and enjoy a quick rest. read more

Weirdest experience... I'm in early- only person in there. I say good morning when I come in- zero response. Ok maybe they didn't hear me.‍ then the interaction while ordering was as sterile as I've ever experienced. I decided not to tip because of it. But the cashier stood watching as I made the decision- which made it easier actually. Just a weird unwelcoming vibe. Desserts looked amazing but I won't likely be back to try them. Also- and this is a personal pet peeve but a coffee and tea shop - in my opinion should have real honey available.... Not fake Kraft packets of honey. It's a really nice touch for a local shop to have local honey- or at least not some crappy fake honey. read more

I don't know why it took me so long to try this place but so glad I did!! I think i've tried every chai in Lubbock and FINALLY found what I was looking for. I didn't want another flavored powder shaken with milk, I wanted REAL tea and this is it. So good, so flavorful, PERFECT mix of sweet with the chai spice. I will come here every time I'm craving a chai. The royal black milk tea is also great - perfect sweetness for me. The desserts are beautiful. I've only tried the classic tiramisu so far but it was very good. And the little chocolate teddy graham on top was such a cute touch. I'm looking forward to trying the sushi and sandwiches and breakfast in the future! Very nice atmosphere, super clean, nice music, perfect sized space. Service is fast, people are very nice. Thank you for finally satisfying my chai cravings!! read more

I've been a regular costumer and I've never had a problem with the food or drinks until now. I just ordered the All About Salmon and it barely had any salmon on the sushi in the first place. Not only that but the wasabi was so watery that it wasn't even spicy. And when I asked the cashier if it was normal he just said yes and didn't give me anything extra. It's complete false advertising for what the image they had was and I personally would never come to this place again. The only good thing about the place is that it looks nice and the drinks are great. It's steeped so low in quality for its price. And what's insane is that I compared mine to another costumers with the same price and they got way more than me. They apparently got the All About Shrimp. read more

Wanted to check out this place out for a while. Went for a light dinner and some tea. Prices were high. My wife got the breakfast quiche, which was $9 and was smaller than a doughnut. About 8-9 pieces of fruit with it. My wrap was good, but again pretty pricey for what it was. Also got desert, and it just really didn't have much flavor. This is a place like so many others that you order at a counter, but then they show you the "tipping" screen with a minimum 15% or higher. I don't understand what I'm tipping for? Isn't it the establishment's job to pay its employees for making the food? When I spend $40 for two barely there entrees, one tiny dessert and two cups of tea, I shouldn't have to feel pressured into a tip with the employee staring at me BEFORE I even have my order. Not a horrid place, but I think other places would be on my radar before this one. read more

Came for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. And the restaurant was quiet and had soothing music playing in the background, which was nice. They have just enough options on their food and sushi menu to not be overwhelming and endless options for their coffee and tea. We ordered the beef bulgogi bowl, bulgogi wrap, a fruit plate and chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. Everything was such a hit! The meat was seasoned very nice and it was tender. And the fruits and veggies were all very fresh and crunchy. The chocolate peanut butter cheesecake was to die for as well. Also got an iced caramel macchiato and it was full of flavor and was just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely can't wait to go back and try the other items off the menu. read more

Came here for brunch on the weekend and loved this place!! They have really cute interiors and the food/drinks looked amazing. I ordered a breakfast wrap and my friend got the quiche. Both came with a side of fruit. The food was amazing! I was very impressed with both. And for my drink I got the cafe mocha freddo, which is essentially a Frappuccino. I really enjoyed this drink! Other items on their menu are lunch sandwiches/wraps and sushi. But these are only available after 11am! What a delightful place to eat. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I had the Bibimbop for the 1st time and I am addicted. It will be my new craving and must have food. A upgrade from Starbucks. But like in a real upgraded way, not a "we're trying to be Starbucks" kind of way. Lots of food options. I had the chicken panini and tomato basil soup. Soup was great. This is my favorite place in Lubbock. However, as a true tea lover, I really hope the manager can consider changing the water to purified or spring water. Water quality determines 80-90% taste of a cup of tea. Even I can tell the quality of tea leaves are very good in All about Cha, with the Lubbock tap water, the tea tastes horrible! The food and desserts are very good. The music is very comforting. I love their coffee too. The only thing can be better is the water of tea. I sincerely hope the manager can think about it. read more

The chicken caesar salad is amazing, their rolls could easy feed two people, but the bulgogi bento box is what I get every time. First of all of if you work here your coworker is talking bad about you. Second of all I got an ICED passion green tea sweetened and it didn't have ice in it or passion or sweating.
