Don't let this exterior scare you away here. We stopped by for an early lunch and wasn't sure if they were open or closed. I'm so glad I walked up and tried the door, because they were open and the food was delicious! I feel like they do quite a bit of takeout, but there were 4 other tables with people when we left. We ordered the hummus - it was creamy and perfect with warm hummus. I got the falafel wrap - it was HUGE. My stepdad got the gyro plate. The gyro meat was incredible. If I went back, I would definitely get the gyro wrap. Service was quick and kind, this was probably my favorite meal while in Lubbock. read more

We came in at 7:05 because online it says they're open until 8pm, but they're door said they close at 7. Thankfully, the man who was working took our order anyways! He was very nice and the food didn't take very long to be prepared. This was my husbands first time trying Mediterranean/Lebanese food and we both really enjoyed the chicken shawarma plate. He loved the sauce that came with the shawarma, but wasn't a fan of the falafel. I felt like the falafel was okay, but my only other experience having it was while in the Middle East and it tasted different. The consistency was great though, it was just seasoned different than I expected. Overall, we really enjoyed the food and we'll definitely be ordering from here again! read more

After trying out this place, it quickly became one of my favorites. They serve delicious food at reasonable prices and the portion sizes are large. The service is really nice and the food comes out pretty quickly. I love the Babba Ghanoush, a roasted eggplant dip. The texture is very smooth and the flavor is smoky with a hint of eggplant. My favorite entrees are the chicken shawarma and the kafta kabob. The meats are very tender and flavorful, and they give you a lot of it. The entrees also come with saffron rice and it is delicious. It's good enough to eat on its own because it is cooked with spices and has a nice cinnamon and nutmeg flavor. The dishes also come with a large serving of pita bread which goes well with all of the meats and dips. If you want to try a nice Mediterranean restaurant, you should try coming here. The food is great and filling, especially for the low prices. read more

Normally I get the chicken shawarma platter but today I tried the chicken shawarma pita sandwich. It was still AMAZING! The sauce you get with it is to die for!! For appetizers we had done hummus, babaganoush, and falafel. I really liked the falafel. The hummus wasn't very flavorful in my opinion. I arrived at around 1:35pm. Their posted hours for Friday say that they close at 2pm. However, they really close their seating area at 1:30pm. If you didn't know this place was here you would drive past. Very authentic food. No frills , small tables, basic setup. The doblas were very tasty, lots of olive oil, lemon and garlic. The only reason for a 4 star is the beef and lamb gyro plate (maybe it should he described differently) I thought j would be getting hunks of lamb and beef, what you get is lamb and beef ground together and served on the plate in bite size pieces. While extremely tasty it just was not what was expected. The parking is not great and most likely have to park in the back. Great food for something different read more
