I saw their sign after a workout, realized I had time, and decided to just walk in and check it out. Best kind of spontaneous wellness stop. As a walk-in, I was immediately welcomed and ended up getting a full tour from the owner himself, who was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and generous with his time. No pressure, just education and conversation. The space is immaculate -- clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed -- very much a recovery-lounge vibe rather than clinical. I was able to get a vitamin shot on the spot, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Their menu of services is extensive: IV drips, vitamin injections, cryotherapy, compression, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and more. What really makes them stand out for this area is their EBOO therapy offering, which is not something you see everywhere and definitely sets them apart in the regenerative wellness space. Between the service, the environment, and the walk-in friendliness, this was a great experience start to finish. If you're into recovery, performance, or proactive wellness, this is absolutely worth checking out.

I came here back in 2017 after a car wreck I had at SPC. Cindy and her staff were AMAZING, they were all so sweet and had very good knowledge of what they were doing and the needs of each individual client. I was actually really upset when my PT was over because the staff was so wonderful to me. My experience was far better than only 5 stars at this facility. They work with your schedule and have no problem rescheduling if needed. I will defiantly be recommending Cindy and her staff to anyone who is in need of a good PT place.
