I came here back in 2017 after a car wreck I had at SPC. Cindy and her staff were AMAZING, they were all so sweet and had very good knowledge of what they were doing and the needs of each individual client. I was actually really upset when my PT was over because the staff was so wonderful to me. My experience was far better than only 5 stars at this facility. I ended up delivering my baby 6 weeks premature. A week later after having my follow up at his clinic, my swelling and SOB got worse. His nurse, Sylvia, told me to take some lasix and eat some bananas and drink lots of water, and the swelling will go away. Mind you, if I would have done this, I would of died from fluid overload. I ended up going to the ER and they rushed me in. I needed a blood transfusion, IV lasix, and had an echocardiogram done. They found that my left ventricle of my heart was only working at 15%. I lost roughly 40lbs of fluid in the week they put me in the CICU. I missed the first two weeks of my babies life because of this asshole not listening to his patient, when I specifically stated "I can't breath" "I can barely walk without gasping for air" "my swelling is at 3+ pitting edema." Total disregard to my symptoms. Oh and he's had like 2-3 other patients in the past that had this. You'd think he'd know the signs of peripartum cardiomyopathy. I hope he loses his practice.

I showed up for my 10am massage at 9:45am and no one was there. I knocked on the door, because it was locked, no answer. I got back in my car and drove around the building to see if I was the only one there, and sure enough I was. So I parked in the front and waited until 10am. The receptionist pulled into the parking lot after the massage therapist did at 10:00. I waited in my car a few minutes when they both finally got out. It was now 10:05. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and took to the back to change and put my things in a locker. By the time I met the massage therapist and my massage began it was 10:20. Remind you my appointment was sit for 10! The massage was not the best I have had and it was definitely not an hour long that I was charged for. I was done and out of the spa by 11:05. I will not be giving Lindsey's my business ever again (also I was supposed to have a free massage on file because the last time I booked the massage therapist canceled that morning) and will be sure to let others know to go elsewhere for any spa needs.

I appreciate being reached out to by someone representing the facility. The resident's families need to be heard and their concerns taken seriously and addressed. I know it was only a pizza but theft is theft, no matter what it is big or small. And for a facility to not even care to try to make an effort to call and rectify a problem was inexcusable. So if you do not think your reviews are read they are. It may take a while to be contacted but if the business cares you will be contacted. I was after I had almost forgotten about making a review.
