For nearly an hour the same spot on my shoulder got massaged. Supposed to be a full body massage. Nothing done on the legs. Again, I was left on the table while they took off to do something. I got up, got my stuff and asked to speak to someone who could understand. They wanted to charge me for a full massage, but I explained them that I didn't get one. I've told him before I have broken ribs, yet he still insisted on unwittingly exacerbating this injury I got the day prior. My issue with this is that he insisted on touching a very recent injury, despite me never mentioning it in the appointment booking email. I only ever mentioned the injury for him to avoid it, not for him to push his entire body weight on it and misdiagnose my injury. And on top of that, they don't even have the decency to return my calls and messages, even after asking for a refund ten days ago.

The group was friendly, and if you're looking for a slower, stretch-style session, this format may appeal to you. The class I attended was all women, which created a quieter, more intimate feel, though I'm personally more used to mixed and more varied class environments. There were a few disconnects between expectation and reality. Communication ahead of time was text-only and delayed, and arrival was confusing -- Online it's stated to arrive early both in website and class pass but the door stayed locked until just before start time. The space feels more like a converted room than a dedicated yoga studio, with brighter lighting and a fairly sterile atmosphere. The class was described as heated vinyasa, but it leaned more toward a warm gentle guided stretch, and the temperature (around 89°) didn't feel like a true heated vinyasa flow -- I didn't sweat and didn't need my mat towel or sweat towel. Mats and towels are extra if you don't bring your own and there are no showers or changing areas. After class felt rushed as the building was locked up quickly. Overall, not a bad experience -- just not the right match for what I was expecting -- about a 3-star visit for me.
