We order about 8 cakes per year from this company and have always loved their products, which is why we have continued going back. Unfortunately, the last cake we purchased was very disappointing, especially considering the high price. The bottom of the cake was not completely baked. It was soft, gooey, and more like liquid than actual cake. Someone definitely dropped the ball on this one. When I reached out, I was told, "There is nothing we can do." Seriously, if you order a cake here, make sure you ask them to inspect it before you leave. It is not worth spoiling a child's birthday over a half-baked cake. For the price, I expected much better. I honestly could have done better myself. read more

I ordered a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully, Hope went above and beyond--she remade the order and personally delivered it to my mother-in-law. This meant so much to us since we don't live in the area and were trying to do something special from afar. Her kindness and excellent customer service turned everything around. Highly recommend! read more

We have been to this store few times. We ordered carrot cake for family member's birthday and they dont disappoint. It was moist and tasted so good. It's an order-to-pick up type of store because there's no seating area. It's small but cute that has tasty desserts for everyone. read more

This place has to be five stars for anyone who has tasted their cakes. Lemon is my go to but all have been great. We did a promotion requiring 100 of their individual cakes. Epic success. read more

I give this place zero stars...Ordered a cake for delivery, money was drafted out of my account and cake was never delivered. When I spoke with the gm he advised there was nothing he could do with that. Not worth the price or the hassle. read more

I placed an order on the web for two birthday towers w/delivery and tip added. The order was delivered to the wrong address. Fortunately the person who received the order called me at my out of state phone number (the store didn't even list the provided telephone number of the Texas recipient). When I called the store to tell them of the problem they responded, "Well, OK". No apology, nothing but "Well, OK." Fortunately the man who received the order delivered it to the right address. Thank you to that kind Texan. read more

Such a great store! Every worker here is often very friendly and they do their best to give everyone great customer service. The cakes are very fresh and I always enjoy the taste. No complaints for me. Other cake shops can definitely learn from this place. The ambience is also amazing because you feel happy entering the location read more

I don't come here often but when I do I aim for the carrot Bundt cake. You can't go wrong. I love the frosting! :))The employees have always been kind and helpful. It's a small establishment but enough room to look around at what they have. I haven't had any issues with ordering online or in person. Thank you! read more

Closes at 6:30. got there at 6:18. Were already closed for the night. If a store says they are open till 6:30 they must stay open until 6:30!!! Who agrees?? read more

The cakes that I have tried, are fantastic. The issue is, for the price of buying them, especially the single serve size, they should provide spoons or forks. When we asked, they said they don't have them available but we could buy a pack with some plates, napkins and spoons. This was ridiculous. read more

I've only ordered the small Bundt cakes I like the chocolate chocolate chip OMG they should make a law on how dangerous it is to go to this place it is so addicting and decadent read more

Absolutely awesome cakes! I have never been disappointed by their cakes, and the items in their shop are very cool and unique. Lemon and strawberry are currently my favorite flavors, but I have only tried a few. I haven't had a larger cake, so I don't know if they stay as moist as the smaller ones, but I would expect that they do. I only wish that they had different types of icing. read more

I love their cakes, they are so moist and full of flavor. The staff is very nice and great customer service.

I love the cakes and I would give them 5 stars for just the desserts. However they close very early compared to other places so I often miss the chance to go. read more

My wife and extended family order from here all the time, for good reason. Their cup cakes are always delicious. I can't help but eye them at get togethers prior to the "okay" to grab some. "Some" because you can't have just one. read more

Got home and my order of mini bundts had NO icing! I live an hour and a half away and can't take them back to be iced so I'll have to ice them myself, which is fine! Anyway, I spoke with them and they issued me a voucher for a replacement order! The customer service is exceptional and they're quick to respond! read more

I'm very disappointed in the customer service my mom received while enquiring about pricing for an upcoming event I'm having in Lubbock in October. I'm from Lubbock but currently reside in Houston. I've always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes so I was excited to have them in the running. However, as pricing varies between locations so my mom called and spoke with Elizabeth. My mother said that the whole conversation was extremely rushed and the tone on the business end came across very rude. She said it almost seemed as if it was imposing to ask any questions. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. I don't care how busy you are or if you hate your job. It's still your job and you are in the business of selling a product. Another thing that really turned me off is my mom said that as the conversation was ending Elizabeth said, "Oh, by the way we're closed on Sundays so we can go to church." This statement is perfectly fine BUT if you were just rude to a potential customer you should at least be a good witness. We needed food for around 100. I decided to go with another local business in Lubbock. It's sad that I love Nothing Bundt Cakes but I will not tolerate attitude or give business to a business that doesn't at least act like they want it. Customer service is everything. read more

I really like this place. Been three times and customer service has always been great. Sarah, is very knowledgeable and professional. Doesn't hurt that she's cute as well. (Yea, I went there). The cakes are moist and just sweet enough. The cream cheese icing adds that extra touch some cakes need. They also have monthly flavors so be sure to try those out (they give samples). One note is that they do not have seating inside or out (or forks) for you to consume your cakes. This is done so they aren't consider a restaurant for tax purposes. read more

I have tried every flavor and they are all just ~Wonderful~!!! The lemon is great but then so is the strawberry cream. All the cakes are moist and have just the perfect amount of buttery cream frosting. Oh so Yummy.....so just forget about your tummy & just enjoy a Bunt or two or three. We only have one shot at this life so just go for it! The staff is always friendly and the samples are a nice touch of class! The store is spiffy clean each time I have gone there! read more

Horrible customer service. It doesn't make sense why there's such a huge difference in the customer service that you get at any Dallas location compared to Lubbock. I use this business often to take sizable orders to my customers and I will never again use this Lubbock location read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes is A-OK! They have a lot of different flavors so it really depends on your tastes and the flavor you choose. My favorites are lemon and red velvet. I wasn't a fan of the turtle. All of the cakes come with a rich, cream cheese frosting. The cakes are really sweet but the frosting balances it out. In addition to personal sized bundts, they offer cake towers (bundts stacked on top of eachother), bundletts (bite-sizde bundts), and big bundts for special occasions. They do not have indoor seating. Service is quick. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful. Look out for BOGO deals on their website! read more

These little cakes are addicting, and convenient for birthdays or even as gifts. I absolutely love the red velvet, but you seriously can't go wrong with any of them. They package it for you and there isn't too much of a wait. Great place! read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes - Yummayy! - Desserts Near Me - Lubbock, Texas

The bundt cakes here are SO GOOD. They are moist, glazed perfectly, and so delicious. The only drawbacks are the prices and the lack of seating. Once you get a cake, you have to leave! I'm sure if there were seating, people would stay longer, purchase more, bring friends, etc. read more

Nice place to splurge for your sweet tooth. Very nice staff and handled the crowd well. Yes, there was a crowd when we went there. The chocolate chip and the peanut butter chocolate were awesome. Of course this awesomeness comes at a price. For many this will be a splurge. Show someone you love how special they are with these handcrafted pieces of awesomeness. Oh, this place shares one of the most dangerous parking lots in Lubbock. The space is tight and most people never seem to look before they back out. Weekends create a dog-eat-dog parking atmosphere. read more

I have always loved and been faithful to Nothing Bundt Cakes. I ordered a cake for a Saturday, and was exposed to COVID the Tuesday before. I called to get a refund, and they said that was fine. WELL, COME TO FIND OUT, BECAUSE I PAID IN CASH, YES CASH, they refused to refund me. They only offered me store credit. Yet, they let me know that "had I paid with a card" a refund would have been possible. Crazy!! Open the cash drawer and hand me $46. That isn't difficult. I've worked in retail and specialty dessert places, and it IS possible. Not even an apology from the staff. At the VERY LEAST, they should tell people who want to pay in cash of this absurd, nonsensical rule before they do it. They have lost my business. read more

Check out the bunt on this place. Red velvet cake made me feel like I was riding a unicorn through the stars, on a rainbow of chocolate delight. read more

Spectacular Bundt cakes with perfect frosting! On the pricey side but worth it! Both visits I've had good customer service and samples!

The bundtinis are a perfect piece of heaven! Just enough frosting to cake ratio. They are are on a bit of the pricier side. However, the quality of the product is amazing! Worth every penny. This store's employees were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. read more

I was a little disappointed by this place, I went once i saw it on yelp because i always get excited about new businesses especially if its a bakery of some sort! Well, despite the beautiful decoration they have, the cake was not moist and had that gummy texture to it.. I tried their chocolate turtle as it was the flavor of the month and i was thinking there is no way any one can go wrong with chocolate,, but they did,, the flavor was lost between the chocolate, caramel and the pecan! However, i tried their samples that day (the lemon cake) and it was good, made me wish that i took it instead of the choco-turtle. read more

Customer service is great, selection is typically good (order ahead for holidays), and I love that they will "decorate" your cake for you! White chocolate raspberry is my fave. A little pricey, but in a pinch, they're great. read more

These are so good and so moist. I really like the lemon bundt!

These little cakes are so yummy! And I'm not even a big cake fan. They are absolutely awesome. Friendly staff. Clean establishment. 10/10 will definitely be a regular and recommend to anyone craving something sweet read more

Ok I don't normally love chain food establishments but I crave the lemon bundt cake constantly. Granted, the icing is sometimes overly sweet for my taste but that's to be expected when it's thick cream cheese icing. I have both ordered large orders ahead of time and walked in for a bundlet or two...or three...or... ;) I have also been impressed with the red velvet (has chocolate chips in it), praline, cinnamon swirl, as well as the strawberry, pumpkin, and lemon raspberry seasonal specials. Definitely try it!! read more

Always great service and great cakes, the few times I've been in I somehow succumb to buying (and eating!) more than intended :|

On Sunday, September 17 our daughter turned 24. She asked for a red velvet Nothing Bundt Cake for her birthday cake. I went to the local Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery located in Lubbock, Texas off of 98th ST on Saturday to pick up one. Saturday night I noticed 5-7 little tiny bugs (maybe gnats) flying around in the cellophane wrapping. So, I left it as is and made other plans for the party. Monday I took the cake bake to the store & I was shocked to find out that they would NOT give me my money back. The manager said she could take my name and number & the owner would call me back. The owner never called & the manager called me back after I had left saying that she talked with the owner & they could give me store credit. REALLY? I do not need a cake. I think it is absolutely awful the way I was treated! I would appreciate a call back from the owner & a full refund. read more

Really good bundt cakes!! Taste it and you will be craving for it wish they had tables and served coffee of tea

Oh my goodness I am in Love...with the Lemon-Raspberry cake. I had the privilege of having a piece at a Wedding Shower on Saturday. After the first bite I wanted the whole cake. Fabulous Bundt cake... It is difficult to get a moist bundt cake because of the cooking time, but this cake was perfect. I was so anxious to get home and order me a cake... so sad though ...they do not mail them to Abilene Texas.... I WILL be making a trip to Lubbock soon to get my cake!!! read more
