When I first happened upon Crumbl, it was at this location and I was pretty impressed. Like most places in the area, it's staffed mostly by high school and college kids, yet the service is fairly top class. To be fair, I think the process is pretty straightforward. They bake gigantic cookies fresh everyday. Every week they change up the flavors, then they're gone the next week. This keeps things interesting. Also, it may be inaccurate to just call these cookies. They're more like a cross between muffins and cookies. They are soft and fluffy. Prices are outrageous though. At the time I wrote this review it was $4.20 for singles, and I was wondering if that number was intentional... I don't think it's unfair, though. It just means that for me this is not a regular indulgence. I'd actually rather buy one of these than a full pack of Oreos, and that's a huge compliment. read more

Literally the BEST cookie delivery service! I finally got to try Crumbl and they definitely lived up to the hype! I got the Nutella cookie, chocolate chip, and caramel cheesecake flavors. They were all amazing! I was very impressed with the cookie dough. And even when I had it a day later it still tasted fresh! I had ordered curbside pickup and you just text them when you're outside, and someone will bring them to your car. This place is always packed. It's easier to place your order prior to coming because you will be waiting. There isn't a ton of space so it's better to wait outside. The staff is friendly and the cookies have always been fresh. I love the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. read more

We always saw this place in San Antonio. I delivered some cookie boxes from Crumbl for Door Dash and the place always had tons of cookie flavors available each day, on display in glass cases. Just went by the Lubbock location an hour ago. For some reason they only had 6 flavors available. We got a half dozen (one of each flavor). Unfortunately, 4 of the 6 cookies were only cooked on the very outside edge (most of the cookie was raw dough). All 6 of the cookies taste like cooking oil. Extremely bland. Will not be going back. It seems like this place is an Instagram thirst trap. Everything looks really appealing and worthy of photographing, but has no substance at all. Very disappointing. I will say this tho, we called and explained to the store that it was our first time trying Crumbl and we weren't happy with the experience: that most of the cookies were completely raw, and the two that were cooked tasted only of cooking oil. She did tell us they are meant to be soft in the center, but not raw. So the shift-lead went ahead and gave us a full refund, which is nice. I do appreciate that customer service. Not gonna lie, it's getting frustrating to wait outside for 25+ minutes in a line to get these cookies while employees are inside chatting, dancing, waving to the employee who is on door duty (so as not to allow us inside before they are ready). Not to mention, they've been out of the cookie my fiancé wanted for the past 3 visits and I'm honestly disappointed. Management, at least during the night shift, must be POOR and whoever is in charge of taking the fact that THOUSANDS of TTU students are moving back in at the middle of august yet didn't stock enough product so as to avoid running out must be a little slow on the uptake. Not impressed, not a fan, Insomnia cookies is beginning to sound better and better while the trip across town to this place is sounding worse. if I could give 0 stars I would. When I walk into a bakery I expect to be welcomed in. They didn't even look at me. Then I stood at the counter waiting to order for a good 5+ min when there were teenagers (I assume) standing around in the back talking and laughing. I heard cussing left and right. The counters were so messy and sticky up from I was scared to even touch them. the employees would drop cookies and pick them up using the same gloves then continue to decorate without changing them. I will say it did smell great but the cookies were not good. they're supposed to be soft centered cookies but no. they were raw in the middle. not soft centered. I was super excited to order the lemon cookie! Lemon is one of my favorite flavors. On the website the cookie looked delicious. I picked up my warm cookie but to my surprise the cookie was super greasy and lacked any lemon flavor! It tasted like a plane sugar cookie with zero lemon flavor! :( the icing had a hint of lemon and that's about it. So disappointed didn't finish is because I didn't want to waste my calories. Love this place! I'm from Dallas where the Crumbl cookie culture is currently booming. I was so excited to see that we finally got one in Lubbock!! I stopped by the other day to get a cookie for my boyfriend for valentine's day and it was PACKED!! I took off a star only because they turned off the online/in-app ordering for that night which was kind of frustrating since I always order on the app before going to pick up and wasn't sure what was wrong with it, also I just wanted one cookie while others in line ordered huge boxes. But I did get to meet the owner of this location when I was standing in line- he was very sweet and had nice conversations with every single customer. You could tell that he cares about and takes pride in his business. Overall this is a great location, and most of the time when I go inside the workers are very fast and polite. I also love that Crumbl has new flavors every week although I do wish you could order their mini cookies they offer for catering events, or at least a half cookie- i can never seem to finish a whole one and love to try the different flavors!! read more

I often travel to work in Utah, so, I was pretty excited to see a Crumbl pop up in Lubbock. I have favorite flavors and some that I don't like so much at all, so I didn't want to rate based on that, since it's really personal preference. The thing that I have noticed that is different from the other stores I've gone to, including the concept store (can't remember what exactly it's called, but it's where they test flavors, etc) in Provo, and the service there is always exceptionally better. The mood, helpfulness, and even quality is always spotty. By quality I mean, some of them literally almost throw the cookies in the box...they're broken, overlapping, and sometimes the outside of the box is sticky with icing. I've also had a curbside order where I eventually had to go in and ask because it never came. In any case-my job is related to the "Crumble-esque" market, and I've always been kinda forgiving because it's "newish," and not quite like Provo-BUT, service is pretty important. I hope that eventually the staff is consistently a group of happy cookie bakers. PS-If you are interested in flavors-I love cornbread, hostess cupcake, and anything peanut butter. They're also usually pretty cool about leaving icing off when possible, and I like that. read more

Cookies are amazing! We love the ones served warm the most! The employees are very nice and helpful! Yes it's pricey for cookies but you def will see why it's priced that high when you taste them. They are giant cookies made with top quality ingredients and they donate any unsold cookies to hospitals, firehouses and police. To me that too helps justify the cost. I like knowing I'm doing business at a place donating to first responders or people in the hospital. It has become a Saturday night visit pretty regularly. read more
