Definitely go here their cookies are always so good so sweet and so delicious. And they melt in your mouth .

When I first happened upon Crumbl, it was at this location and I was pretty impressed. Like most places in the area, it's staffed mostly by high school and college kids, yet the service is fairly top class. To be fair, I think the process is pretty straightforward. They bake gigantic cookies fresh everyday. Every week they change up the flavors, then they're gone the next week. This keeps things interesting. Also, it may be inaccurate to just call these cookies. They're more like a cross between muffins and cookies. They are soft and fluffy. Prices are outrageous though. At the time I wrote this review it was $4.20 for singles, and I was wondering if that number was intentional... I don't think it's unfair, though. It just means that for me this is not a regular indulgence. I'd actually rather buy one of these than a full pack of Oreos, and that's a huge compliment. read more

First time trying the cookies are big and sugary sweet. The outside was a bit crunchy but the middle was so soft. They have very good flavors. My favorite for my birthday was the banana caramel and the biscoff. read more

i can't say i love all the cookies a lot of them are too rich but many of them are perfectly cooking through and just taste delicious! the staff is also very friendly. i went with my dad and he put the order name under "lil hat" (just trying to be funny) and the staff was fun and played along with it and laughed with us. a new nickname was born out of it too read more

Crumbl is always so good! Orders are very quickly filled. Never gotten a stale cookie.

Waited one hour for one cookie that in end they said they were out and needed to make more and asked if I wanted to substitute. Everyone there seemed to lack any direction or knowledge of what was going on. The kept asking my name and never following up. I think it's more of a crumbl not training their employees or having competent managers thing then the actual employees fault. read more

I had went to Crumbl cookie today and was treated very wrongful I got cookie for my group home and we went all in to get the cookies they wanted. Mind you this was there first time we got ugly stares at us like they never seen that before. I think they need to be talked too. read more

Literally the BEST cookie delivery service! I finally got to try Crumbl and they definitely lived up to the hype! I got the Nutella cookie, chocolate chip, and caramel cheesecake flavors. They were all amazing! I was very impressed with the cookie dough. And even when I had it a day later it still tasted fresh! I had ordered curbside pickup and you just text them when you're outside, and someone will bring them to your car. Overall, I had a great experience with Crumbl and will be definitely trying new flavors! read more

Seriously if I could give this place zero stars .... there was about 7 to 8 people working literally they were all running around like chickens without their heads--- I literally waited for 15 minutes before even being approached! The parking is absolutely horrendous!!! This place is going to go downhill real fast!! Take my business somewhere else where I'm appreciated and actually approached read more

waited a total of 20 minutes for one cookie that i ordered online and went in to pick up. probably about 10 people who had walked in and ordered got theirs before me. I tried to ask after 10 minutes of waiting and I was told "yeah I'm working on it". 10 more minutes go by and he finally asks me the name and makes it. and it was cold. read more

This is an ok location not like the ones I know from home, service and managers attitude could be better.

I waited in line for 20 minutes before they told me my order wasn't shown on their screen because the service is down. Continued to wait an extra 30 and they told me they didn't have the one i was waiting on. They don't care to have any urgency either. read more

Not near as good as they used to be. To me it tastes like they have a new recipe. I would rank subways cookies above crumbl. I had a chocolate chip. Also they were cold. read more

This place is always packed. It's easier to place your order prior to coming because you will be waiting. There isn't a ton of space so it's better to wait outside. The staff is friendly and the cookies have always been fresh. I love the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. read more

We always saw this place in San Antonio. I delivered some cookie boxes from Crumbl for Door Dash and the place always had tons of cookie flavors available each day, on display in glass cases. Just went by the Lubbock location an hour ago. For some reason they only had 6 flavors available. We got a half dozen (one of each flavor). Unfortunately, 4 of the 6 cookies were only cooked on the very outside edge (most of the cookie was raw dough). All 6 of the cookies taste like cooking oil. Extremely bland. Will not be going back. It seems like this place is an Instagram thirst trap. Everything looks really appealing and worthy of photographing, but has no substance at all. Very disappointing. I will say this tho, we called and explained to the store that it was our first time trying Crumbl and we weren't happy with the experience: that most of the cookies were completely raw, and the two that were cooked tasted only of cooking oil. She did tell us they are meant to be soft in the center, but not raw. So the shift-lead went ahead and gave us a full refund, which is nice. I do appreciate that customer service. However I still don't plan to go back. read more

The cookies were awesome! This is the second time I have visited crumble, first time at this location. This time I had my wife with me and then we only bought four I had been telling my wife about them and had to share the experience while we were on our three day road trip. As with my first experience, as soon as we walked into the hotel lobby with the crumble box, we were immediately accosted, where did you get those? They have a crumble here! read more

Not gonna lie, it's getting frustrating to wait outside for 25+ minutes in a line to get these cookies while employees are inside chatting, dancing, waving to the employee who is on door duty (so as not to allow us inside before they are ready). Not to mention, they've been out of the cookie my fiancé wanted for the past 3 visits and I'm honestly disappointed. Management, at least during the night shift, must be POOR and whoever is in charge of taking the fact that THOUSANDS of TTU students are moving back in at the middle of august yet didn't stock enough product so as to avoid running out must be a little slow on the uptake. Not impressed, not a fan, Insomnia cookies is beginning to sound better and better while the trip across town to this place is sounding worse. EDIT: Evidently they don't care about presentation bc I didn't even get a whole damn animal cookie on my "circus animal" cookie. I know other companies, Tiff's Treats, will reject any cookies that aren't perfect but evidently the same is not true for Crumbl. read more

Good cookies and service! This location can be busy sometimes but they are quick to get you in and out

The cookies here are delicious!! They always have great flavors!! The customer service is also good!!

I thought I would really like this since I tried it a couple of years ago but when I walked in, there were no employees. And when they did come out they gave really nasty looks. I ordered and waited, but I had to wait almost an hour. Honestly, I wouldn't have made this review if it weren't for the cookies being really gross. For taking almost an hour they should've been better. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. When I walk into a bakery I expect to be welcomed in. They didn't even look at me. Then I stood at the counter waiting to order for a good 5+ min when there were teenagers (I assume) standing around in the back talking and laughing. I heard cussing left and right. The counters were so messy and sticky up from I was scared to even touch them. the employees would drop cookies and pick them up using the same gloves then continue to decorate without changing them. I will say it did smell great but the cookies were not good. they're supposed to be soft centered cookies but no. they were raw in the middle. not soft centered. I definitely do not recommend crumbl. read more

I was super excited to order the lemon cookie! Lemon is one of my favorite flavors. On the website the cookie looked delicious. I picked up my warm cookie but to my surprise the cookie was super greasy and lacked any lemon flavor! It tasted like a plane sugar cookie with zero lemon flavor! :( the icing had a hint of lemon and that's about it. So disappointed didn't finish is because I didn't want to waste my calories. The cookie is over 3 dollars which is ok because of the size but the flavor doesn't match that price point. read more

Love Crumbl normally but this location was disappointing. Ordered delivery to get a 4 pack of cookies of each specialty flavor and two were out... Please mark these out of stock if they're not there. They also didn't list milk on the delivery app even though they had it in store. The cookies this week are not great either. Was only able to get the Reeses Puffs and Cereal Milk ones. The Cereal Milk was fine but the Reeses was way way way too rich and overwhelming. read more

Love Crumble Cookies. But today disappointed. We had put in early order for 8:00pm pick up. My daughter showed up at 7:15 and told staff she was early, because she was able to get off work early. They told her she would have too wait until 8:00pm to get her order. Last time I will send her to crumble. If customer service is still important, how hard is it to say someone has arrived early put there order in now. Unfortunately, the response from staff was you have to wait until 8:00pm. I know this is petty, but this is the problem today. No one cares about the customer. I hate that I have to post this, because I love this place.. just lost focus today on who keeps you in business the customer. I will be done for a while... cookies are not that important to me... read more

Love this place! I'm from Dallas where the Crumbl cookie culture is currently booming. I was so excited to see that we finally got one in Lubbock!! I stopped by the other day to get a cookie for my boyfriend for valentine's day and it was PACKED!! I took off a star only because they turned off the online/in-app ordering for that night which was kind of frustrating since I always order on the app before going to pick up and wasn't sure what was wrong with it, also I just wanted one cookie while others in line ordered huge boxes. But I did get to meet the owner of this location when I was standing in line- he was very sweet and had nice conversations with every single customer. You could tell that he cares about and takes pride in his business. Overall this is a great location, and most of the time when I go inside the workers are very fast and polite. I also love that Crumbl has new flavors every week although I do wish you could order their mini cookies they offer for catering events, or at least a half cookie- i can never seem to finish a whole one and love to try the different flavors!! read more

I often travel to work in Utah, so, I was pretty excited to see a Crumbl pop up in Lubbock. I have favorite flavors and some that I don't like so much at all, so I didn't want to rate based on that, since it's really personal preference. The thing that I have noticed that is different from the other stores I've gone to, including the concept store (can't remember what exactly it's called, but it's where they test flavors, etc) in Provo, and the service there is always exceptionally better. The mood, helpfulness, and even quality is always spotty. By quality I mean, some of them literally almost throw the cookies in the box...they're broken, overlapping, and sometimes the outside of the box is sticky with icing. I've also had a curbside order where I eventually had to go in and ask because it never came. In any case-my job is related to the "Crumble-esque" market, and I've always been kinda forgiving because it's "newish," and not quite like Provo-BUT, service is pretty important. I hope that eventually the staff is consistently a group of happy cookie bakers. PS-If you are interested in flavors-I love cornbread, hostess cupcake, and anything peanut butter. They're also usually pretty cool about leaving icing off when possible, and I like that. read more

Cookies were okay. Cornbread was fun, unique & yummy! Hazelnut was great too! Birthday was too sweet for me. Would be 4 stars but the service was terrible. Walked in (only customer) & 10 workers all around...no one acknowledged me or offered to help until I finally asked. One of the boys working on packing a box looked at the other helpers & asked if they would help me...no one did. Tried to catch the boy's name who helped me to thank him on this review but didn't. Don't know if I'd go back any time soon due to the unfortunate customer service. read more

Cookies are amazing! We love the ones served warm the most! The employees are very nice and helpful! Yes it's pricey for cookies but you def will see why it's priced that high when you taste them. They are giant cookies made with top quality ingredients and they donate any unsold cookies to hospitals, firehouses and police. To me that too helps justify the cost. I like knowing I'm doing business at a place donating to first responders or people in the hospital. It has become a Saturday night visit pretty regularly. read more

Update on my crumble cookie malfunction: I got six cookies at the beginning one of them including the peanut butter and jelly cookie of the week I got a peanut butter cookie with no jelly or peanut butter frosting on top. I called the first time talk to a man he was very unhelpful and quite honestly didn't have the best attitude I expect more from crumbl cookie when I order $30 worth. He was sorry for the inconvenience but he didn't do anything to make it right. I called back five minutes later and spoke with a very very very nice young lady named Cambry. She decided to talk to her manager and I got a full box of cookies six cookies for free no delivery fee. I am very changed by the experience and I will be ordering from crumbl cookie again. I am definitely a Crumbl addict! My husband and I go at least once a week but we never get bored because that is how often they change their cookies!
