Like most…read moreplaces in the area, it's staffed mostly by high school and college kids, yet the service is fairly top class. To be fair, I think the process is pretty straightforward. They bake gigantic cookies fresh everyday. Every week they change up the flavors, then they're gone the next week. This keeps things interesting. Also, it may be inaccurate to just call these cookies. They're more like a cross between muffins and cookies. They are soft and fluffy. Prices are outrageous though. At the time I wrote this review it was $4.20 for singles, and I was wondering if that number was intentional... I don't think it's unfair, though. It just means that for me this is not a regular indulgence. I'd actually rather buy one of these than a full pack of Oreos, and that's a huge compliment.

They serve iced tea which is really delicious and they also have sodas, but I prefer the tea. I've never had trouble with the service there or any employees being rude or unkind. And the prices are very equivalent to most places in the area today.

In terms of pricing and environment, this restaurant feels kind of like sugar bakers - the crowd that eats here is generally older, and entirely female. Maybe this is because it's a quieter eating location with good sandwiches. Nothing here is out of this world or fancy. However, I never leave disappointed. For the sides, I would recommend the broccoli cheddar over the potato soup. Also, get the pasta salad or chips instead of the side salad. If possible, leave room for pie.
