There was only one worker and it was clear they were overwhelmed, didn't know how to make certain drinks, and their equipment doesn't even work! Poor worker had to take orders, make drinks, and do the sealing machine (which is supposed to be automatic) BY HAND. Please fix your machines, teach your staff the menu and how to make them, and don't leave one person to man the shop alone

When I went to order, I was told they wouldn't start selling it until 3:00 p.m. What made this more frustrating is that the business had time to make a post on Facebook about there products, but didn't bother to update their page with a clear time for when hot chocolate would actually be available. If there's a specific start time, it should be clearly communicated instead of using vague wording like afternoon.
