We both LOVED our ice cream, and the flavors were present without being too sweet or overwhelming. Their waffle cones are homemade and it was honestly the best waffle cone I've ever had- the contrast between the warm waffle cone and the cold ice cream is indescribably amazing, and I hope I get to experience it again soon. It was around $13 for the two of us combined. The inside is cute, but the plants could use some TLC- all of the plants were halfway to death and most still had the tags on from the store, which made me sad. On the other hand, service was outstanding and I am so glad we came!

It took an exceptionally long time to get to the front of the line, but once we got there we realized there were only two people working and they were doing the best they could! We realized that with all of the mix-ins they offer, this adds a step and makes the ice cream process more complicated than it needs to be. So, while we enjoyed the options, could definitely be scaled back to make things more efficient. As soon as I walked in the front door, I felt the warmth of the owners (at least I assumed they were the owner!). The way the talked to their customers like family was heart warming. They were out of the egg onigiri so I got a salmon one, a chicken sando, melon pan, and an ube cream dessert. The melon pan was honestly my favorite because they're so hard to find fresh where I live. The sando didn't impress me - too much mayo and limp lettuce without much flavor. The onigiri was good, as was the ube dessert. Id absolutely go back but skip the chicken sando.

The speakeasy jazzy vibes were def up my alley. They were wrapping up brunch service, so we were just glad that we were able to get some food. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit which was super greasy but very filling and delicious. My partner got a scramble, which he liked but there were some very hard bits of we think the meat in the dish, and I chalked it up to it likely being the last bits of the available brunch offerings. But he was a little disappointed about that. As for the drinks...the thing that drew me here in the first place, as a gin lover, I was very very pleased. Delicious, both the ones I got (a seasonal cocktail and a classic) and I simply wish I had more time and money to spend here with a fancy drink in my hand. I would love to come back here on a future visit to the Covington/Cincy area.
