I order a chocolate cherry shake and a burger with everything Will my shake was only chocolate no cherry No tomatoes on my burger so when to the window to get a tomatoe they said I needed to bring to burger back they couldn't just give me one They took it back and OMG I don't know what they put in that burger when I bit in to I almost broke my tooth my husband try it it was something hard in the meat I put it all in the trash that why I don't send food back Waste of money and gas Never again read more

I love Cook Out. The burgers are grilled and remind me of a real cook out. They aren't located in every city but if there's one. Ear you, do try it! They even have corn dogs, chicken options and quesadillas. Although I haven't tried them, I heard the milkshakes are the real deal! read more

My family and I went through the drive through around 7pm. There were about 4 cars In front of us and maybe about 3 people dining in. The guy on the speaker seemed a bit in a rush but we let him make it. I ordered cheeseburger w/fries and a chicken quesadilla. My husband ordered 3 "chargrilled" hot dogs, bacon cheese burger w/fries, and hush puppies. As soon as we got to the window, we payed and they handed the food immediately. This was literally a less than 10 minute food trip. I expected to be in a long line for atleast 30 mins. Overall the food was fair for the low cost. The hamburger patty wasn't anything spectacular, I'd still choose Five guys and Stamps without a doubt. The fries were okay. I don't eat hotdogs but my husband said that they were okay. The chicken quesadilla was.... I never tasted it. The quesadilla was made with tiny bits of shredded chicken which is something new to me. My husband had a burger with bacon on it and his burger tasted better. Bacon makes everything taste better of course. Overall This is a great place to go if you need a meal on a tight budget. read more

I am loving this new restaurant . The prices are great . And there I so many options which I love . And the milkshakes omg the milkshakes are the best milkshakes ive every had . And the restaurant is great for college kids because of the cheap prices and they're open for long hours. And I will most definitely be going back again and again . To be newly opened....the service was outstanding. Line of cars out onto High Street, line of at least 6 people in front of me and had my food in 3-5 minutes. I ordered the Big Double Tray ($4.99) and got a Burger tasted fresh, Onion Rings were golden brown, seasoned fries tasted similar to Five Guys, since it was my first visit I subbed my drink for one of their 40 (Banana pudding) milk shakes. The milk shake sub cost an extra $1. For $6.59 ~Under $6 with a normal drink~ it was as good as Five Guys for a lot less money read more

Best burger place in Jackson. Food is always cooked fresh. Customer Service is wonderful. It's good food for a great price. The burgers are grilled so when they put the cheese on top of it it melts. But the one thing I didn't like was the worm in my fries. read more

Always fresh and fast. Caramel cheesecake shake is the best! The food just isn't my favorite. Great value for the amount of food.

The food is really good at this location, but the customer service could be better, specifically pertaining to the drive-thru. Whenever you're calling out your order, you either feel like you're being rushed or being cut off while you're talking. If you ask a question, you're answered with an attitude or as if you're taking up their time. This has happened a time before, and I hope it will be the last time that this happens. read more
