It's the perfect treat and never disappoints. This time, both my son and I got one. It was his first time trying Cook Out, and he absolutely loved it just as much as mommy did! The milkshakes are always thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. For us, stopping at Cook Out has become a must-do tradition every time we visit the Charlotte area. They had someone taking orders for the lines outside and then someone check checking up on us to see if we got our drink food and payment yet. The food was good. But once we got our meal. We literally was able to eat our whole meal in line while we waited to get out of the drive thru line bc people in front of us hadn't gotten there orders yet. The staff were very nice and patient. It just took very long to get our food and get out of the drive thru line. I went here a month later thinking ok they have been around a little longer now. I ordered my food online and the app said my meal should be ready in 4-7min. I paid with a card and I went thru the drive through line which took me an hour of sitting in line I gave them my name. And they told Me to pull into a numbered parking space which I waited another 20min. After being in line for now 1 hour and 20min. I went inside and gave my name again. The staff just told me my name was on the screen and they were working on it. I had literally waited over an hour for one burger I ordered through the mobile app and tried to pick up myself. I got in line at 745pm and I received my food at 9:15pm. The staff came out and stated she noticed my car had been sitting out there for a while and came to check to see what my order was. She went back inside and asked the staff to make my food on the fly.

It looked more like trash than food. The person preparing the order could have at least separated the tacos so they didn't end up stuck to each other. I also tried the new Chili Lime Chips, and they were disappointing. They were overly salty, tasted stale, and were mostly crushed into crumbs. Overall, the quality of the meal was very poor.

Easy order at the speaker where I was understood clearly. At the window, a gloved and masked associate handed over my lunch and took payment. Two piece dinner (white meat, breast and leg) with cole slaw and a biscuit. I do love the Bojangles biscuits but I only took one bite as they are decidedly not keto friendly. The chicken was still hot and crispy. Tip: Request a packet or two of hot sauce if you need extra kick as I do. [Review 13425 overall, 744 of 2020.]

The drive-thru line was long, and another customer and I were inside just watching everything unfold. I ended up leaving and going to the Bojangles on Rocky River instead. I gave it another try today and ordered a Chicken Supremes combo. The fries were disappointing, very crispy on the outside but basically hollow inside, like they'd been sitting out too long. I couldn't eat them. One tender was good, but the other was mostly breading with barely any chicken inside. The biscuit was decent, though. Overall, it feels like quality and consistency are lacking at this location. I've had much better experiences at the Rocky River Bojangles, so I'll likely stick with that one for now.

Two Saturdays ago at around 3:30 AM, I ordered a medium Quarter Pounder meal through mobile pickup at McDonald's. The meal included fries, a beverage, and the medium quarter pounder. While consuming the meal, I noticed a long hair entangled in the fries. This discovery was highly unpleasant, as I had already consumed a significant portion of the meal before noticing the hair. Although it is understandable that the staff may be fatigued at that hour, maintaining hygiene standards is paramount. The packaging was greasy, the fries were limp, soggy and cold, and the presence of a hair in the food further compromised the overall quality. I lost my appetite immediately.

I can't comment on the tacos as I was only near one of these locations briefly so I had to try to get the bobble, I didn't eat the tacos(it was breakfast time.) Cant comment on the environment as I went the drive thru route and was also embarrassed of ordering something like this, this early in the morning. That also increased the score because my coffee was really good for a fast food one. Definitely beats the competition compared to others.
