Came here at lunchtime today. Total chaos. Long line at drive through, multiple 'lines' in restaurant, no one handling the crowd. Packed with people who didn't have food. We couldn't tell where to get in line so we left. Unfortunately this chain doesn't seem to have a plan to deal with crowds of people interested in paying for their food, which is a good problem to have, but they are failing at it. We left. A good choice for a quick breakfast, but it falls short of being a great one. The breakfast sandwiches here are nice--freshly made with a perfectly cooked fried egg, crispy bacon sandwiched in one of their delicious biscuits. I got my mom a turkey egg one. I'd come back for the sandwiches alone, but the rest of the experience is a little bit of a letdown. The grits are so very disappointing. Even after adding butter, cheese, and pepper, they were still bland and lacked any real flavor. If someone had never had grits before and ate these Biscuitville Grits, they'd conclude that they don't like grits. That really is a shame, because a good side of grits would really complete the meal. The vanilla mocha is delicious and a highlight of the drink menu. While the line moves quickly, the service feels rushed. The prices are higher than they should be for the overall quality. Biscuitville is one of my favorite spots to grab a fresh cooked biscuit with some of the most tantalizing meats to complement them. One of the newest edition to the menu is the spicy honey chicken biscuit, which is really good. If you went a good, hearty, stick to your bones breakfast, Biscuitville would be a good choice! The drive thru was wrapped around when I arrived, so it must be good--and it was. There were a lot of tasty options, but I ordered the ultimate bacon Belgian waffle combo with cheese grits. The Belgian waffle had a nice sweetness on the outside, which paired well with the sweet and saltiness the bacon, egg and cheese. The egg was perfectly cooked, and the cheese was melted and making a nice marriage of a sandwich. The cheese grits were a little bland, but with butter, salt and pepper It ended up being really good. They definitely add a lot of cheese! If you are looking to count calories, this is not the breakfast for you. But it was tasty and filling. The customer service was friendly. Stopped here with our family before heading back home after a vacation to Great Wolf. Everyone enjoyed their food! Bacon was perfect! The menu is very big with something for everyone. Good food, great team! I came in to catch up on some work, and asked what the cashier recommended. I'm glad I did! I got the "Fried Chicken Platter" with fries. Normally I would not complain about missing an item, but, this is the 3ND time I have paid money for something I did NOT receive. Why charge me and not give me what was asked for? I LOVE their biscuits, but if this keeps happening why CHARGE someone when you can clearly see on the screen what someone wants on their order? I've worked in fast-food place's before; 1 missing product is understandable but 2 times in the SAME order? It's clearly a visible difference on your screen. Yes I should have checked the bag, it's understandable, but a customer is BOUND to have confidence that their order is being fulfilled, regardless the situation. During our trip down to Charlotte our friends took us to a few 'southern exclusive' fast food places, Biscuitville being one of them. We ordered a smattering of biscuit sammies (the spicy chicken and honey and also the fried steak) with strawberry sweet tea and coffee and a blueberry and strawberry muffin). The biscuit sandwiches were really incredible, the biscuit was soft and fluffy and buttery and the chicken and fried steak were great. The tea was also tasty and not too sweet surprisingly to me. I was also pretty impressed with their muffins, they were really good. The cheesy grits we got also as a side were good too, nice and hot and definitely cheesy but it 100% needed way more salt. I know it's just fast food but I actually really enjoyed what we all got. I'm kind of rounding down my rating, I wish I could give a 4.5 but I feel like I can't do a complete 5 star because of two small things: There was a line which our friends actually told us wasn't bad - sometimes the line apparently goes out to the intersection before this location? That was wild to me, I have yet to be in a line that long for fast food and to wait like 20ish minutes every time you go this place for drive thru pickup is kind of crazy. Additionally there was a bit of a mixup with our order - my friend ordered the strawberry water, but got strawberry lemonade and we got strawberry sweet tea and received regular sweet tea. They had us keep the extra two drinks but that slowed the process of getting our food down a bit. Other than that I'd recommend out of towners to stop by and get the experience ! I live in the area and constantly see lines at this establishment. Until I read the reviews while eating here, I didn't realize it was due to a lack of urgency and poor management. Thankfully I was in no rush and got there at 6am to get an early start on my way to go work at a coffee shop. The staff was helpful and friendly - helped me pick out the spicy chicken biscuit which was served fresh and quick. Excellent quality in all components of the sandwich and I appreciated the recommendation as a first time diner. Also saw someone rolling out biscuits too which added to the experience. I sat inside eating my sandwich and noticed that there didn't seem to be a real order of operations when it came to their process of taking and preparing orders coming through. Most of their traffic was through the drive-thru which didn't appear to be a priority for employees. It was a little weird being an inside customer and wishing the drive-thru customers were receiving the same level of service. I don't expect fast food to have top-tier management or execution or professionalism, but I probably wouldn't recommend anyone come here for the drive-thru. read more

So happy a new Biscuitville opened close to where we live! Their spicy and honey chicken biscuit is THE BEST. Their country fries are so good too. Great spot to stop for breakfast/brunch. This new location has long lines now, and I'm sure long lines will continue for a while...but it's worth the wait! The tea is mid. Biscuitville has some good food, although their cleaning team isn't the best. As I go to fill my cup with water I notice a few things. The counter where the service area is located tends to be very sticky and poorly cleaned. Napkin container has collected dust on them, soda machine is visibly stained on its side as well as the ice tea containers. The coffee lids are also dirty. While I'm here eating my biscuit, The employee who is cleaning the dining area is using the same cloth to wipe down seats and tables.
