I clearly caught them on a good day because I just had my best Wendy's experience probably ever. The cashier was very nice and got my order right. He was engaging and complimented my nails. My food came out quickly. That's right I said my food at Wendy's came out quickly. The fries were perfection and the spicy nuggets good per usual. While dining in, the cashier checked on me twice and made sure everything was okay. Offered to take my trash or get anything I may need. A staff member was cleaning off tables while I sat there and she took my trash for me before I left. I've never ever had such a good experience at Wendy's. Shout out to this crew! read more

He ordered the parmesan chicken caesar salad, and I settled on the apple pecan chicken salad. My salad came with a pomegranate vinaigrette dressing. Let me tell you, that salad was delicious!! It truly hit the spot, and it was so fresh. The salad consisted of chicken, lettuce, blue cheese crumbles, apples, cranberries and sweet pecans. The salty/sweet combination, along with the perfect pomegranate dressing made this salad a winner. The portion size was hefty and it was good to the last tasty bite. I definitely recommend it. Some are well done where as others are under cooked. Definitely not consistent. The service is mediocre at best. The greetings on the speaker are random. Today it was "Hey how ya doing?" Sometimes I actually get "welcome to Wendy's. Would you like to try our new____?" The other day I got, "what would you like?" They at least got the drinks right this time when I asked for no ice. Not happy with customer service. I gave them one star because food taste ok. We ordered a Dave Single with no lettuce or tomato and that was one of the few things that was right about this experience. This was a Drive Through experience. We had also ordered one of the new burgers that they were advertising mushroom bacon cheeseburger. I discovered when we got home that we got a chicken sandwich instead of the mushroom bacon cheeseburger. We also had gotten a medium frosty Chocolate and a junior frosty with the new favor of salted Caramel which those were what we got but the choc med frosty was overfilled and coming out of the top of the lid and also the sides of the lid. I asked if they could remake it as that would make a mess in my car. The staff member looked at me like "what?" I said look at it, it is dripping on to your hands. He just wiped it off and wiped the sides of the cup off and started to hand it to me stating that this was the last of the choc Frosties for the night. It was still oozing out from the top of the lid where you put a straw. Very unprofessional staff in my opinion. I tried to call the actual location but the phone just kept ringing and no voicemail picked up. I was going to leave feedback but realized the drive through staff did not give me a receipt. WHY is it so hard to not overfill the Frosties when the cups have a fill line to prevent this type of thing happening. This has been an on going problem at several Wendy's. Absolutely disgusting. Several of the tables were strewn with trash and spills. Coke Freestyle machine looks as though it hasn't been cleaned in months and most of the products were out. Employees were yelling profanity back and forth at each other. Several employees were handling food with out wearing gloves. A female worker in particular had hair down to her knees not held back by a tie or net. The cashier stated multiple time that he was tired of working here. He was not friendly or professional. I called and told them that they left one of my meals out and they said to come back to the store park in the parking lot because diamond was closed due to Covid and once I get there I was to call and let them know I was there so they could bring me my sandwich. I got there and sat in the parking lot for five minutes trying to call and the call kept saying user busy. When I realized they weren't going to take my car I got back in the drive-through line was wrapped around the entire building. As I sat in the drive-through line I continue to call to no avail.
