The location was located off the side of the road, so easy to locate and access. But that's the only good thing. The food. The food. Horrid! I frequently go during the night since I'm a college student with an odd sleep schedule. Anyway, I have rarely had a bad experience with this location. Night shift is professional and makes sure everything is done properly. Additionally, night shift is fun to interact with and I've never had an unpleasant interaction with night staff. The food is obviously not going to be 5 star, but you get what you pay for. I've never had missing food, nor have my customisations been forgotten. Overall, this location is amazing. read more

I was denied service because the younger staff doesnt have a clue of what old money looks like. they will assume you are a scammer and treat you as such. when asked if they had a money marker she replied yes but it isnt accurate so they aren't allowed to use it? what? if this is the level of education that you have running your store then there is a problem. I stopped coming to this Jack in the box because I always do my mobile orders through the app and the workers here are so stingy. Every time I order my sauces on the app they never want to give me them they only put 1 or 2 and tell me I have to pay extra for them. I used to work at Jack in the Box and I know what they are doing is just plain selfish. I live in Monroe and when I order my food on the mobile app I always get good customer service here and get all the sauces I need without having to argue. The young people at this location are just so stingy and clearly don't know the rules. Someone needs to educate them because ordering on the app and in person are two different things. After leaving a concert and definitely having the munchies my son and I decided to drive through Jack in the Box because we have only heard of these places. The menu was very diverse with American fast food, egg rolls, teriyaki bowls, and tacos. I chose a basic cheeseburger and onion rings. The cheeseburger was nothing to write home about and the onion rings were average for fast food. The ranch in the container was pretty good for a fast food ranch. My son had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was also average to me. He liked it a lot and he liked the curly fries. He said the cheesecake for $2.99 was also good. Our total meal was $23.00 for two sandwiches, fries, onion rings and a cheesecake. Seems alittle pricey for fast food. I would not return here but I know he would. If I am going to splurge on fast food on a night of some beer drinking it would need to be somewhere alittle better (perhaps down the road at Cookout). Had to wait 33 minutes in the drive-through. The combo I ordered the drink was correct. The curly fries were good but the sandwich was horrible. The bread was cold, not toasted like it was supposed to be and the burger was cooked but cold. The Frisco burger was very disappointing after one bite. I gave it to my dog when I got home. The drive-through was so slow I'm surprised an electric vehicle did not die and need battery, charged or run out of gas. Everybody only saw two employees tonight at the drive-through. I got 2 spicy crispy wraps and an order of 3 egg rolls. I'm a door dasher so it took me about an hour until I was able to eat due to dropping off orders and let me tell you they did not disappoint! Only regret I have is not eating it when it was fresh because it was still good and tasty so I can only imagine how it would have taste when I first got it. The chicken in my wraps are crispy and my eggs rolls are still crispy as well with good flavor, and this is only my second time ordering from Jack in the Box. This place is on my way to the office so occasionally I stop through the drive through if I am feeling exceptionally hungry that morning. The morning staff is super friendly. There was one lady that was so amped up to see you in the morning (it was pretty infectious) so it's a good way to start your day. Granted it is "fast food" so I wouldn't eat here if you are counting your calories, but I am still amazed at the range and offerings of their menu. Some may say it's "too much" but heck, if you can swing making all those different types of food in that short amount of time, I say more power to ya. This Jack in a Box is off of a busy N Tryon location, but you can get to it from either direction (there's a break in the median). It feels like is a little "off by itself" with only gas stations that neighbor it along with some tire shops and a paint store. read more

Jack-In-The-Box is the best fast food place. I made a trip from the raleigh area to charlotte just for jack in the box and Ikea. Their food is always tasty and there is so much to choose from. They must have the biggest fast food menu ever. when i was in HS this is where we went when everyone wanted something different. they have all kinds of burgers from the 1.29 jumbo jack(1/4 pound burger with lettuce and tomato) to the sourdough jack(grilled sourdough with bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato) and ultimate bacon cheese burger, chicken sandwiches(i like the spicy one), tacos(2 for 99 cents. really good stuff), tariyaki bowls with egg rolls, salads, and great sides like jalopeno poppers and bacon cheddar potato wedges. breakfast is mostly served all day and is great too. just try the ultimate breakfast sandwhich! I'm just excited because im from CA where we have tons of these but now have moved to nc where the closest one with 2.5 hours away. I wish they would build some up here in cary/raleigh because there are a lot of cali transplants that would mob this place. I've now tried Jack In the Box three times, all three at this location, and all three disappointing. I understand it is fast food and cheap food, but that doesn't mean it has to be tasteless and bland. I strongly disliked the crispy chicken I ordered, and I found it chewy and without any taste whatsoever. On my other two visits, I tried the chicken tenders. Once my sauce was not placed in the bag, and I didn't notice until I arrived at work. The other trip included my sauce, but, even with BBQ, I did not like the tenders. This is my second visit in less than 24 hours to this location. I got hungry late last night and while I was out riding around the Charlotte area I noticed that they were open 24 hours. The line in the drive-through seemed to take forever but once I got to the window I receive my food in a timely manner. I ordered two of their new Jalepeno Hash meal mashups. When I get home to get ready to eat them I noticed that the box was full of grease. I did the survey on the receipt like I always do whenever I eat out and I just visited the restaurant to get my buy one get one free offer that they give you for completing the survey. The manager was my cashier and he greeted me when I entered the restaurant. He took my order and I received it within a reasonable amount of time. This was a much better experience. read more
