Can you truly go wrong with an old school classic drive in dining experience? I used to go often as a child with my parents and I remembered seeing the car hops skating around and thought was so cool! I received a bit of my childhood back today on my lunch break. Ordered a yummy delish burger (the new garlic butter) and loved seeing my food brought out by a young worker on skates. Makes me wish I had learned to skate many years ago, but guess never too late lol. Food came out quick but was fresh and piping hot and so so delish! This location is A-OK! Everything happened the way it should have. I pulled in. I ordered at the speaker. I ordered two corndogs. Within minutes I had two corndogs delivered to my window. They were good. They were reasonably priced. The carhop was friendly. This is about as good as it gets at Sonic! read more

We placed 3 separate drive up orders and Khamron was an angel and flew to us each time. he was so quick, and didn't hesitate to accept and bring us our orders. order description: order 1: sundae with cermel, cheli chese fries, popcorn chicken, large H20 order 2: 2 medium m&m blasts, fries, soft pretzel w cheese order 3: H20 The first order was placed at stall 10, and the other two were at 11. Khamron looked very confused as we placed 3 separate orders, but each time he brought it to us, not necessarily with a smile, but with a confused expression. Whenever I'm in the area, I will place order on the app and pull up to get my order with no problem. They even have a wag cup for your pup!

This sonic isnt bad when it comes to their drinks ... they're food on the other hand ... not so well. I rarely put reviews out but last night i wanted something "different" and ig it was just bad idea to pick this Sonic for their food. I order the fried pickles, tater tots, and chicken sandwich. Chicken sandwich did loom lil weird but what could u expect from sonic. All i know was once i got up for work the next morning, I was sick. First time I've been sick in a while to be honest. Basically if you looking for FOOD don't come here. Drinks/milkshakes are the only things you should be looking at when or if you come to this sonic. It's a Wendy's and Chick-fil-A down the street for food. Overall 1/5 , I did have it at 2/5 but after thinking over it decided it was better at 1/5. After being bombarded with the Reese's Sonic Blast advertisements, I was in the mood and had my very first ice cream experience @ Sonic. I must say, this may top the OG Dairy Queen Blizzard for me. Ice cream is a lot more dense and holds for longer without quickly melting down to a runny shake as do DQ blizzards. On my visit, they went heavy on the toppings, which was nice. Warning: the sizing here is JUMBO. I ordered a large and they handed me a 32 oz goblet full of ice cream. It really was an overload of Reese's blast. read more

Unbelievably slow. I'm waiting in the drive through right now. The last two times I came, it was just as bad. Also, last two times I was here, my blasts were not properly mixed and I ended with vanilla on the bottom. Drive through needs help, they don't know what they're doing. read more

Don't order from this place if you like your order to be accurate. Too often they get it wrong and they don't own their mistakes. Forget it if you ordered online. Apparently they aren't allowed to remake it if you ordered online. You have to go through online customer service and although their online reps are kinder and more competent it doesn't ever get resolved between online service and the actual drive up. It shouldn't be this hard. read more

It was packed so we expected a little wait. We ordered strawberry cream slush and Oreo cheese cake shake. I'm literally after we paid the guy rolled up to our car on skates. With all the cars we didn't expect it to be so quick even though we just ordered drinks. The guy was nice and pleasant and our drinks were deeeelicious!!! read more

My friend and I pulled in to get some drinks and some food, but quickly noticed that out of about 10 employees inside, only 1 person was wearing a mask. My friend is pregnant and there's a two year old in the car. Knowing there's a mandate for mask wearing in NC right now, we did not feel safe ordering there knowing they'd be handling our food and drinks. This was incredibly disappointing. Half Price Shakes makes any day better; especially summer nights. The food is fast food fair, but the milk shakes and drink mixes are amazing. So swing by and ask for the cookie dough milkshake with bits of cookie dough in it. Up size it. Make it a little bigger. It costs half what it says it does. read more

The food is always tasty at this location. And our experience has always been positive. However, lately, this location hired a young teen lady (dark hair, blue cap) who lacks manners and does not represent the company well. When asking for assistance over the mic in the stall, she acts as if she cannot understand the customer. This is something she is choosing to do to not service the customer. This has happened twice within a week. The first visit, I gave her behavior a pass. Tonight, she behaved the same way. So I went to the door to speak to the manager, looking through the window, I see her snickering with her other two male co-workers. When mentioning this to the manager, he totally understood the behavior I was referring to and acknowledged that he knows he needs to have a talk with her. Her behavior is a part of the service, and it does have a small reflection to the company's service culture. She can do better. read more

Ordered All American hotdogs. When they brought them out they were so covered with pickle juice and syrup that you couldn't taste the hotdog inside the bun. They should list as a pickle sandwich on the menu. Absolutely horrible. We will never bring the family back to Sonic. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I've been to this Sonic many times in the past (I have a weakness for root beer floats) and I have never had an issue. However, my root beer floats from my last few visits have had chunks of tater tots in them (or maybe french fries or pieces of cone - something yellow and lumpy that is definitely not ice cream). Not just one or two pieces, either, but quite a lot. I called the store, not to complain or ask for a refund, but to just politely tell them that this had happened more than once and I thought that they might like to be made aware of it. I received a very rude response from the manager. She didn't say "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" or even "I'll check on that." She said, clearly annoyed, "That doesn't seem possible." Um, well, apparently it is. Seriously, you should at least look into it. Seeing as it's the only fast food place that I know of that serves root beer floats, a manager's bad behavior alone wouldn't necessarily stop me from going there. However, since she made it pretty clear that she's not going to look into the issue, I won't be going back because I have no indication that it will be better next time. read more
