I'm so happy they have a brick and mortar now. I was first introduced to these phenomenal cheesecakes a few years ago when I attended the taste of Charlotte, and boy did the cheesecake leave a lasting impression. So, naturally it made sense to find some time to drop in and give them a try! I'm so glad I did, I tried the peach cobbler bread pudding and OMG what a delight! I'm a bread pudding snob and is rare that I rave about someone else bread pudding. It's a texture thing, the texture has to be just right. The flavors have to be balanced, and this bread pudding got the mark, it was prefect! I added the pecan caramel sauce to it and boy oh boy! I also ordered the Ole G sweet potato cheesecake that I tried years ago and had me hooked, for later. My total came up to $28 so a bit pricey, but well worth it! The young lady serving us was nice and provided us with recommendations when I asked her opinion on the bread pudding. The shop was welcoming and nice and clean with limited seating. I'll def be back to try some other things on the menu!

We saw a post about this place and had to give it a try. It was actually what helped us discover all that Camp North End had become. We got there right on time before they had a big rush. Unfortunately, they were out of the lemon pound cake. We ended up getting a Sweet Potato Pie Cheesecake & a Strawberry Shortie Vanilla Cheesecake. We grabbed a table out front to eat them. But what we didn't know was that the cheesecake was frozen. We ended up just taking them with us. Hubby thought his sweet potato pie cheesecake was good but just felt out of season for summer. I enjoyed my strawberry shortie but neither "WOW"ed us. If we go back it's to try the lemon pound

This place is a hidden gem. Amazing service, great desserts. Was in the area and the cute store front caught our eye. Got 2 cinnamon rolls and a sweet potato cheesecake with the maple bourbon topping. Total was $30 but worth the price for homemade and proud to be able to support a local business. If you're in the area, check them out and get yourself a sweet treat, you won't regret it!

Delicious! I saw this place in Camp North End and had to give them a try. I'm glad I did! You have the choice to build your own dessert or choose from some of their own crafted options. I chose the vanilla cheesecake with blueberry compote and the cookie crumbles. This flavor profile was the perfect blend. The cheesecake wasn't too sweet. The portion size is great for the price. I plan to return and try the sweet potato cheesecake with the bourbon praline sauce next. This could really become an addiction!

Tried the vanilla cheesecake with chocolate sauce, Blueberry compote, cookie crumble, and Caramel Praline. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't the best. It was a delicious bite for a lazy afternoon. I struggled with consumption but it traveled well. The cheesecake was decent but not flavorful and dryer than I'd like. However, creating your own cheesecake was exhilarating. I was in/out in less than 5 minutes. It actually took me more time to decide what to buy. It's cute, quaint and the site swings make a great 1st date or family engagement.

Oh My Ganache is a brand new cheesecake restaurant located off of statesville in charlotte North Carolina. This Family Owned dessert hot spot and gem is in the center of attraction at Camp North-end. The customer service is accommodating and very friendly. You are able to choose the base of cheesecake or bundt cake with an unlimited variety in choice of toppings that you would like to add to your dessert base. I got the sweet potato cheesecake with two toppings. I topped my cheesecake base off with graham cracker crumble and white chocolate ganache. They also have beverages as well to sip down while you enjoy your dessert. I got the Orange Burst that consisted of coconut, orange, & strawberry with a ginger ale base as you have a choice between carbonated soda water or ginger ale. My cheesecake base for sweet potato was $12. While my drink was $5. The prices are very decent and the customer service is even better as I needed help deciding from all the great options. I strongly recommend visiting this hidden gem during your stay in the Charlotte area.

Sweet potato cheesecake with bourbon pecan sauce

This is a small boutique type of place. They do have some seats both inside and outside. The young lady helping me was super friendly and helpful. It was my first time in so she explained to me how everything works. I got the sweet potato cheesecake with the bourbon pecan sauce. I also got just a vanilla cheesecake with caramel sauce, a parfait and a drink. My total was a little over $40. I wanted to try a few different things. First the cheesecake was okay. It wasn't as creamy as I usually like maybe because it was in bar form. I do love the bourbon pecan sauce though. The parfait had a few layers. It was very light not too sweet. Perfect combination. I got the sunset juice with a seltzer base. That was refreshing. Not too sweet which is what I wanted. The lady helping me actually suggested it. Overall it was good. Side note: she did not give me the vanilla looking like that it was in my cooler in the car on my way home lol

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally got the chance. I went with the vanilla cheesecake base and topped it with the Bougie Turtle, while my friend chose the It's Sundae topping. It was delicious! The cheesecake was great, and the chocolate wasn't too sweet or overpowering. The portions are generous, we both had to save some for later. The service was excellent too; they walked us through the process of picking a base and choosing toppings. Definitely a great spot, check it out!

A bad odor is very concerning in a place that sells food. The store looks like it's had better days. However, the one employee who helped me at the register was very pleasant.

I asked for a Turkey, bacon and cheese sub. He goes to say, "oh that's extra meat". I asked, how? Then went to say that I've never been told that and I'm there often. The guy continues on with his reasonings. I was lost and confused by this time. So, I let him know that I didn't mind paying for what I wanted. That was just some new info to me. He started going about how not charging affects his bonus pay and this that and the third. I didn't ask him for any of that info. Carried out so bad, he ended up burning up the bacon. I kindly let him know he burned my bacon. He picks it up and look at it. I replied again, "it's burned, I don't want it"... Trying to be nasty and look, bacon turned out to be useless. Hopefully "he's" paying for it, smh. And I doubt that he will. I never want to encounter him ( older, black American guy) again.'Never had that problem with anyone else. Sometimes the line can be extra long or there's been a time when they were out of white bread(but the young guy, took care of that for me)... This guy was rude, too old to carry the situation out like he did. I was fresh off work, tired and all(still in uniform). I had no time for that type energy. I was trying to grab dinner and get home. That's it and that is all. I work in an executive kitchen in Uptown, we please and take care of our customers. I would do the same and give the same energy even if it was QT, Subway and any other place. I ended up purchasing the sub as well as a pack of Oscar Myers fully cooked bacon strips( again I do not mind, paying for what I want). The service and experience was horrible. He needs to stay off front line. Especially tell me, the customer... "If I don't charge, it affects my bonus. Go get who usually serves you and I'll tell them too. See, I don't mind. They must not know"... ... Pissed me off, so UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm sure the few who were behind me in line heard him also. They ended up walking away.

Review for Sprouts Farmers Market…read more As a foodie transplant from the West Coast, I was curious to see how this newer location in NoDa would stack up--especially since this style of grocery concept paired with residential living has been popular out west for years. Having a market as the anchor for a large apartment complex is a smart move and a fantastic amenity for residents who want convenience right at their doorstep. First impressions: The store is clean, bright, well-stocked, and thoughtfully laid out. It still feels new, and the team does a great job keeping everything organized and inviting. Parking is surprisingly easy thanks to the garage at the base of the building, which is a big plus given the busy intersection at Tryon and North Davidson. What I really enjoy: * The bulk section is one of the highlights--I can easily get lost browsing spices, grains, and specialty ingredients. * The whole body and wellness section is also strong, with a nice variety of products that make browsing fun. * They carry some delightful bakery items, like their brioche buns, which are soft, flavorful, and perfect for an elevated burger night at home. A thoughtful note for fellow shoppers: Prices are generally competitive, but it's still worth keeping an eye on them, as some items can run higher depending on the category. One area where I personally still lean toward other retailers is in the sustainable animal protein space. I appreciate stores that clearly communicate sourcing and animal welfare standards, so I continue to purchase most of my proteins elsewhere. That said, Sprouts shines in many other categories, especially pantry staples, produce, and specialty items. Overall, this location is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. It's convenient, enjoyable to shop, and offers a fresh, modern grocery experience. Whether you live nearby or are just exploring NoDa, it's definitely worth stopping in and seeing what they have to offer. Bottom line: Clean, convenient, fun to browse, and a great neighborhood market--with standout bulk and wellness sections that make repeat visits easy.

Great liquor store!!…read more So I came looking for a drink called "Coquito" which is the Puerto Rican version of egg nog (mainly a holiday drink). This was my first time coming to an ABC liquor store down south and it was a great experience! First let me start off when I came in, I noticed this place was very clean. Every item was in order and the store was very easy to navigate (each section being categorized "rum", "whiskey" etc). Although I kinda knew they wouldn't have my drink (I called around to other liquor stores and they had no idea what I was talking about) I thought I would inquire with the staff since I was here anyway. Not to my surprise, they didn't know what I was talking about BUT they were super helpful in telling me other options and letting me know that I could make it myself. They also "reassured the purchase" by telling me to let them know how it came out. This store had friendly staff- more than enough parking, was very clean and had everything that I needed- I would highly recommend this place of business!

The Ugly - This place looks like an old ranch house, with peeling paint, dingy worn carpet and not nearly as well stocked as most ABC Stores.
