Hex boasted a very large and solid pour over menu, a regular and single origin espresso, and had a solid drip. The barista was knowledgable about their coffee options and very helpful. We made our own little flight, enjoying the espresso, pour over, and drip. As well as the spam musubi! Super tasty. Not only was this a solid place for coffee, but would absolutely want to go back for the natural wines and other menu options. It is also a great place to hang out with both lovely indoor and outdoor seating. Go here when in Charlotte!
