Charlotte JITB suck - There was no ice in the front area, the soda machine sucked and only had one choice (water), and the staff was rude about just getting orders out and general interaction. I've seen this at almost all of the JITB locations in Charlotte and I'm a huge JITB fan and really wish they'd get their act together. Even if you love love love JITB, I'd say to go to the Arby's next door as they were a million times better. I gave it two stars as that Egg Roll (even without the sauce which they were out of), was sooooooo good. But let's pull it together, JITB Charlotte Area. You're a bunch of clowns. read more

I just moved to the Charlotte area and I'm super happy that this is my local Jack-in-the-Box. They always hook it up. Everything is fast and fresh and the employees are really cool. Also bonus points for having a little outdoor area to eat. Everything is nice and green And there's plenty of space. read more

Davion is excellent!! (Dayvion? I apologize for the spelling). This was my first time at Jack in the Box and I will definitely be back. I was denied a shake at Arby's so I flew over to Jack in the Box for my first visit ever with them. Their shake machine was up and working, despite closing in 30 minutes. Arby's could never. Davion took my order quickly and with accuracy. Despite being the only employee working drive-thru and communicating with other customers via headset, he can multi task well and greeted me with a smile! My order was correct and out in no time. The salad is surprisingly filling (or maybe just when it's paired with a thick milkshake). The tomato and chicken don't come cut up, so you'll have to do that yourself, but everything else is perfect! I like how the lettuce is the shredded sandwich lettuce, because it's much easier to eat and makes me feel skinnier cause I'm eating thinner pieces of food! My shake is very chocolatey and thick, they gave me a straw AND spoon. They also don't skimp on the sauces, as Davion threw in TWO of their huge ranch baggies. Shoutout Davion!!!! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service I came through the drive-through and placed an order after I placed my order. The lady forgot to give me my drink and she forgot to give me my fries. I drove all the way home to find that out then when I came back up here to let her know that and I had an attitude. She has the nerve to get an attitude with me, but when she was taking my order, she was rude to begin with kept constantly asking me anything else anything else anything else instead of waiting for me to finish my order Very unprofessional services I have not eaten at Jack-in-the-Box in over five years because it was in a different state, this is my first time coming back to Jack in the box and it is a very unpleasant experience. read more

if I could give negative stars I would. I work at a hotel close to them, tried coming over for lunch and was the ONLY person in the lobby, should have had my order taken pretty quickly right? wrong. 2 women were in the lobby cleaning and both looked at me as I came in. I stood at the register for 7-8 minutes before the drive through worker called to one of the ladies in the dining area to take my order. She then chose to go back to cleaning and ignore me. will never be back even tho it's the most convenient thing and I will be letting all our guests know that it's a terrible place and not to eat there as people ask if it's a good place to eat often. I instead walked over to Arby's where they were very very nice to me and quickly took my order and had it out in 5 minutes. I don't even like Arby's but I'll go there before Jack in the box anyday. read more

Visited twice in the past month. Different times of day. The guy says "system down" each time. Strange....

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! This one is ABSOLUTE trash! Not only does it take 10 minutes for them to take an order for each vehicle in the drive thru, they constantly forget items. read more

Lolll this place needs to be shut down or have the whole management staff REPLACED & RESTAFFED. First visit, something on the ride home smelled burnt. I get home to find the buns were burned. Corporate never got back to me about my complaint. Second visit, "breakfast all day" is a lie. Went to order a burrito at midnight and was told "we're not serving breakfast right now." Waited forever for food and the fries were old. I've stopped asking questions. Don't go here. read more

First time ever coming to Jacks, Couldn't be happier with the quality of food that I got for $4-$5 I got a $2 Jumbo Jack and a Medium Fry. Jack in the box has nothing on mcds. I got a beautiful hamburger, well put to together with an ample amount of toppings. Highly recommend jack in the box, at least this location! read more

Personally, I thought the service was very nice in the drive-through, even if I did wait for at least 7-8 minutes (and there was only one car in front of me). But the food wasn't great. I ordered a sourdough jack and a small order of curly fries. I believe the fries were over $2, but they didn't even fill up the small bag, let alone top it, and the fries were all scraps. They had a good flavor, but they weren't even worth fifty cents for the tiny, left-over scraps they gave me. I did like the sourdough jack to a small degree, mainly because of the burger. The burger had a great taste to it. But I didn't taste the cheese or bacon much, the bread was soft and mushy, and everything besides the burger just tasted overly sweet. I wouldn't go back, even though I live 3-4 miles away. read more

Never never never never go here! The worst service I've ever gotten at any drive-through anywhere. I've been to the majority of the 50 states several countries and never have I been stuck in line drive through for so long. It's been nearly an hour and I'm still stuck. It took more than 30 minutes before I got to the drive-through order menu. There were only three cars in front of me! They have bushes on both sides of the lane so there's no way to get out. I am five minutes away from being a complete hour and I'm still one car away from the window. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru at 7:57AM & was told by the woman over the intercom that I couldn't place an order because her staff had yet to show up even though the business hours at 6AM-2AM. I will only assume making food/Team Member was not in her job description. read more

(08/26/16) I ordered 2 junior bacon cheese burgers and a large fries. The fries were good. Nice and hot and salty. The burgers weren't even whole patties, just pieces shoved onto a bun. They were also dried out and tasteless. Both burgers were that way and the large fries I ordered seemed like a regular sized serving. Why I keep coming back here is beyond me. There are so many dining choices that are better than this. read more

I wish this place was as good as most Jack in the Box restaurants. It's not. Neither the food nor the service. I've had so many problems here I wouldn't know where to begin describing them. Do yourself a favor. There are dozens of other places around this place. Go somewhere else. read more

awful service. says they don't close until 1am online, we pull up to the drive thru and the lady tells us at 12:08 that they are no longer taking orders and close at 12. we pull up behind two cars and see the first one gets handed an order. read more

I usually visit on a Sunday afternoon, maybe I should stick to Sunday's because last nights Saturday evening crew was horrible. I drove up and nobody was ahead of me. There was someone sitting on a stool, looked to be on their phone and two other people. Wanted tacos, because who doesn't love JIB tacos but were told they were out, ok, no biggie. Thought I ordered seasoned curly fries and nuggets. Got to the window and the person running drive thru just reached for my payment, no hello, no total (although I knew it couldn't be much since I only ordered fries & nuggets). Had a wait, assuming it was for the nuggets because I was handed a bag with cold fries. When I mentioned I thought I ordered the curly fries, I was told I didn't and they closed the window. Didn't even feel like arguing and couldn't confirm because I didn't get a receipt. read more

Worst experience ever. Middle aged African American man, heavy set with close shaven beard wouldn't speak to me and when I ordered anything he would snap at me. Do not purchase from this location if you want quality food. They always mess up my order and are very rude when you call them out on it. It's sad because their menu has many options and it actually sounds appetizing. The night staff doesn't seem to care at all it seems like. They rudely greet you at the window when you pick up your order and there seems to be too much drama going on in the back. There seems to be constant shouting between the staff members. Very unnecessary when you are just trying to pickup food. I will not be purchasing anything from Jack In The Box again because to be honest it's a hassle and there is too much drama involved. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I am respected for the business that I bring. read more

Jack in the box eh? I have to agree with Chad; Jack in the box is worth a review. They have an item on the menu that I just can't get enough of. Call me crazy, but trust me on this. =) So, every every Chinese restaurant here in Charlotte that I've tried has the worst, egg rolls in the history of egg rolls. They all seem to have the same bland flavor followed by a strange odor. Even the great House of Leng in which I enjoy oh so much has weird egg rolls. If I want a good egg roll, I will either go to a Thai restaurant or a Vietnamese restaurant. They are fresher and actually flavorful. If a Vietnamese or Thai restaurant isn't in the vicinity of my cravings though, Jack in the Box is the next best thing. They offer crispy egg rolls, with plenty of meat. It isn't all filling and their sweet and sour sauce is much tastier then the traditional duck sauce offered at most Chinese places. As far as the meat in the egg roll, lol excuse my ignorance but its like a mystery meat for me. It's a white meat and I always thought it was chicken, but I think its pork. They can be purchased individually or in a three pack. Another reason I praise Jack in the Box is because I and many friends practically lived off this place back in high school and college. They've had a dollar menu for quite a while and their two tacos for a dollar is the greatest deal in the world, especially after a late night of drinking. If you've been searching for a good egg roll, look no further. Jack in the Box is the place to get em!!! I'm sure you have your reservations about it, but as you can see, they have a very eclectic menu. Their egg rolls are fantastic and I'm sure they won't disappoint. Please give them a try! Did I really just write a review on egg rolls? Yes sir I did! =) read more

Visited tonight around 8pm 05/06/19. What an experience. We walked inside and saw about 6 employees standing behind the counter laughing and cursing each other. I approached the register. A tall, young guy was standing there with a blank look on his face. We were about 3 ft apart. NEVER did he say hello or welcome or ask to take my order. After awkwardly standing there with him staring at us for 2 min I finally asked him if he was taking my order. He nodded yes. Not once throughout the whole transaction did he speak. He grunted often as if he hated being there. Aftef taking my order, he went back to the kitchen without washing his hands and began to help fill the drive through order. We watched the whole kitchen staff. They laughed, cursed, talked about females and smoking weed the whole time. My children were terrified of the place because of how tense and hostile the enviroment felt. We finally received our food. We could not wait to go outside to eat our food at the picnic tables. BAD IDEA. The outside was just as bad. What I assume was the manager was sitting out there smoking a cigar and was oblivious to what was going on inside. He finally got up and stood somewhere else. My kids began to eat their kids chicken tenders. After the first bite, my youngest nearly puked. His chicken was RAW AND MUSHY IN THE MIDDLE. My wife took both of the kids order back inside to be remade. While she was inside, a homeless man approached the front door where Im guessing the manager has a deal with him because he passed the homeless man something and the homeless man began swapping out all of the outside trash bags. My wife came back to the table and gave my kids their chicken tenders. Once again, the bit into the chicken and it tasted HORRIBLE. Not raw this time but the outside tasted like old oil. We threw away their food and made a dash for the car because of the sketchy group of guys that had assembled at the restaurant entrance. NEVER AGAIN if I was starving would I EVER eat at this place again. If the horrible rotten meat smell doesnt run you off when you first enter the restaurant the absolute ABSURD lack of customer service sure read more

I can get over a wrong order, but the attitude here about them getting my order wrong really makes me hostel. Yes it's midnight on a Sunday. Yes I ordered a chicken club with no bacon.
