The slowest drive through ever. The guy in front of me took off and didn't even wait for his order. When I mentioned it too staff. He just said something about everyone ordering at least a dozen tacos... I'm used to the taco bell at the University they get big orders all the time. No excuse. Costs the most and privides the least. This is the worst Taco Bell locations I know of. I found hair in the food. Also the wrapper smelled lile vape and Marijuana. I noticed employees smoking with the food prep gloves on. I think the dirtiness was obtained outside and tracked inside back onto the food. I also noticed the prices here are 20% mote than the other Taco Bell locations in the area. read more

When it comes to Taco Bell, I I know that I'm sacrificing quality of food and service in exchange for convenience and speed, but unfortunately this time they really underdelivered. During a recent late night drive-through visit in addition to both the rice and shredded chicken being bone dry (in their defense, it was 15 minutes before closing, but still, if it's that bad, don't serve it!), they also forgot to an empanada we ordered . Normally it's not a big deal to forget to bag an item, but when it takes 15+ minutes to finally get just a damned empanada, that's just ridiculous. read more

Came in and ordered a power bowl, crunchwrap combo, and a side of green beans and mac and cheese. Got the taco bell side of stuff in a decent amount of time, ended up never getting the sides of mac and cheese and green beans. My wife went back up there after about 15 minutes and asked for it and the lady turned around and asked and you could hear the manager audibly say "we dont have mac and cheese ready...thats the problem". If there was a score of less than one, then that is what this store should get. Went through the drive through for dinner last night. Order4 hard tacos and 2 soft tacos and added on at the window. They gave me the bag and it was missing the 2 soft tacos. I tell the associate at the window who then tells his manager. She comes to the window asking for the bag like she didn't believe me (mind you I had already put the bag in the back seat). I give it to her and watch as she counts the tacos. I then watch her put the 2 extra tacos in the next car's bag (remember this bag had already been in my car, in my possession and she is serving the food to someone else). The manager gives the associate another bag to give us, it to did not have the right amount of tacos. I give it back and the manager counts again and then says "oh, we missed another one". They finally get the order right so I leave. Get home and there is 4 pieces of chicken in my soft tacos and the beef tacos are half filled with beef. I took the food back and asked for a refund. The manager was very rude and got defensive when I brought it to her attention that she is not suppose to serve someone else food once it has been handed to another customer. I will not be dining there any more and the manager should really be fired for the way that establishment is being ran. I suggest you go in to order you food if you want to make sure that no one else had your meal in their car before you did! read more

I do not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone! I deserve some of what I get by continuing visiting this store after my first horrible experience. Apparently there is no customer satisfaction necessary for this store as no matter how may bad reviews it gets people will keep coming. My visit last night (January 16, 2019) was horrible. The very rude and smart mouthed cashier Ella R. spoke to me like I was nothing. I had a simple request, pay for 5 different orders all together and have them bagged separately. Very simple orders also such as 7 mini quesadilla in a bag, 3 five layer beefy burritos in a bag, 2 five layer beefy burritos with no sour cream in a bag, etc. I had ask Ms. Ella if she could make sure that the two chicken chalupas had no sour crème as my daughter would not be able to eat them. Her response to me was "well I don't have gloves on so I can't check them"! All I wanted her to do was ask the employees who made them!!! The attitude was very disrespectful and I am a grown man in my 50's and don't need that from someone whom I was perfectly respectful to. Anyway I was assures that it took a while to get my order but it was because they made sure it was right. Anybody want to guess what? It wasn't....you got it! I took the bags of food to my truck and searched for my food to eat on my drive home over 30 minutes away. I simply ordered 2 beefy 5 layer burritos with no sour cream & add rice. I had one and a soft Taco in my bag! I went back into the store and Ella told the new cashier to see what my problem was...very smart mouthed to say the least. After I explained my issue she ask if I had checked the other bags and I said no. That's why I needed them bagged separately because too much stuff to check. The worker in the back who was one of which made my order belted out "he's not missing anything in order"! So even though I showed proof in the bag Ella wanted to argue so I told her I would call cooperate tomorrow and she very unconcerned said "FINE"! Anyway I grabbed up my bag and left with what I knew was the wrong food. Finally I got home and guess what? You're probably right again, I was missing a chicken quesadilla!!! Sorry for the long review if you made it through but I needed to vent and say....stay away! Went through the drive thru and waited 25+ minutes in line for 2 tacos. Horrific management. Other reviews coincide with the long drive thru wait time which means it wasn't a 1 time thing, you will most Likely experience this "fast" food. My tacos were ice cold when I got them. So I waited for nothing (other reviews again agree with this sentiment their food was cold too. Check the KFC reviews this is also a KFC) Never coming here again. read more
