Ok the service was AMAZING, the worker was really nice and he got our correct order and even offered some extra sauces and napkin, The food was ok it wasn't the best that zaxbys food I've ever had but it was average, the ambiance was perfect, no trash on the floor, and just no spills anywhere. So that's why I rated it a 4 stars. read more

Can't overstate how under prepared and terrible management is. everytime I try to come after I get off of work they will always tell you its gonna be a 15 min wait (which really means 25) wont spend another cent at this slow food location read more

If chik a filet and canes had a baby.... It would be Zaxbys. The menu has a Canes vibe and the chicken tenders taste similar to Chik a Filet. Service was friendly bit Oh So Slooooooow I almost left it took so long from point of order to point of payment. Then I had to "pull up ma'am" and wait some more. Not a place to go to in a hurry as there is nothing fast about this fast food place. However the food was decent. read more

Walked in 20 minutes before closing, worker SCREAMED no! Not even joking... Im genuinely appalled.

I tried the new chicken tender tacos, I got one of each flavor and they were delish. I went early, soon as they opened and my items came out fresh and hot. Staff was friendly as well. read more

Stopped at this location to grab a salad for a family member. It's located in Harrisburg and while it's not the newest location, it's been there for a good while. Ordered in the drive-thru and the ordering part was fairly quick. With about 3 cars in front of me, I waited about 15 mins before I actually got to the window. It seems to be extremely slow, perhaps food had to be prepared or was not available? Once I got to the window and paid, it was another 5 minute wait....for a simple salad with grilled chicken. I completely understand that businesses may be run a little thin. But definitely can't understand how a pre-made salad with grilled chicken could take so long. The staff was nice, but the wait was much too long. If I'm in the area again, I may give them another try and hopefully the experience would be a slightly better one. read more

I agree with the other reviewers about bad service, workers on their phones. Also seems a lot of workers eating and hanging out. Food was cold. Will not go back read more

I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This was awful. Almost all the diet or zero drinks were out in the lobby. I asked the cashier what zero options they had behind the counter that were cream soda. 1. I couldn't hear her. 2. She said Fanta? No. Zero cream soda. The employees are rude. 0/10 recommend. I will not willingly go there ever again. read more

I placed a mobile order and was told that the food would be ready at 10:09pm. I arrived at the window at 10:11pm and was asked if I had 2 orders, as the order somehow came through as a duplicate. I informed the drive-thru attendant that I only had 1 order. I was told to drive up and the food would be out brought out. At 10:39pm my food was finally brought out. 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 2 nibblers. Never again. read more

I like this place however customer service is lacking. I got 3 meals of the signature sandwich. I did a mobile service and went inside to pick up. I was 10 mins early. I asked the girl for my 3 drinks and she pointed to the drink station before I could finish telling her what I ordered. I saw her bag my stuff and I paid $23. When I was going to leave ... I asked for Zaxby's sauce... the girl gave me 1! I think some people shouldn't work in c.s if they ain't polite. It's not like it's going to come out her paycheck geez. read more

This place is either a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is amazing and other times it taste like it's been sitting for a while. We normally order online and pick up which is a great option if you don't want to have to wait in line. The portions are great. I always have some left over for a another snack. The inside is clean. The sweet tea is amazing amd the ice is the best ice ever! read more

Zaxbys - Fast Food Near Me - Harrisburg, North Carolina

I usually order the 4-piece Fingerz Plate, this time I ordered the 5-piece. I can't tell if the reason they didn't put as many fries in my plate is because I have an extra tender or if they decided to give us a bigger portion of coleslaw and in turn, give us less fries. I'm not naive... there is a huge difference than what it used to be. I usually come here once every other month.. so not all the time. I am a huge French fry person and usually eat those first, so it was very noticeable. The cashier was super friendly and smiled to every customer. She also repeated our orders back to us before paying. The food came out really quickly. Very fast service. The food was great as always. read more

Zaxbys - wings and things - Fast Food Near Me - Harrisburg, North Carolina

When I'm in the mood for teriyaki wings I go to Zaxby's. They're so tasty, and I love their fries. I think there's some sort of seasoning on them. They're delicious!! Especially when you dip them in that ranch dressing they give you. Ooohhh!! My only issue is they've been a little stingy with the teriyaki sauce lately. They used to be bathed in the sauce, yet still crispy. Amazing!! But now it's like they've cut back on the sauce. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but this has been the case the last couple of times I've gone there. And this was after I informed the waitress of my preference and was assured they'd give me enough sauce. If they change that sauce issue, and do a better job tidying up the restaurant (I HATE walking on a sticky floor!), then they'd receive a 4 to 5 star rating. read more

Really, this was one of the worst "meals" I've eaten in memory. It was greasy and lacked any taste.

Wow. I cannot believe how bad this place has gotten. Went thru the drive through the other night and after waiting 15 minutes to get up there was told to pull up because they were "cooking more chicken". Waiting. and waiting. Car after car after go goes by us. Finally went in. Orders piled up on the counter. No one bringing anything out. Just didn't care. Staff was rude as heck. I know things are short staffed but really? Pay attention to the customer! Be nice! There was no excuse for orders just being left and not one person gave a rats you know what. Just pathetic. Such a disgrace. read more

So first I'd like to say the food is always delicious and the staff is great. Only complaint I really have is lately, maybe the last four times or so, I started ordering a meal and then an appetizer like the yummy fried mozzarella bites, and I'm always given my drink first and then a bag with everything that should be in it. Twice now I have driven home to find out I was charged for everything I ordered, but the appetizer hasn't been in the bag. I still go, but now I double check the bag before I drive away, which I highly recommend. The last time I came, I had a weird feeling and decided to check and found that the same thing happened again. So I waited for them to open the window again and they handed me the rest of what I ordered. read more

This drive thru is the worst. I haven't ate here in a while but 10 minutes sitting at the window after I paid and no update no "hey it's almost ready" or even a "hey pull around". 6701 Kee Ln Harrisburg. AVOID AT ALL COST. Not good at all. Arrived to find a drive through line wrapped around the building. I entered to place my order inside to hopefully speed up the process so that I could get some chicken fingers to my family at home and found I was the only person inside. Witnessed kitchen staff walking around, laughing and talking with the cashier staff... 30 minutes later after my order placed, still waiting. Spoke with manager "Val" and apparently have been waiting on some toast... Val didn't offer to comp a drink ... hope none of the preteens in the back spit in my food. read more

Great food! It takes a few minutes for them to make your order, it's hot and fresh and worth the time. They know how prepare chicken!

I don't usually leave good reviews BUT it's 2021 and I need to give credit where credit is due. I went through the drive thru today and it was packed. Unsurprisingly I got to the window and I was missing a lot of things in my bag. I came back and told the young lady in frontline I was missing a lot of things and she was very respectful and helpful. Shoutout to her for going above and beyond what is expected from her. As a former Zaxbys employee, we don't get enough credit for what we do but She made sure I had everything I needed and the experience was great. That young lady (idk her name) deserves a raise! Amazing work zaxbys ! I'll be back. read more

I LOVE Zaxbys so much! But, I have never been so disappointed. My boyfriend ordered a six piece chicken finger plate no slaw extra toast. He got five fingers no slaw no toast, the fries were unseasoned. The food was cold. My boneless wings were cold. My fries were unseasoned. My fried pickles were cold and I spent $24 for the worst food I've ever ate Zaxbys. We will not be back. I didn't even want to leave 1 star. Get your store together. This was pathetic. read more

If only giving no stars was an option I would. I think I'm being too nice by giving one. Waited around 20 mins for my order when the drive through wasn't packed. Order a wings n things only to find out at home that I my order was wrong. Wasn't even half right. Went back to get my food. No one apologize and management did nothing to correct this. Got my food only to get receive it cold. The incompetence of the workers baffles me. If you want a supar chicken with overpriced prices then this is your place. read more

Was terrible service I ordered double fries no coleslaw and there was no coleslaw so I knew they thought about it. I'm very upset it barely looks like I got a single order of fries, I'm so disappoint right now . Really disappointed in the customer service tonight. Put in an online order around 620p with a 639p pickup time. Arrived right around that time but the drive thru was wrapped around the building. No problem. Went inside to just pickup. 700p came and went. Asked management about my order. It was "on the list". Started convo with a guy that had been waiting just shy of an hour. 715p came and went. No progress and nothing from management. Had people come in and place orders and get theirs (albeit not quickly) and leave. 730p came and I inquired one last time. No answer given other than they "were working on it". It was one 4 piece tenders, a Zax Snak and a kids meal. Asked for a refund since they charged my card an hour earlier. Will check and see if that actually happened later. Pulled off and headed to Bojangles. Ordered and had food in under 5 minutes. Wasted almost a full hour tonight. I wasn't the only online order that had to be refunded tonight, so I would say all in all, Zaxby's damaged their customer base in Harrisburg. read more

The sheer incompetence of the staff at this location is truly mind boggling. My first visit was over a year ago, and they screwed up my order. But last week I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered two of the "Signature Club Sandwiches", which are supposed to include bacon and cheese. Got home and found they had charged me for the club, but gave me plain old chicken on a bun with a couple pickles. Okay, these things happen. I called the restaurant, mgr took my name and said they would make it right next time. So today I go back, told them my story, and they tried to weasel out of it, but grudgingly agreed to refund $3 for the mistake. So I ordered two more CLUB sandwiches (after waiting another five minutes for them to take my order). At the window I figured I should check them, and sure enough they once again charged me for the clubs but gave me plain chicken sandwiches. I asked them to give me new sandwiches, and they tried to just give me four pieces of bacon in a separate container. Seriously? What about the cheese? Am I now supposed to build my own sandwich? I insisted that they give me new sandwiches and also a new order of fries, since I knew they would be cold by the time I got new sandwiches. Smart move. It took them EIGHTEEN MINUTES to bring out the correct order. I spent a total of 35 minutes at this place trying to get some lousy chicken sandwiches. BTW when I arrived there was only one car ahead of me in line, so it's not like they were slammed. They are just totally incompetent. I know they all think I'm a b#&ch, but they sure won't ever see me again! read more

Great food, but this place is SO SLOW. I have to really be in the mood for Zaxby's to come here. It's normal to wait 15 minutes after ordering for your food. I swear they must run to the grocery store after you order to buy the food and then cook it. I mean, how can a salad honestly take this long to make. read more

Friendly service up front. Boneless wings and spicy fried mushrooms were hot, fresh, and delicious! Definitely enjoyed our meal!

I go here often as it's down the street from work and it's just simple and common sense to stop here since it's literally right there. It's a big hit and miss here, either it's completely slammed or it's completely empty. When it's empty it's fast and quick in and out. When it's slammed it takes FOREVER and I mean FOREVER. It's kind of dumb only having 2 registers open and that's it. I believe there should be another one or so but what do I technically know. As for the food it's alright I can't complain about it too much, the only bad thing is for some reason on certain days the food may tend to be cold. But a majority of the time everything's perfectly good. Although they are super cheap on the fries and I mean you hardly get anything big thumbs down for that. Reminder extra sauce is 25¢ or you can trade in that nasty zax sauce for something different. read more
