Stopped at this location to grab a salad for a family member. It's located in Harrisburg and while it's not the newest location, it's been there for a good while. Ordered in the drive-thru and the ordering part was fairly quick. With about 3 cars in front of me, I waited about 15 mins before I actually got to the window. It seems to be extremely slow, perhaps food had to be prepared or was not available? Once I got to the window and paid, it was another 5 minute wait....for a simple salad with grilled chicken. I completely understand that businesses may be run a little thin. But definitely can't understand how a pre-made salad with grilled chicken could take so long. The staff was nice, but the wait was much too long. If I'm in the area again, I may give them another try and hopefully the experience would be a slightly better one. read more

We normally order online and pick up which is a great option if you don't want to have to wait in line. The portions are great. I always have some left over for a another snack. The inside is clean. I usually order the 4-piece Fingerz Plate, this time I ordered the 5-piece. I can't tell if the reason they didn't put as many fries in my plate is because I have an extra tender or if they decided to give us a bigger portion of coleslaw and in turn, give us less fries. I'm not naive... there is a huge difference than what it used to be. I usually come here once every other month.. so not all the time. I am a huge French fry person and usually eat those first, so it was very noticeable. The cashier was super friendly and smiled to every customer. Really, this was one of the worst "meals" I've eaten in memory. It was greasy and lacked any taste.

When I'm in the mood for teriyaki wings I go to Zaxby's. They're so tasty, and I love their fries. I think there's some sort of seasoning on them. They're delicious!! Especially when you dip them in that ranch dressing they give you. Ooohhh!! My only issue is they've been a little stingy with the teriyaki sauce lately. They used to be bathed in the sauce, yet still crispy. Amazing!! But now it's like they've cut back on the sauce. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but this has been the case the last couple of times I've gone there. And this was after I informed the waitress of my preference and was assured they'd give me enough sauce. If they change that sauce issue, and do a better job tidying up the restaurant (I HATE walking on a sticky floor!), then they'd receive a 4 to 5 star rating. read more

So first I'd like to say the food is always delicious and the staff is great. Only complaint I really have is lately, maybe the last four times or so, I started ordering a meal and then an appetizer like the yummy fried mozzarella bites, and I'm always given my drink first and then a bag with everything that should be in it. Twice now I have driven home to find out I was charged for everything I ordered, but the appetizer hasn't been in the bag. I still go, but now I double check the bag before I drive away, which I highly recommend. The last time I came, I had a weird feeling and decided to check and found that the same thing happened again. Unsurprisingly I got to the window and I was missing a lot of things in my bag. I came back and told the young lady in frontline I was missing a lot of things and she was very respectful and helpful. Shoutout to her for going above and beyond what is expected from her. Really disappointed in the customer service tonight. Put in an online order around 620p with a 639p pickup time. Arrived right around that time but the drive thru was wrapped around the building. No problem. Went inside to just pickup. 700p came and went. Asked management about my order. It was "on the list". Started convo with a guy that had been waiting just shy of an hour. 715p came and went. No progress and nothing from management. Had people come in and place orders and get theirs (albeit not quickly) and leave. 730p came and I inquired one last time. No answer given other than they "were working on it". It was one 4 piece tenders, a Zax Snak and a kids meal. Asked for a refund since they charged my card an hour earlier. Will check and see if that actually happened later. Pulled off and headed to Bojangles. Ordered and had food in under 5 minutes. Wasted almost a full hour tonight. The sheer incompetence of the staff at this location is truly mind boggling. My first visit was over a year ago, and they screwed up my order. But last week I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered two of the "Signature Club Sandwiches", which are supposed to include bacon and cheese. Got home and found they had charged me for the club, but gave me plain old chicken on a bun with a couple pickles. Okay, these things happen. I called the restaurant, mgr took my name and said they would make it right next time. So today I go back, told them my story, and they tried to weasel out of it, but grudgingly agreed to refund $3 for the mistake. So I ordered two more CLUB sandwiches (after waiting another five minutes for them to take my order). At the window I figured I should check them, and sure enough they once again charged me for the clubs but gave me plain chicken sandwiches. I asked them to give me new sandwiches, and they tried to just give me four pieces of bacon in a separate container. Seriously? What about the cheese? Am I now supposed to build my own sandwich? I insisted that they give me new sandwiches and also a new order of fries, since I knew they would be cold by the time I got new sandwiches. Smart move. It took them EIGHTEEN MINUTES to bring out the correct order. I spent a total of 35 minutes at this place trying to get some lousy chicken sandwiches. BTW when I arrived there was only one car ahead of me in line, so it's not like they were slammed. They are just totally incompetent. I go here often as it's down the street from work and it's just simple and common sense to stop here since it's literally right there. It's a big hit and miss here, either it's completely slammed or it's completely empty. When it's empty it's fast and quick in and out. When it's slammed it takes FOREVER and I mean FOREVER. It's kind of dumb only having 2 registers open and that's it. I believe there should be another one or so but what do I technically know. As for the food it's alright I can't complain about it too much, the only bad thing is for some reason on certain days the food may tend to be cold. But a majority of the time everything's perfectly good. Although they are super cheap on the fries and I mean you hardly get anything big thumbs down for that. Reminder extra sauce is 25¢ or you can trade in that nasty zax sauce for something different. read more
