Ordered a #6 without any cheese. However it came out wrong. The lady behind the window said they will get it fixed, and presented me with a "new" burger, however after looking at it again, it looks like they scraped off the cheese, rather than making a new one. Such a horrible way to ruin a business... as the last behind the window was very pleasant... For someone who has an allergy to dairy, this was very disappointing to see they used the same meat and even the same wrapper! This is the slowest restaurant you'll find in Harrisburg. Not only is the service slow, food is not prepared as you paid for it. Update. I don't know why I keep coming here except it is close to my home. They never get the order correct. Take out is a mistake because you get home and it's the wrong order. This was the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. Both my father and I went and we hated it. I will never go here again and I suggest you do not either. The food was soggy and disgusting. My father and I got two different $5 All-star Boxes and they were both terrible. I understand that advertising isn't accurate at all, but the burgers were small and soggy. The buns were droopy. The fries were both burn and undercooked at the same time. The only good thing was the onion rings, who were only average with more batter than onion. The employees were horrible. The woman who took our order didn't even seem to be listening to us. At one point, I walked up to ask for dipping sauce and the employee acted like she couldn't believe I was bothering her. After all of that, we had to go and get our own meals from the counter, despite the promise of delivery to our table. I have no idea what the Red Burrito food would be like, but based on the Hardee's food, it would give you food-poisoning worst than any stereotypical dirty Mexican restaurant. read more

2 stars because our order was correct. If it wasn't for that, would have given 1 star. Customer service is non existent. I know it's fast food and a drive thru, but a hello or do you need ketchup isn't a lot to ask. Had to sit at the window an extra two minutes to wait for the worker to come back just so we could ask for ketchup. When she saw us still sitting at the window, she couldn't help but roll her eyes. I normally don't bother leaving reviews for Chain Restaurants due to the fact that we all know what they are and what to expect. Sometimes you run into that one particular location, employee, or service that just has to be acknowledged for being special, and at this location it is an employee. In fact it is the entire crew that was working the drive thru 12/14/2017 at 10:45am. This was an entire group of some of the worst people that I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Good luck understanding what they Mumble at the speed of light through the microphone when you approach the menu. Good luck getting somebody to acknowledge that you pulled up to the window for at least 10 minutes. Good luck getting verbal communication at the window and forget about a thank you. From the we're in no rush slow movements to the less than enthusiastic look on their faces, they clearly conveyed the fact that they don't want to be there and that you are nothing but a burden to their lives. I would recommend that you do them a huge favor and go to their competition because at this Hardee's location they just don't have time, energy, or motivation to deal with customers. read more

I love going there .People with open minds understand thing don't always go right in a fast food place .They have always been nice to me . as far as them being slow maybe a couple of times but most the time its a normal timing . we all need to remember its fast food not instant and it takes a little time . we don't like it setting there for any amount of time so remember we r there because we don't want to cook so give them time to cook it for us . Today at 3:30 We ordered our food, 4 small burgers an order of onion rings and an order of fries. We noticed at posting on the window that military and public service employees were entitled to a 10% discount. I had already given the cashiers at the drive thru a $20.00 bill and was trying to tell him to give us the discount. We blew the horn and got his attention and asked him for the discount while showing him the military ID. He said nothing and just handed me our change that we noticed did not include the 10% discount. I asked again about the discount and he had someone woman come to the window and say he didn't give us the discount because he couldn't hear me. I asked her to give us the discount to which she said the transaction was complete. She said REALLY, not realizing I heard what she said as the window closed. She stormed off in the back and returned, gave me the discount in cashed. I told her I heard what she said to which she slammed the window closed. This was definitely the worst customer service as the employees were rude. The 10% discount should be posted at the ordering speaker. read more

Stopped for breakfast twice, about 3 months apart. Today was one of those times. Drive through was busy and VERY slow. Would have been quicker to go inside, maybe. Got home and I had a burnt, rubbery tasting chicken biscuit with only half of a biscuit!!!! Hash rounds were more grease than potato. This location is terribly gross. This place has the worse service i have ever experienced. i live just 2 miles down the street from this place and i usually avoid spending my money there because of bad service in the past. But once every 2 months i will see if service has gotten better and i have gotten my order screwed up the last 3 times i've been there.
