I gave it another try today and mentioned the previous mistake, hoping to avoid the same issue. The cashier didn't really acknowledge what I was saying. While placing my order, I asked for two chicken nugget trays, but only one was rung up, so I had to have him correct it and ring me up again. We sat down to wait for our food, but there was an uncomfortable situation in the dining area. A man sitting at a table kept trying to engage with my son and me. He wasn't eating, and I initially thought he might be filling out an application. When he got up, I assumed the table was available, so we sat down. He then came back and sat at the same table with us, which made me uncomfortable, so I got up and moved my son. He later approached us again and asked me to buy him a drink. Before leaving, I checked my order to make sure everything was correct this time. However, when I got home, I opened my side of chili and the 4 oz cup was only about half full. The only positive was that the onion rings were good. I'm going to take a breather from this location for now. And if that's the standard amount for a 4 oz chili, that might be something worth revisiting. Thanks!

The food comes out in surprisingly good time, so kudos to them for that. But when we got our food and left we realized something was gravely wrong. The milkshakes - they were... it pains me to say this but, they were vanilla. I thought I clearly specified the flavors of my milkshakes. But apparently this cookout has other plans. I will give them credit because the rest of my order was good. So the moral of the story is don't get the milkshakes form cookout. Side note: when my doctor diagnosed me with PTSD she also diagnosed met with type 2 diabetes and short bowel syndrome. She also said I'm true leading cause of obesity in America. While consuming the meal, I noticed a long hair entangled in the fries. This discovery was highly unpleasant, as I had already consumed a significant portion of the meal before noticing the hair. Although it is understandable that the staff may be fatigued at that hour, maintaining hygiene standards is paramount. This gentleman who identified himself as the assistant manager asked if he could simply be given a chance to make up for the issue.
