Located not too far from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, I stopped into this Bojangles for a snack as I'm exploring the Harrisbrug and Concord area. Easy order at the speaker where I was understood clearly. At the window, a gloved and masked associate handed over my lunch and took payment. Two piece dinner (white meat, breast and leg) with cole slaw and a biscuit. I do love the Bojangles biscuits but I only took one bite as they are decidedly not keto friendly. The chicken was still hot and crispy. Tip: Request a packet or two of hot sauce if you need extra kick as I do. [Review 13425 overall, 744 of 2020.] read more

I've been to this location a few times, and it's been pretty hit or miss. One visit stood out, they were clearly short-staffed, and at one point an employee actually left to go pick someone up who worked there because they didn't have a ride. The drive-thru line was long, and another customer and I were inside just watching everything unfold. I ended up leaving and going to the Bojangles on Rocky River instead. I gave it another try today and ordered a Chicken Supremes combo. The fries were disappointing, very crispy on the outside but basically hollow inside, like they'd been sitting out too long. I couldn't eat them. One tender was good, but the other was mostly breading with barely any chicken inside. The biscuit was decent, though. Overall, it feels like quality and consistency are lacking at this location. I've had much better experiences at the Rocky River Bojangles, so I'll likely stick with that one for now. read more

I placed an order on DoorDash. It took me 20 minutes to get here only to be told by the DoorDash app my food was ready for pick up. When I arrived nothing I order was ready and I was told I had to wait. The magical question is how long? The people behind the counter look as if there is no sense of urgency. The restaurant looks clean but the service is horrible. There's one man in here who said he's been waiting 40 minutes. read more

Literally everything is what you can improve. Ordered a cajun chicken biscuit& was told it was a 4 minute wait on the biscuit. Ok, fine - that just means it's fresh from the oven, right? Not even close. After 12 minutes of waiting I finally got the biscuit. Pulled into a parking spot to eat it - the biscuit was hard as a rock. Since complaining will get you absolutely nothing, I decided to just give a factual review. I know that no one will get fired (not suggesting that) but bad service certainly should change - it's a reflection of the Bojangles chain but mostly it's a reflection of very poor management. read more

This place used to be operated well and the staff was friendly. Now, every-time you pull up to this location, you can expect to hear very loud, obnoxious banter in the background while you're ordering, even cursing! It's one thing to have a good time with your co-workers, but at this location, many of the staff is very rude and inappropriate with their personal business going on during work hours. They completely ignore you when you pull up to the window and don't even look at you or say hi. I don't expect anything crazy or even have high standards when it comes to fast food service, but better customer service would make things much better. The food is okay, but things are often missing from orders. All in all, I rather go to another location, eve if it's a little out of my way, I do not enjoy coming to this place anymore. The way business is ran here now is super disappointing. read more

I come here a few times a month, and the food and service are a hit or miss. Today, the food was pretty good, but the tea tasted horrible. If I could describe it, it tasted the way goldfish water smells. I was completely disgusted and poured it all down the drain. I ordered two sweet potato pies and the outside of the boxes were covered in pie filling (I guess). Since this is the closest location on my route, I'll be back, but please get it together. read more

My first clue should've been the state of the lobby, every single table was dirty. There was also a table stacked high with empty boxes. They forgot what we ordered and we had to tell them again after waiting for 10 minutes. The food took ages probably because as soon as we ordered the second time 2 employees came out and sat at different dirty tables eating food obviously on break. Service was slow and terrible. When food came the order was wrong. Definitely don't recommend and 100% will not be coming back. read more

The worst! I waited 20 minutes for a 5 piece combo and there was only one person ahead of me. Totally unorganized! First, 3 people working there walked right by my as I stood there waiting to be helped, as if I were invisible. Then, when someone did finally help me, he kept getting confused on the order (a 5 piece combo) and then in the middle of helping me, he walked away and took an order from someone who just walked in and completely forgot about me read more

I've been here a good handful of times and I don't think I've once received my order correctly. They are always conveniently missing something I want, they forget the biscuit, no sauce, barely any fries, wrong drink, lamp burnt chicken. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I have been going here for the last couple of months since I moved nearby. By far the slowest and most inaccurate fast food experience I've ever had in my life. The food does turn out good but today was the last straw. We were completely forgot about after we order and told to wait by the door in the drive through. They also completely missed one of the meals we order, it was not on the receipt. Although the inaccuracy is repeated here and expected. 25 minutes later I went inside to try and figure it out. Took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence then I was told they couldn't help me but would get someone who could. Another 5 minutes went by without anything and I walked out. Although they were not even busy, I also watched another customer have to walk out also. I hope you guys get it figured out but have lost my business. read more

No stars if I was able. Dirty. Slow. No tea. Horrible experience. This place needs to be shut down.

Just made a 'to go' purchase at the Harrisburg bojangles and it will likely be my last. The chicken breast was quite small - more bone, skin and batter than actual meat. The accompanying containers of slaw and potatoes/gravy were both only half filled. The containers are small to start with, so this makes no sense. We've noticed a decline in the quality and quantity of the food over some time. Tonight's experience was very discouraging. Not the way to do business. read more

Food nasty, it was also a very dirty restaurant! There was A employee in there with his pants hanging off his butt! I asked him can he fix himself, he looked at me and continued to fix food. I spoke with the manager with pink hair, and she acted like she didn't care. I also have videos of them walking around looking like this! The chicken was not cook all the way, and this place is a mess!!!!! read more

this is my third time eating here. All three times the service has been extremely slow and terrible. This time I found a piece of red hair in my fries. After I ate about half my food. I dumped my fries out and there it was. Im trying to call them but they won't answer the phone. Do not eat here. I won't be anymore. this is the last straw. read more

Customer service needs a lot of help. I can tell my chicken was sitting under a hot light for a while. The skin wasn't crispy, very oily and soggy. Won't be returning to this location, but based of customer service they don't care to lose paying customers. read more

Piss poor employees working at this place. Rude in the dive thru and when they forgot a fork my husband went inside and asked, they didn't even speak to him instead pointed him in the direction of the forks. Your customer service lacks and the employees SUCK! No manners what so ever and rude. I won't be returning to this location. read more

This location was nothing but terrible with their service. Me and my family went through drive thru and we were met with silence. They then took our order with no enthusiasm at all. Sounded like they were just there to be there. When we went to the window they were missing an order and the girl just said "oh we were out of that" with no warning beforehand. We also didn't revive a receipt. We then went inside to order something else because we didn't want to wait in the drive thru that barley moved. My brother ordered the chicken sand which meal and waited about 20 mins for his order and there was even someone who ordered after him and received his order before my brother. A certain employee gave my mom the wrong change and when my mom called her out for it she acted oblivious. Our entire experience was just horrible and we will never be coming back to this location. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I stopped in to grab a quick bite on 12/16/22 @0830. The young man at the register was semi professional but I could tell he was stressed. What was a turn off was the young ladies out back and at the window talking about personal stuff. I kid you not, They were dropping the f-bomb and GD this and that about some girl seeing 2 guys and how it was gonna be a shit show today. It wasn't the content that bothered me. It was more the volume that me and others had endure. This isn't the first time I've experienced this behavior at this store #000479. It's too bad because I like Bojangles. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. #disappointed customer read more

This is the worst location I've ever been to. I waited 25 minutes past my pickup time for my mobile order. All I ordered was a Cajun biscuit and fries. There was nobody in drive thru and nobody inside. I watched all the employees through the glass just sitting on their phones. I called and the girl had a nasty attitude. I finally got my order 25 minutes later and my food was cold so I don't even know what took them so long. TERRIBLE customer service and food quality. read more

Yes! My favorite fast food place (those words should not go together)! Spicy fried chicken: yes Dirty rice: yes Cajun season fries: yes Made from scratch biscuits: yes Sweet tea: yes SUPREMES: yes yes yes This place is soooo addicting. I ordered a Supreme combo I wanted dirty rice but they were out. Wanted mac and cheese they were out so I said give me pintos they gave me mashed potatoes (no gravy just plain). And they were out of BBQ sauce.. like seriously. It's bad enough that I'm waiting in the car at the hospital across the street but I wanted to grab a bite while I wait in car. I probably could've went to the Harris Teeter that's in the same area and got better options read more

I worked at bojangles for two years and never in my life have I ever visited one that's as filthy and slow as they are. Nothing is ever fresh yet you still wait 10 minutes for a simple biscuit. Since I've worked for bojangles and know all of their policy and health regulations. So when I sit in the drive thru, I watch. The stuff they get away with doing would not fly in front of corporate. Employees are not enthusiastic like they should be, they're rude actually. Never returning until they get their crap together. read more

This was my first trip to bojangles so I ordered the supreme combo. Our cashier Keri was extremely friendly and helpful. I had many questions and she helped answer them and has suggestions for me. I enjoyed the spicy chicken as well as the mac & cheese. The creole fries were really good. Overall a good experience and great customer service. read more

I've been patronizing this Bojangles for over 20 something years. Customer service is awful! I went there this evening and I was told I had to wait ten minutes and ten minutes turned into an hour and ten minutes. I called into this restaurant to tell them we were still out there waiting and they asked me what I ordered and said they'd come out to my car to tell me what's going on. They came out and the most unfriendly little teenager came to my car with no smile, no customer service, no nothing and said "you have to wait on your chicken" and started to walk off. I told her I've been waiting over an hour now, you told me I'd only have to wait ten minutes. She said let me see your receipt and she went back in the restaurant and we waited another 10 minutes and the young lady came out and said again "there's a wait on the chicken" I told her I wanted my money back and she said you have to go inside for that. I went in and still had to wait another 10 minutes for them to come to the counter to issue my money back. They showed no remorse or anything that my family and I waited over and hour for nothing. read more

My husband and I went through the drive this morning. Overall it's a quick and painless. Then we end up not getting a receipt. Today, we didn't get a receipt and going on the honor system that we will be charged the correct amount. On top of it this morning our borounds tasted really greasy and over cooked. Then I was like my biscuit will be better. It tasted like it was from yesterday and my steak tasted like I could attach to my feet and wear it as shoes. It was awful. Our order was wrong and when we went back around to ask for our order to be adjusted, we were just yelled at and told it was our fault for ordering it wrong. Even if if we did order it wrong, we were asking nicely for our order to be adjusted and we would pay the difference. Being yelled at and told it's our fault didn't really help the situation and was just bad customer service. The guy speaking to us also told us he was the manager. Dissappointing... read more
