When I'm looking for a quick sandwich this is a great spot to stop! It's one of my favorite "fast food". Service was fast and precise I was in and out in about 4minutes. Casual dress and can easily eat there for under $10, I'm a big eater though so 16" sub for me. I was in the area and decided on online ordering ahead. I chose this location as it was close and had eaten from this chain before but not this location. I was pleased to see I could not only order ahead but use the drive thru option. BONUS, as I was in a rush this day and didn't want to park, run into the location...etc. I ordered a typical sub, nothing crazy and only added onions, as they do not typically come on the " Beach Club" sub. I didn't unwrap and check the sub at the drive thru... because.... who does that-- No one, right?! Welp, I should have. You would think the main ingredient his sub was a given that they would be ON THE SUB... nope! It had cheese, lettuce, oil, vinegar, which I requested as an add on, mayo and onion. No TURKEY!!! This is probably the slowest Jimmy Johns I've ever been to. That being said, it's still a fast drive through, it's just slower than most. I either get a Club Lulu with hot peppers or a veggie club with sprouts, but this location doesn't ever have sprouts. Am I the only one that likes it? I wish they would carry them here! Their slogan is 100% true. They are freaky fast! I like using their drive thru for lunch because I can be back to work and enjoy my lunch without losing time waiting. I can usually order and receive my sandwich in less than 2 minutes. The only negative comment I can make was my fault, I ate the Italian sub and dripped the juices on my new polo shirt and ruined it. I had placed an order for delivery. One of the items wasn't delivered from our order. It took a while for the item to be re-delivered. I called and spoke with the manager, Ashley. First off Ashley apologized about the mix up. Secondly she gave us a store credit for our sandwiches. It just showed how important their customers are to them!!!!!! I know that things happen sometimes but it's nice to know that they really value their customers. I really appreciate Ashley for going above and beyond for us. Shame on the team at the Huntersville Jimmy John's today! After taking our order in the drive thru their system shut down rendering them unable to take credit/debit card payments. Since we rarely carry much cash, we had just under half the money to pay for our order. This team determine it was better to THROW AWAY the food they prepared for us rather than to take what cash we had. Came here tonight with my son. We went inside rather than the drive thru so I could take a look at the menu a little longer since this was my first time. We ordered, the associate was very polite and even helped me rearrange the order a bit to save me some money. I paid and went to fill up our drinks, before I could finish filling the first drink the food was done. I was definitely caught off surprise how quick it was. But I was thrilled b/c there is nothing worse waiting for food with a hungry two year old getting antsy. I didn't realize until I got home that their slogan was about making it fast. Well very well suited! I am so excited they have a drive thru (with said 2 year old it is so difficult sometimes to go into a restaurant and get food). I really don't want to get unhealthy fast food so now I have a very good option for a very quick meal without getting out of the car. Oh and on top of all that the food is really good.
