Me and my grandmother both love the lemon ricotta pancakes. No matter what day or time it is, they always hit the spot. You can tell that they are made from scratch, as they are not rubbery. The thought of ricotta in a pancake can turn some people away, but all it really does is adds delicacy (makes the pancake tender (if that makes sense)). They usually have soft scrambled eggs, but today they were a bit more of a hard scramble and had trouble cutting a bite with a fork. The bacon this time was so hard that it wouldn't really bend like normal bacon would. I would have rather waited a couple more minutes for some better bacon. They do have a drink called the "Pineapple Express" that is always good. I can't really describe the flavor, but I recommend you try it. You'll have to taste for yourself! As a summary, this First Watch is usually great, but this time it was a miss.
