This is by far one of the worst locations I have ever been to, and unfortunately is located closest to our home. At this point, I would be willing to go to the two other locations that are semi close to my home because this one consistently has inconsistencies in the evening time. Of the last six times that we have been there in the evening after games or activities, we have been missing items or missing full meals. We always have to go in and get our food because either the line is wrapping around the building and is extremely slow or it's fast and the person they provide at the window is absolutely no help. Saying that you will talk with your team members about consistency is not good enough when it's a consistent issue. When we order our food because we are already lacking on time, we definitely expect to get exactly what we ordered. I would not recommend this location to anyone even with it being the closest location to a major shopping area. I rather drive three exits to the next one just so I can guarantee that they will deliver food at the expected level of Chick-fil-A locations. read more

Came by just before lunch rush. Employees were friendly and service was fast but the food was bad. Sandwich supposedly fresh made as I got extra pickles but the bread was messed up and dry. Fries overcooked and dark brown/too crunchy for my toddler. Nuggets were ok but also a little dry. The cookie I got was overcooked on half and way too hard. Original Chick FilA Sandwich was delicious, and FREE.. A couple friends are Chicken market salad... And I had a Kale side salad... All were crunchy and fresh...but my friend with lactose intolerance couldn't be accommodated because the salads were made ahead and they didn't have any more romaine, so she had to accept the salad with blue cheese on it that she had to remove. I was just there Friday evening, and it honestly made my day. I've been having a really rough week and your staff was so incredibly kind to me. The girl working the order line told me I was so pretty and that she loved my accessories and as silly as it is, that almost brought me to tears because of how rough I've been feeling and how sweet she was. Today is Teacher Appreciation Day and I came to purchase a meal and get the freebie for teachers. I was told this location is only giving the tenders to teachers at specific schools and not all of them. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I honestly don't know what's happened to this locations service. I live 1 mile from this location and eat here at least four times a week. The service has gone downhill horribly. Three times recently, at the drive thru, my order hasn't been ready, they ask me to pull to a parking spot, then forgot about me. I've sat there and sat there. All three times finally having to get out of my car and walk to the window. All three times this has happened, there was only me and two other cars in the line. The new African American manager is horrible. He's been the one at the window. As a manager, this should never happen. I'm convinced this man has zero clue how to multitask. Also, EVERY employee that makes your drinks at the window, never puts enough ice in the tea. Not every now and then, but EVERY TIME! Every time I have to send it back. They know the tea is hot. So why put a few ice cubes in the cup? By the time y'all hand me the drink, the tiny bit of ice is already melted. I came there two days ago, and shockingly(sarcasm) it happened again. I was in the far lane. It took the girl forever to even notice I was trying to get her attention to have it remade. When she finally took it from me to remake, the girl inside that remade it, after looking out at me with an annoyed look, sat my drink outside the window. I sat there and sat there and the girl never brought me my tea. I drive a huge car. I'm not hard to miss. Also, my lane was stuck until she brought my drink. I again, had to get out of my car and walk to the window to get my tea. Also, my tea was unsweet. And 9 times out of 10, when they remake it, they give me sweet instead. Which happened on this day. I've witnessed four times in the last two weeks, cars pulling out of line and leaving the drive thru because you guys take forever. The only person at this location that seems to have their act together is Michael. I know my review won't mean a thing. People are going to eat at CFA regardless, but you guys need to know how horrible your service has become read more

I like CFA's food. It is easy to calorie count by looking at their menu. This location, however, is slightly behind the standard that the chain has set. The sanitation grade is 95.5 and the dining area appears to be clean enough. The employees are friendly enough and polite. The service is slower at times. I've never been so pissed off by chickafila employees before in my life. With FIVE cars in front of me it took them 25 minutes to even take my order. Then, because it was 10:32am they denied my breakfast order saying they were out of breakfast. So I am now running late for work and leaving with no breakfast or coffee because I was SO incredibly angered by them I couldn't fathom giving them my money for a lunch order when I had my mind set on chicken minis. Will NEVER return to this location ever again. Horrible customer service when I complained to TWO employees and then when I tried to call and speak to a manager, no one ever answer the phone. Girl at the drive thru was very nice. The woman at the window wasn't. She forgot my shake that was sitting there. It happens but when I asked her for it apparently I was bothering her. I drove away and realized they gave me regular nuggets instead of grilled. I went back through and same attitude. Mistakes happen but at least be nice. Even if you don't want to apologize for the mistake at least be pleasant. I've never rated a chick fil a this low. read more

Went through the drive-thru for their Cobb Salad. Got back to my office and looked at what I describe as one of the saddest looking salads ever! It's supposed to have eggs, and I had 1/8th of a piece of egg in mine. This looked like it had been sitting waiting for someone like me to order this nonsense. This is the second slowest Chick-fil-A in the area. I sit the drive thru for at least 30 minutes and they have the double lanes. We come here often for convenience but it is getting pretty old. There are single lane Chick-fil-A's that move faster. The employees are nice but it can't account for the slowness! Hopefully management will get it together! read more

I can't say enough for how great this location was. We had a 40 meal order for a chartered school trip and tried to do it as a mobile app order. As far as service goes, this location is just like any other - although here they seem super friendly, having a personal conversation with you. Yesterday I got complimented on my glasses & how cute my dog Milo is. :) At around 1 PM on a nice & sunny Saturday, it was still busy. As Chad E. aluded to, it's a pain to get & in of. If the line in the drive thru is long, it's hard for those trying to get in and around the parking lot. I was probably in line close to 10 minutes by the time I got to order. Food as always, was tasty. My nuggets were cooked perfectly & my coleslaw was filled to the top of the bowl. My boyfriend's chicken strip salad was good too. Lettuce was nice & crisp, not brown. Had to get out of line and get back in line when they flipped the boards at 10:30 like literally every other CFA in the country. Sometimes you just cant beat an original Chick-Fil-A sandwich, and the sweet tea is great too. I'm a fan of CFA, folks. Having cut the majority of fast-food from my life, this is one place that leaves me feeling less guilty. The staff members at this location are always friendly, and the drive through line always progresses quickly. The dining room is always clean as well. I don't think I can ever recall a time when my order was wrong either. I worked in Concord Mills Mall, directly across the street, for 6+ years. This CFA was one of my goto lunch spots. The food court gets old quick! When I wanted a less expensive, semi healthy option, to CFA I went! I am disappointed that they removed the lemon meringue pie from the menu a few years ago. However, the avocado lime ranch dressing is awesome enough to make up for it! The only downside to this CFA location, although I've not seen them in a while, is the religious group that exercises their right to freedom of speech on the public corner out front. They scream at passersby and proclaim righteousness. I find it distasteful and annoying. I once mentioned it to the manager of the CFA. He said that they have tried to get them to leave, but they are legally within their rights. He assured me that their rants are in no way affiliated with the restaurant. read more
